Mountain Flower Farm

We camped our 24’6 ft caravan on site 1 at Mountain Flower Farm, there was plenty of space on the site to set up as we wanted. We were fully self contained but there is a compost toilet a short walk away and water if you needed it. The property is well maintained and each site has a fire pit for use. The kids loved feeding the sheep and goats and my son loved riding his bike down the hill! Tamara was very responsive and helpful. There were some flowers in bloom, but not quite in season, would be lovely to see them in full bloom. Our rig is very long, and it was a tight turn into the driveway, but we got in okay. We also came up the C764, which was not recommended for heavy vehicles (with good reason, very narrow windy, and steep roads) Came home B300 which was not as narrow! It was a lovely place to stay, would recommend 😊

Easy, friendly & helpful communication- A beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing camping time, nicely spaced out sites & thoughtful setup with big firepit, kids play area & a nice, clean compost loo/sink area. Lovely nature views, cute friendly sheep to feed & pat, & all very close to town with nice cafe, supermarket etc, St Andrew’s Market & pretty waterfalls nearby too - we had a great time, thanks so much :)

A Peaceful and Cozy Farm Getaway

We had such a lovely stay at the Cozy Posy Van at the farm. The van was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Tamara is an absolute star host and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. You can really see how much care has gone into creating such a special little getaway. The farm itself is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to switch off and unwind. We genuinely loved our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

This was our second time to Tamara’s and we brought our reluctant camper friends for Easter - and they loved it! The Cozy Posy provided the electric and shower essentials but complemented our other tent and camper trailer set up. We were far enough away from the other two groups not to hear them but the kids inevitably found each other and made ready friends at the playground and between the flower beds. Tamara was a terrific host, checking in on us and, since I’d missed getting the flowers I’d ordered the previous visit due to lack of blooms, she unexpectedly gave me the most gorgeous bouquet on this occasion. This idyllic spot is so close to Melbourne and with cafes, pub and Foodworks just down the road but feels like a real escape. Can highly recommend!

The place was excellent and the kids loved being in nature. They quickly knew the names of all the sheep and goats. The site is excellent for a group and very easy to setup around the fire pit. Would absolutely stay again. Tamara is a great host as well and very accommodating.

Cosy family farm, I camped alone and there were so many stars at night! Loved getting some animal food to feed the sheep and goats too :) Would love to come back in the Summmer when it's protea season

Absolutely great stay! Perfect distance from the city, and super close to town if needed. The site is simple but perfect for a large group. We had 6 adults and 7 kids (toddlers and teens) and everyone has such a great time exploring and playing with the small playground. It can be windy so make sure you secure your tent! Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely trailer and a great spot

Loved the camper trailer and the property. The host is a legend, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Already recommended this stay to all of my friends. The trailer is very clean, well equipped and cozy. The nearby area offers many lovely nature walks and hikes.

Great location, quiet and serene. 20 minutes walk into town for Friday pizza night and karaoke! Gorgeous friendly goats who loved a head rub. We camped here in February - I recommend bringing some kind of gazebo or marquee to give a bit of shade, as big shady trees are unfortunately not nearby the sites.

Practical Kinglake Camping Spot

We had a pleasant stay at Mountain Flower Farm, right next to Kinglake, about an hour from Melbourne, and dog-friendly. The property had a peaceful vibe with an immersive morning mist, which was a lovely experience. The price maaaaybe a bit steep given the fire pit being offline (fire ban), and the property being a bit scrappy in places. The number of horse flies was a bit of a surprise too! As experienced hosts ourselves, we see it as a budget-friendly option with room for improvement, a very viable option if needing access to Melbourne or Kinglake.

It was a very nice, quiet place and still close to town, which made it very convenient. The host was lovely and took the time to show us around the property and make us feel welcome. She let the children feed the sheep, which they absolutely loved and talked about the whole trip. Being able to have a fire in the evening was a great bonus and made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to families.

This was our first campervan stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable everything was. Feeding the sheep was a lovely bonus for our family. The night sky was full of stars, and the complete silence made it a very special experience.

10 out of 10, would stay again!

A group of us stayed at the Cozy Pozy Caravan and Site 2 of Tamara's farm for 3 nights over the new year. We had a great time and Tamara was a fantastic host! Site 2 has a bit of a slope, but there were enough flat areas to comfortably set up 2 tents, a gazebo, and a campervan (with levelling ramps). The camping area is open, but surrounded by beautiful trees with heaps of birdlife. Also friendly goats and sheep that were super cute! Would recommend staying here, and hope to come back!
