1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or any camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek.
2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time - we must know your exact numbers.
3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds, treat it like you would a National Park.
4. ALL WASTE must be bagged and taken off site with you. The rubbish bins in the street are not ours. They belong to the people that live in the valley. You must be prepared to take all rubbish home with you.

We are "The Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate" located in the heart of the breathtaking Sleepy Hollow Valley which is hidden snugly between the small seaside town of Pottsville and the Tweed Valley.
Once you're here you feel all your worries and stress drift away as you unwind and relax in the Manor estate and its surrounds. A farm with a difference, with a small-scale ECO low impact primitive camping style.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you hear the birds or just sit watching the water trickle through the creeks and waterholes. We have array of wildlife on our estate and its surrounds.

You can spend your days fishing, kayaking or enjoying Nelson Bay and surrounding areas and beaches which are only 15 minutes away. Guests have the use of a retreat shelter/fire place/BBQ area and wifi.
Campers must try to be self contained bringing their own water, toilet and shower. Sorry, no caravans over 20ft. Suite solo travellers, couples wanting a quiet weekend and LGBT friendly. We do have available tank, rain water for drinking, a toilet and hot shower, microwave and free wifi available for those who cannot be totally self contained. Yes there are mozzies because you are near water, so bring repellent.
Pets are welcome but must stay on a leash throughout your stay.

Located on the Mid North Coast NSW, 4kms off the Pacific Highway, and a quick 13/15-minute drive to the holiday township of Port Macquarie. Port Macquarie is known for its beautiful beaches, coastal scenery and walks, koala hospital, local strawberry and tomato picking, and 4WDing at nearby beaches and through Cairncross State Forest.
Bernard and Susan are custodians of the farm, primarily using the land for poultry (egg), pig, and goat farming. They are transitioning to an off-grid and eco-friendly lifestyle for their retirement.
The Hatch Farm is home to many animals, most of whom are rescues - including border collies, cavalier king charles spaniels, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, goats, miniature horses, cows, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. There is plenty to do and see around the farm from complete relaxation, interacting with the friendly animals (there is usually a variety of babies to cuddle!), to casting a line or launching your boat from the rustic boat ramp. Please note that all animal interactions are self-led (including our animal nursery), and children must be supervised by their parents/carers. During NSW School Holidays, host led animal interactions will be available at designated times.

You can explore endlessly on this raw outback property. Discover secret hideouts, come and enjoy a swim under our flowing waterfall (for those brave enough to during the winter months!) and simply relax and soak in pure wildlife beneath a million stars in the night sky.
Binghi Station is designed for the 4x4 enthusiasts. In other words we strongly recommend access by 4WD only as the entry 6klm driveway is very rugged and bumpy in most places due to heavy rain fall past 12 months. Please ask for more details if necessary should you have any concerns based on your equipment. Its an ongoing maintenance. Its the 4x4 adventure. We would rather talk it down than up:-)
Currently we do not recommend SUV AWD type cars due to there lower profile and vulnerability to bumps and ruts. It is doable many do it all however about driver confidence and add another upto 2hours to trip :-) We recommend parking up the top driveway and having a preplanned lift down.
BE WARNED The driveway and some tracks are rough suited for 4x4 adventure enthusiasts that like to use there pride and joy offroad gear for what its intended.
ps One thing we can say you will never get bogged on our driveway no matter the rain fall as its very compacted despite its authentic rough character.
The Secret Gorge site is suited to tents, camper trailers and smaller length caravans. All our other site locations are suited to off-road 4WD caravans and camper trailers.

1. CAPACITY - We are able to host only a single campsite comprising a single tent or caravan for no more than two nights duration only. This will ensure compliance with NSW State Govt regulations that are policed heavily by Eurobodalla Shire Council. Please do not plan to erect a second tent – this may result in a fine that we will pass on to you. We apologise if this prohibits your larger family and small group from enjoying our property (which we strongly believe should be permitted.
2. SITE AMENITIES - The camp is best suited to adventurous campers with swags, tents, rooftops, light camping trailers and small popup caravans. There is a flushing toilet, a hot shower, running (dam) water, and firepits but no electricity or refrigeration. We have fire pits available for guests use, please ensure there are no restrictions in place before lighting a campfire in the designated firepit. FREE FIREWOOD is available on site.
3. ROAD ACCESS - The last couple of km of dirt track are undulating and dusty, but perfectly fine for all vehicles in dry conditions. Access and exit will become challenging for larger motorhomes and caravans, heavy camping trailers and 2WD vehicles (especially front-wheel-drive), after periods of heavy or prolonged rain. We will refund your booking fee if you choose to cancel, or we close the property, due to the weather (it will need to be bad for us to close the property, so you won’t want to be there anyway). Please message us in advance for advice if you are concerned about the weather or vehicle access.
4. PETS - Well behaved pets are welcome but must be controlled and cleaned up after.

