We had a blast tent camping at the Mansfield Lake campground with power, including our furry babies (Polly and coco)
Booking was a breeze, and the customer service was top-notch. From the Hicamp website to the host, everyone was super helpful.
The bathrooms and restrooms were spotless, and the hot water was a huge bonus!
We also loved watching the sunset over the beautiful lake. We're definitely coming back.

Awesome spot! The staff are super helpful. There are some shady camping spots. Best part, the lake is just a short walk from my tent.

Overall it was an ok place to set up camp for a couple of nights. We were rather disappointed with the lack of maintenance in the kitchenette, bathrooms, and communal bbq. It looked as though nothing has been cleaned for ages. Showers were super mouldy, and bathroom sinks all had built up around the taps and faucets. The bbq had bird poo all over it. Luckily we bought our own cooking gear. We decided not to shower there as it was a short stay for us. Host were friendly upon check in. Site is located next to the lake which made it nice to view. Other than that, compared to other sites we’ve stayed at, this one was not worth paying for a powered site.

Camping spot are good. Near the lake , but the toilets are not good , they smell a lot, and only 2 for the all camping. Needs to be really improved

Fantastic place , great for kids with the swimming pool , playground and ample space to ride there bikes.
Adults have the luxury of lake within view for fishing boating what more could you ask for.
The hosts are amazing.
We will be back fo sure

Deluxe Cabin
Location was amazing! We had a cabin which was close to the entrance/exit. Located next to the children’s playground and bbq area.
Short walk to Lake Eildon and had open views of sunrise and sunset with lake reflections. The amount of people there was not overly crowded like other holiday reservation areas. This place, you could walk through without intruding into other peoples campsites, trailer or RV homes. Receptionist and team are so nice! Greeting and farewell were exceptionally well mannered.
There’s laundry services available, which we didn’t use, however it’s nice to know that there’s laundry machines available.
Make sure you bring your own drinking water as they use bore water. Wifi connection didn’t work as they said during peak season the range doesn’t work very well. Although, you’re there to enjoy the area and not be on your smart device during your stay.
I highly recommend this place. I look forward to coming back here if it stays like this.

Great weekend at the Lakeside Caravan Park. Fabulous weather, close to the water. Only thing we would have liked was to have potable water on site to hook up to the van, however we managed ok as we new in advance to bring water.

Onsite management and rules for campers.
Had multiple people walk through sites which is a camping no no, hence management need to maybe outline verbally to campers, esoevially novice campers as well as on booking documents.
In addition, we had our vans with drawbar not exactly square to the road however ensured cars were able to access from road and were told to move vans after partially setting up, to then notice multiple people had done same and not asked to move their vans. Park needs consistency of rules for all.
