Great site, very peaceful and plenty of space to camp anywhere on the farm.
Beautiful animals and got treated by a horse and a lovely doggo.
Stevens a great host. Our car actually got bogged, and he came to help us out at 11pm!!

We loved this place , we had a little jayco and there were so many places to chose to stay.
We picked a spot by the creek that was perfect and was visited daily by sheep birds and our favourite Steve dog who became our dogs bestie .
Would recommend and we will visit again .

Farmland Camp
The Farmland Camp was amazing! Lots of spots along the creek, amazing views of the mountains and perfect distance from Horsham and Halls Gap for hikes or anything else.
Steven was super helpful and quick with his replies when needed. His dog, sheep and horses are all super friendly and the sheep come past each morning to say hi.
Would definitely recommend this for anyone and will definitely come back for our next trip to the Grampians!

Excellent spot for camping. So much fire wood if you want to have a fire. Lots of flat places to camp and not packed in like sardines on Easter long weekend. We will be back on our way back to Adelaide.

We camped here on the busy Easter holiday weekend, but it didn’t even feel like it! There’s plenty of room to spread out on the property, especially if you’re self sufficient like we are. Since we had our own toilet and showers, we were able to feel like we were alone amongst nature and animals, but within the safety of someone’s property. We even managed to get stuck in one of the wombat burros when we were initially finding a camp spot and the camp host was quick to respond and help us out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, and close to the Grampians for more hiking, etc. we didn’t get to go to the national park since we had our dogs with us, but we didn’t mind because we enjoyed the scenery and the space we had to roam around on the property.

Great halfway point camp, a little dusty but the tiny homes are nice. So is the river. Some sites came with a bbq which is great.

I was having trouble with my generator and Steven, the host, came within minutes after I messaged him requesting for some tools. Toilets and showers were great. Beautiful piece of land. The dogs and humans really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend!!

We loved staying at farmland, Steven was very kind and hospitable of us. Birdsong was lovely in the evenings and mornings, and with fresh water set up it makes camping easy and comfortable. Thanks Steven!!

It’s great to see what Steve is aiming to set up here, it’s a beautiful spot and with a little fine tuning would be a great bush camp area. Perhaps specifically designated spots, or markers set up, would help campers.
Steve was a great host, heading out to meet us to show us a potential spot. The fact that it was doggy friendly was a bonus!

Fantastic place. Camped next to creek. Sheep walking around and friendly. Steven is a fantastic host and nothing was too hard for him. His dog Chisel was friendly and always up for a pat.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Farmland Camp for 3 nights with two off-road vans in July. There are plenty of areas available on the property all on flat ground and suitable for small to large groups, some near the river, and others offering views of the Grampians. Roaming the property are sheep, horses and alpacas.
Steve was absolutely fantastic and helpful, and quick to respond when we arrived later than expected in the dark, and helped us to the best site, even offering some dry kindling for the fire.
Worth noting, google maps (as at july 2024) does not take you to the correct road address, but to another road on the other side of t he river. Check carefully when using!

Steve is very accommodating and friendly.
A lovely camping site near the river. Beautiful horses and cute lambs.
Location is good too 20 mins drive to hiking, climbing and bouldering.

Steven was very friendly and showed us a great spot on his property right next to the creek. Wood was free to use and there was plenty. The sheep were super friendly and approachable. There are no toilet facilities but there is a rest stop just 7 minutes drive towards Horsham that has clean toilets. 10/10 would recommend Stevens land!

Steve was a great host!! He was soooo hospitable and made us feel so comfortable and even got us kindling, firewood and a fire bucket cause we didn’t have any! The space was massive so didn’t feel like we were crammed us. He has a tiny house, will definitely be trying that next.
