Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

Licola is a small and attractive village beside the Macalister River, 254 kilometers east of Melbourne. Licola is a great place to use as a base camp for you to 4wd, Hike, Mountain bike, motorbike and canoeing in high country. We offer accommodation in the form of Houses that consist of 3 to 4 bedrooms all with kitchenette, toilets and showers. Each house can sleep from 18 to 20 people in bunk style accommodation. With access to the pool and River to Lauch your canoe it is a perfect place for summer fun. All houses have split system air conditioning and heating. We also have a communal large self cater kitchen and large communal BBQ area. It is the only privately owned town in Victoria and the only one not on mains power. The town generates its own power, pumps and treats its own water and is also responsible for its waste management.
The Licola Wilderness Village is supported by the Lions Clubs of Victoria and southern New South Wales. Licola Wilderness Village was set up by Lions Clubs over 50 years ago primarily to run camps for the underprivileged, deserving, special needs, and disengaged young people, mostly held during school holidays.

We camped our 24’6 ft caravan on site 1 at Mountain Flower Farm, there was plenty of space on the site to set up as we wanted.
We were fully self contained but there is a compost toilet a short walk away and water if you needed it.
The property is well maintained and each site has a fire pit for use.
The kids loved feeding the sheep and goats and my son loved riding his bike down the hill!
Tamara was very responsive and helpful.
There were some flowers in bloom, but not quite in season, would be lovely to see them in full bloom.
Our rig is very long, and it was a tight turn into the driveway, but we got in okay.
We also came up the C764, which was not recommended for heavy vehicles (with good reason, very narrow windy, and steep roads)
Came home B300 which was not as narrow!
It was a lovely place to stay, would recommend 😊

We had such a lovely stay at the Cozy Posy Van at the farm. The van was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Tamara is an absolute star host and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. You can really see how much care has gone into creating such a special little getaway.
The farm itself is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to switch off and unwind. We genuinely loved our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

Easy, friendly & helpful communication- A beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing camping time, nicely spaced out sites & thoughtful setup with big firepit, kids play area & a nice, clean compost loo/sink area. Lovely nature views, cute friendly sheep to feed & pat, & all very close to town with nice cafe, supermarket etc, St Andrew’s Market & pretty waterfalls nearby too - we had a great time, thanks so much :)

First time campers, Paradise Valley lived up to the reviews. Amenities were clean, easy to navigate and very much appreciated. The location for the powered site was prime position for both the scenery and access to those creature comforts. Next time we'll bring the dogs, hoping another off lead section closer to the end of the road becomes an option. Husband was impressed with the serenity and use of the public kitchen. He did note that an alarm was going off - which was fixed after being addressed - but this became an everyday occurrence. Otherwise our stay was relaxing and restful.

Our first ever night in a campervan ! The staff were so welcoming - we had a pitch overlooking the beautiful beach. We added another night on as it was so lovely. Toilets and showers spotless and laundry was good to refresh travel clothes. All in all -fantastic !

Great site nice and bushy and very quiet. Booked last minute and they responded with 10 mins and gave me a call. I added a fire pit and wood and they dropped it to me before the tent was up. Plenty of showers and toilets and washing up area.

Nice shady spot to camp. Toilet and shower facilities are excellent, and a nice location not too far from central Melbourne for a few nights with a teenager, away from screens & devices.

Perfect mix of feeling very private amongst bush camping, while having the convenience of the showers, toilets and water. Kids loved the obstacle course through the bush and being able to have your own fire is great.
