Five-Star Experience at a Beautifully Managed Caravan Park We had a wonderful 10 night stay in our caravan at this clean and tidy caravan park, set against the stunning backdrop of mountain views. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly stood out, though, was the care and attention shown by the park managers. After some particularly bad weather, they went out of their way to check in on us and ensure we were comfortable and safe — a genuine gesture we truly appreciated. Their friendly and approachable nature, along with their extensive local knowledge, added so much to our stay. They gave us great recommendations for nearby points of interest that we otherwise may have missed. It’s clear they’re passionate about the area and fully focused on making sure every guest has the best possible experience. We couldn’t have asked for better service or a more beautiful setting. We stayed here for three nights but on the first night we had issues with our tent. The staff were fantastic and assisted us with booking into a cabin for the next two nights. I really liked the cedar cabin - nice size and the couch was super comfy. Kids loved the park activities and school holiday entertainment. They really enjoyed toasting marshmallows by the fire! It would be nice if the games room had free arcade games.

We took powered site for our tent camping... Location was good, quiet and calm.. lot of cockatoos and ducks.. kitchen is not really clean, get your own cooking utensils, bathrooms were clean and very well maintained.. impressed with security regulations, gotta use passkey to enter the area... You can buy ice creams and snacks at reception until 6 pm.. overall good experience, will visit again

Such a great family friendly stay. Lots for kids to be entertained. Took my daughter to the disco in the hall she had so much fun. And they had a communal fire pit roasting marshmallows. Lots of wildlife. Room was probably due for a slight update but otherwise clean and roomy. We stayed in queen bed + 2 bunks room. Reception had everything you need if you’ve forgotten something or need a treat.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at NRMA Halls Gap Resort and really enjoyed our stay. The resort is lovely and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the pedal bikes — a great activity for families. One area for improvement is the swimming pool. During our visit, some older kids were jumping, doing flips, and using inappropriate language near younger children. A few families raised this with the supervisor, but the issue wasn’t fully addressed, and a couple of families even left the pool feeling uncomfortable. Kids will be kids, but a Clearer signage or light supervision would help everyone enjoy the pool safely and have quality family time. Overall, it was a great stay and we appreciate the effort put into making it enjoyable for families. Thank you!

NRMA Halls Gap Holiday Park is a great place to stay with a beautiful location and a peaceful atmosphere close to nature. The park is well maintained, clean, and very family-friendly, and the staff are friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The only downside was the bed mattress, which had a noticeable depression in the middle and wasn’t very comfortable. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable and we had a pleasant stay overall.