Louise is a lovely, welcoming host who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The grounds and amenities are spotless, well maintained, and everything is kept to a high standard. My children had an amazing time riding their push bikes around safely and spending hours fishing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a peaceful, family-friendly place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place.

Absolutely picturesque camping site, complete with picnic table, a compost toilet and a fire pit - I didn’t get to use any of those as our stay was just a quick overnighter but I am determined to come back because of just how beautiful the place is. We’ll sign posted to get to the site with directions from Paula - just be weary that if it’s been wet in the area I wouldn’t be too confident with bald tyres on a fwd only corrola but everything else will be totally fine.

If you are looking for a 5 star caravan park, this isn't for you. If you want somewhere with a fabulous location, clean amenities (one old, one under renovation but almost complete and demountables) good camp kitchen, cabins and friendly people, then this is for you. It is pet friendly, the beach/rock walks are great. It is run by Mojo Surf, so has surf school and their own accommodation area. I will be back 😁

We stayed at Hatch Farm for two nights, and it was easily one of the best camping trips we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Bernard and Susan made us feel incredibly welcome. They were fantastic hosts, and Bernard even took the time to share some local fishing advice—which definitely came in handy! 😂
The property is immaculately maintained. You can tell Bernard and Susan take enormous pride in the campground, and it shows in every part of the property. Everything is neat, clean and exceptionally well looked after.
We couldn’t have asked for better weather: beautiful sunny days followed by heavy rain at night. Thankfully, our campsite had a great shelter that kept us dry and made the evenings just as enjoyable.
A special mention has to go to Jack, Sally and Boo—the three beautiful Border Collies who roam the property. They were such a highlight of our stay and seemed to adopt us for the weekend. Jack even slept beside our swag each night, which made the experience even more memorable.
We genuinely can’t recommend Hatch Farm highly enough. Between the incredible hospitality, the peaceful surroundings, the immaculate grounds and the friendly four-legged welcoming committee, it’s a place we’ll definitely be returning to. Thank you, Bernard and Susan, for such a wonderful stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed at Millingandi Station with my miniature dachshunds and it was everything we needed. The flat grassy paddocks are huge and safe — perfect for leash walks with farm smells (sheep, horses, kangaroos everywhere). We spent hours by the tidal creek launching the kayak/SUP and just watching the water. Pelicans Rest riverside sites are next-level peaceful.
Jodie and Brett are legends — warm, quick to reply, sorted firewood instantly, and the fresh oysters + farm eggs from the property were ridiculous (in the best way). The veggie/herb garden is a beautiful touch. Campfires under the stars, zero stress, and only minutes to Merimbula or Pambula beaches and shops.
As the founder of Sausage Therapy, this place felt like an extension of the work I do — land, water, animals, and stillness doing the healing. My dogs thrived here. My nervous system finally exhaled.
If you have dogs, love the water, or just want proper space and peace on the Sapphire Coast, book it. I’ll be back. 5 stars without hesitation.

This is the second time I’ve been here, it’s unreal. I LOVE that it’s only one site. Beautiful views. The cleanest drop dunny I’ve ever seen. The perfect place to go if you just want to do classic camping - cooking on the fire, reading a book, relaxing. We love it here (the dogs do, too)!

Very little road noise, not worth worrying about.
Great butcher in Shoalhaven Heads and an IGA.
We visited this hipcamp in winter (June). With our dog.
I’m going to say there would be a slightly different vibe in Summer (not better or worse).
The owner Kerren, came down with our firewood and had a chat, when we arrived.
We based ourselves here and did a few day trips.
The beaches around are beautiful and Berry is a must visit.
We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.
