They are relatively flat, level grass/dirt areas with gum trees peppered throughout the site for shade in summer.

The property has its own boat ramp for fishing and water sport enthusiasts.
Park your boat at a mooring in front of your campsite.
From camp there is sloping bank access to the water, steeper in some parts.
Guests will have access to a toilet, fresh water, fire pits on the beach area and plenty of firewood is available for you to cut as you need or for a small fee have it delivered to your campsite.

The Property is situated on the pristine Wallagaraugh river near the Victorian and New South Wales border, 8km down an all weather dirt road has some bumpy sections, accessible for caravaners and boaters and is approximately 45 km from Eden and 40 km from Mallacoota by car, very isolated but has limited phone and internet reception, 15 minutes down river Gypsy Point, another 20 minutes your at Mallacoota on the coast if you need fuel, supplies, etc, 5 to 10 minutes up river the bullring , proceeding with caution you will go through a temperate rainforest and end up at the rock wall with small waterfalls and fresh water pools. A haven for many species of birds and wildlife, sea and wedge tail eagles nesting close by a bird watchers and canoeists paradise, also many species of fish so if you want to wet a line a Victorian fishing licence is needed, the river has a 5 knot speed limit from the campsite to Gypsy Point, if your more into bushwalking or sightseeing there are several national parks within a 30 minute drive or boat trip, or just have a swim, chill, relax and enjoy the peace and serenity. one site has small tinny access to the river and the other is good for a 20 ft boat, camping and fires are only allowed in designated camping areas due to rehabilitation of river frontage large trees and flash flooding, at all sites you cannot camp or have fires in fenced off river frontage, bring your own firewood or it can be supplied for $25 per wheelbarrow when booking in, you will have to provide your own, shower, water, etc, all sites have access to a site toilet, take all waste away when you leave, I can arrange if needed by prior notice, bulk firewood, launching of boat, etc. No firewood collection, motorbike riding, shooting or 4x4ing on site, some pets on leash may be allowed by prior arrangement, there's a 10 % discount factored in at checkout if booking for 5 or more nights, if having trouble booking or any other inquiries please send message cheers John.

Aireys inlet is a unique tiny town with so much to do. The local beach is iconic for surfing and swimming, the local creek is a favourite at the inlet for young kids to swim or for canoeists to have somewhere quiet to paddle. Mountain biking is a must in the area, with thousands of tracks available right outside the back door.
If you have your own horse you can bring it along on holiday with you, we have paddocks available and there are so many gorgeous tracks around to ride on and beach riding at low tide and the right times is a bucket list item!
The location itself is 17 acres and is next to the Painkallac creek in a peaceful bush setting. This location used to be a horse riding school which is now not running but has been converted to offer camping, caravan and RV parking. It’s only 1.5 km from the beach and the Otway national park is right on your doorstep. If you have bikes, horses or love to hike or run, or just laze on the beach, it’s a perfect location, be ready to be spoilt as there are so many tracks on offer in our stunning local beach and bush land.
The local town of aireys inlet has plenty to offer, a general store for all your essentials, loads of places to eat out for breakfast, lunch or dinner and only 1 3/4hrs from Melbourne.
No need to stress if you don’t want to be near anyone else, this is a small setting so it’s very private and its only got one space to rent so that you have peace and quiet. If you do have friends and want to book a double space please just message me and I can open up another space for you.
I also have an option to add a pottery class for you, the cost is $50 a person for a two hour session.

A secluded get-away, Sea Mist is positioned at the end of The Great Ocean Road. Just a short walk from Logans Beach Whale Nursery and the picturesque Hopkins River. Close to enjoy a variety of water activites swimming, fishing, kayaking, surfing.
Logans Beach Day Spa and a female gym is 5 minute walk up the road from the property. Proudfoots, a historic restaurant, on the Hopkins River about a 15 minute stroll across the bridge and along the river walk past the boat moorings. They are well known for delicious food, great place to go for tea or weekend breakfast. There is also a walking /riding track and board walk promenade that will follows the foreshore and finishes at the Break Water passing the Warrnambool Surf Club, Lake Pertobe and some terrific restaurants, Simons and The Pavilion to note, which is a great place for breakfast or lunch.
The CBD is only 5 minutes drive from the property great variety of restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, boutiques and speciality shops as well as supermarkets and other large chain stores such as, Woolworths, Coles, Audi, K-Mart and Target.
Set on 2 acres, Sea Mist was purchased as a subdivision in 1998. The garden and house were also designed then and given council approval the following year. The extensive gardens incorporate both design ideas that Edna Walling used, and Bill Mollison and David Holgren developed with their Permaculture principals. The gardens were established over a number of years to follow, aiming to be as sustainable as possible.
Although the property has town water connected, for most of the year it runs totally on tank water. The wastewater is recycled and used on many of the gardens.
We have organic orchard and vegetable gardens that use companion planting and successive crop rotation.
Guests are free to spend time in the garden and pick some fruit and herbs for a snack to use in cooking a meal. Please be respectful and leave plenty for others to share.

Camping at Kate's was awesome, the price competes with the main 'surfside' campground, while providing more privacy and more space to setup and relax. Easy to communicate with Kate, and she's ready to answer any questions you may have! The location is very close to where Hopkins river meets the sea, less than 10 minute walk to have a swim (although in August I wouldn't recommend it 😅😅🥶). There's also an alpaca right next door!

We love staying at this spot in Halls Gap! Previously we had stayed in the cabins (which are awesome), but this time we camping on a powered site in our van. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to choose from a few options to set up at as it had been raining a lot and some were pooling - a testament to their customer service - nothing is too much trouble for these legends! We did a quick reccie around the park and ended up choosing an alternative spot, then headed into town (a 2 minute drive, or a lovely 10 minute stroll). This site is conveniently located just out of town and at the doorway to many beautiful hikes and waterfalls in the national park!
We will be back time and time again - we love the NRMA park!

Awesome. Got a great site. Wasn’t on the beach (which I didn’t book), which I found nice and secluded, was a big site too.
Amenities were clean. Staff were polite and up for a chat.

I really enjoyed staying at the NRMA Phillip Island Beachfront Park Ensuite Site. It offers easy access to the beach and it is only a short walk to Thompson Avenue and the Cowes pier. The Ensuite Site is perfect for a stop over or for a longer stay. Great place to refresh after a few nights out bush camping. Highly recommended!

Damian is a great host and the top paddock is so peaceful, I had it all to myself and could hear the ocean from there as it’s a very short walk. Enjoyed a campfire too, would definitely recommend to anyone heading to the Bellarine!

Great site for dogs, well maintained. The site is close to the beach as well and about a 15 min walk to the local toilets or a 5 min drive as there is no loo on the campsite. Damian was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay there again. There were other campers too but everyone was spread out so it didn't feel busy. Would be great for summer when heading to the beach and back and forth. Just be sure to bring some mozzie repellent as they are vicious out there!
