Welcome to SLEEPY HOLLOW MANOR ESTATE, a family farm acting under the state government agricultural tourism reform allowing primary producers and livestock farms such as us on RU2 property to have visitors. As part of this we have to follow some simple protocol! Unfortunately, we have had some issues with local council, we ask that you follow these simple rules extremely closely failure to do may cause us to reject your booking and may incur penalties to both of us as the landholders and also the camper. 1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or any camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek. 2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time - we must know your exact numbers. 3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds, treat it like you would a National Park. 4. ALL WASTE must be bagged and taken off site with you. The rubbish bins in the street are not ours. They belong to the people that live in the valley. You must be prepared to take all rubbish home with you. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL OF OUR BIO ITS LONG BUT YOU'LL GET ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED! We are "The Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate" located in the heart of the breathtaking Sleepy Hollow Valley which is hidden snugly between the small seaside town of Pottsville and the Tweed Valley. Once you're here you feel all your worries and stress drift away as you unwind and relax in the Manor estate and its surrounds. A farm with a difference, with a small-scale ECO low impact primitive camping style. Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you hear the birds or just sit watching the water trickle through the creeks and waterholes. We have array of wildlife on our estate and its surrounds. We are also available for Weddings, Birthdays and other day time gatherings. Speak to us about using us for a working space for corporate or business trips, collaborations and more. You're welcome to walk along our streams & we have some short Forrest bush walks and see some of our beautiful bird resident kingfishers, tawny frogmouth owls, black cockatoos, wild bush turkeys much more or maybe you just want to kicking back with your feet up watching your campfire cook a stewing your camp oven, either way you'll be sure to have a getaway to remember.... Our camp site located in northern river's region. Roughly halfway between Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Sleepy Hollow Road in the Sleepy Hollow Valley, we are just 5 minutes drive to the beach, 25 minutes from Byron Bay, theres many attractions near by the list is endless with amazing hikes walks and bike rides the iconic Tweed Valley Rail Trail is only 5 minutes drive away not to mention we are 10 minutes drive of the North Byron festival grounds making it a an ideal spot to set up camp if your headed to events such as the Falls festival, splendour in the grass, bluesfest and many more events that are held in the area. After a long drive up the coast it was a great spot to stay. Especially during school holidays as there was plenty of space. Ill be back to do some more exploring in the area. Cheers.

We have mixed feelings about sleepy hollow. Iit is a beautiful farm. The vibe is friendly. The owner is beyond kind and helpful. The cows are incredable. Overall the feel was good. However, the thing that was a little offputting was we felt the place was a bit embellished in the listing. We were only there for 2 nights. We knew before we left that sleepy hollow had no showers yet what sold us was the creek that was talked about in the listing. It was described as a place you could swim in and so i thought we'll If we are swimming during the day... at least we will be ok without a shower for 2 nights. Plus we wanted a place our kids could play in and swim in during our stay. This is actually what made me choose this place over others. In the photos the water looks amazing. When we arrived... the creek was more of a dried up, swamp looking thing. And it was only ankle deep in the spot u felt clean enough to get in. It 100% wasnt swimmable. The grass around the camp was long and it felt very snakey. I know it is the bush i get it but it just needed a bit of a tidy up esp if theres children and dogs running around. I know this isn't the owners fault at all but just a heads up... the march flies!! They are SO bad. I spent half the day in the caravan as we couldn't sit outside. Over all we DID like sleepy hollow. It just needs a bit of updating and so does the listing to reflect the reality of this.

Awesome spot! Hosts were very welcoming and the property is absolutely beautiful. Make sure you go for a walk and check out all the available spots, there are awesome private campsites with incredible views over the bridge and up the hill. We stayed for three nights, and would happily have stayed for longer! Great location close to Fingal Head and surrounds, so heaps to explore.

We had a great experience staying at this The Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate. It’s in a beautiful location near the coast, with easy access to everything you need, and the scenery is fantastic. The campsites are large and spread out, which gives you plenty of space and privacy. I’d recommend driving around the entire property before choosing your site, as there are plenty of options and some spots are more spacious and private than others. Taking the time to have a look around will help you find the perfect spot without feeling like you’re on top of your neighbours. Tom and his son were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and somewhere we’d happily stay again!

Great spot to camp, amazing views on the ridge section and good options if you want to be secluded. Also, Tom is a great guy, helped us out with firewood at like 9pm so we didnt run out. He also gave us some good local tips for the area... will be back for sure!

Sleepy Hollow manor estate is a very picturesque farm with lots of different spaces to set up camp. We camped up the top of a hill on the property away from others, with great views over the mountain range. The weather was good and we were treated to very nice sunrises and sunsets each day. Tom also took us around the property and showed us the different places available to stay in the future. He was a great host.

The location where we camped at the top hill was amazing.. the place is quiet and the place was not crowded which is a plus .. You will need to figure out the best spots of camping based on your preference by driving around the area.. There are lot of cow droppings which was not a problem for us … ample amount of toilets are there in lot of spots .. The host Tom was good and he took care if we need something Only con was the big horseflies which bothered us too much particularly on the 2nd day right from the morning they surrounded our tents and unfortunately we had to leave early because of that .. these bugs do bite and I would highly recommmend to carry strong insect repellents or skip the place if someone gets bothered by bugs like us

Stunning views, heaps of space but sooo many horse flys that made it uncomfortable and bites all over. Could hear the M1 traffic but that didn't detract from the beautiful spot. Creek wasn't really swimmable, had to drive to Pottsville for a swim/ beach shower. Great location, great hosts.

Thank you, Tom! We absolutely loved our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate and will definitely be back. My friend, her young daughter and I camped in our tents and we couldn't have asked for a better experience - warm and sunny days to wander around the stunning property, and a cosy campfire at night to sit back and relax. Tom was an excellent host, welcoming, friendly, and great to chat with. The property is gorgeous and full of little adventures. We enjoyed exploring the creek and bush tracks, spotting fireflies at night, looking for platypus, and feeding the friendly cows. Although we only stayed one night, we both left feeling relaxed and already talking about our next visit. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks, Tom, for sharing your beautiful property with us!

We had a great stay! Tom was very accomodating and answered any questions we had. It was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of bathrooms around. Heaps of space so you are never too close to anyone else’s site and you can take a walk around the property. Our dog loved it. So much to explore and the perfect spot to relax.

Such a beautiful weekend! The property is gorgeous. Best to drive in gate 127 and head over the little bridge. There are plenty of spots on the right after the bridge but we kept going round and through the next gate to the big wide open area. We saw the ridge and immediately wanted to be up there. We have a 18'6 van and a 4wd and we got up there no problems. There's plenty of space up there with 3 fireplaces spread wide apart. Opening the van door in the morning and lying in bed watching the cows down in the valley was bliss. We spent one morning at Cabarita Beach with the dog watching the whales go by. Incredible weekend. Thankyou very much for having us.

We had a great stay. Best thing is it’s only 35mins from home. Beautiful farm and scenery, so nice to sleep to the sound of the running creek. The portable toilets are a great addition. We will be back!
