On arrival you get to choose your own unpowered spot. You then set up camp. The caretaker will check you in at the spot you have chosen towards the end of the day. Misty Mountain Campgrounds is suitable for tent campers, caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes.. We are an environmental biodiversity precinct so don’t permit damage to vegetation. The property is just 5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store. Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations. We do have a bathtub’s on 3 sites that can be heated with fire. Campers should leave no trace. We are a short drive from the beautiful Hell’s hole, Unicorn falls. Take a day trip to Byron Bay (50min) Brunswick Heads (40min) Mullumbimby (35min) Tyalgum (30min). 45mins from Gold Coast airport.

Kids will love the farm tour (4.30pm to 5.30pm daily) for the feeding of chickens, ducks, bunny rabbits, horse, donkeys, sheep and goats. It's an excellent area for mountain bike riding as well! No Fireworks - this is very unsettling for our livestock 3. 9pm quiet time. 4. No drones in the camping area, for the privacy of other campers 5. We offer pick your own fruit so are open to the public daily (closed on occasion). Trading hours can be viewed at www.bookingscanoeladns.com. We are surrounded by the stunning valley views of Marra Marra National Park. Guests can enjoy hiking, wandering the orchard picking fresh produce, taking a tractor ride, feeding the animals and relaxing. Please note we are a working farm so sometimes tractors and vehicles can be heard working from 7am. There will be foot traffic and possibly tractor rides operating near some of the sites although we will do our best to respect your privacy while you are here. We also have a quarry surrounding most of the property, so they sometimes operate machinery early. This is not generally too disruptive though. We are just 15 minutes' drive from the beautiful historical Wiseman's Ferry and the Hawkesbury River. There are multiple hiking tracks located close by. We have several sites to offer around the property. We have a beautiful huge dam just 350m down the gully. It’s super peaceful although a steep walk down the driveway to access, it's definitely worth it, so pack your walking shoes and some swimmers.

Our 40 acre property is home to four quiet, secure, exclusive river front sites on the mighty Clarence River. Boating, fishing and crabbing literally at your doorstep. And it's just a 15 minute drive into the towns of Yamba and Maclean. To ensure all our guests have a comfortable and spacious experience, each campsite is designated for one camp set up only (eg one caravan or camper trailer or tent) This allows us to maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere with plenty of space between sites. The campsites are situated right on the bank of the mighty Clarence River, perfectly suited for campers who enjoy the peace and quiet. Please note: Our sites are available for booking up to 3 months in advance. Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos and on occasions a couple of visiting brolgas. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is about 100 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place. Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase. Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.

We had a wonderful few days at Bundilla river camp. Cheryl and Rick are amazing, helpful and attentive hosts. The camp area was extremely well kept and the riverside camp-sites are huge. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour and kayaking on the river. The farm fresh eggs, daily wood deliveries and being very dog friendly were an added bonus. We can't wait to go back.

We stayed on a very spacious site number 7 with lovely grass and a view of the river. A ten minute walk led us to your riverside beach which was amazing. Great camping set-up. Cheryl was very welcoming & even took me on a little tour to round up the cattle. The grass is immaculate & the toilets are clean & a short stroll away. While you can’t see the river from the non- powered sites, you can hear it in the distance when it’s quiet. I had the whole paddock to myself on the first night. Will definitely be back when it’s warmer so I can spend time on the river.

We all put our vans on site 1 and 2 as there was plenty of room and hosts were very happy for us to do that as 3 couples were travelling together with caravans. We loved feeding the animals and Cheryl and Rick were lovely telling us about all the animals and a bit about farm life. We also went into the vegetable gardens and fruit trees which was great. Picked a few herbs and fruit. The river was cold for swimming, but we had a swim or two- some braver than others. We paddle boarded and kayaked up river and tried fishing. Having a fire was a must with cold afternoon/ nights and warm winter days. A great stay- we enjoyed it all. Thanks Cheryl and Rick- we’ll be back 😀

Glenn met us on our arrival, he was very helpful in getting us settled in. He offered us use of his canoes and said we were welcome to use the jetty directly in front of his house (which we did) All sites are on the waters edge. Number 4 being closest to the hosts house. We were on site 3. During our 2 night stay there was only one other camper/caravan at campsite 1. There is plenty of space between the sites. The whole camping area is very clean, tidy and nicely kept. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great for our rest day!! Love that they allow pets as we were traveling with a small dog. There are permanent fireplaces and the host has bags of wood for $15 if you don’t bring your own. One of their bags was enough for one night for us. Sadly we didn’t catch any fish but the other camper got a few nice flathead. I would return if I was back in the area again and would recommend it to others.

It was a good one night stay, view was nice, the general store just a three minute walk away had great coffee (but I wouldn’t rely on it for actual essentials and it was pretty expensive). The amenities were great, clean toilets, hot water showers and the kitchen area had everything you could need, including a bbq and air fryer. Overall, it was good for a one night stay.

The Blue Mountains

Lace up your boots for one of Australia's best bushwalking destinations. The ridge of mountains two hours west of Sydney by road or train is a World Heritage-listed wonderland of sandstone canyons, waterfalls, valleys, and clifftop lookouts. The national park offers remote bush campsites, or you can go for a bit more comfort in one of the region’s many caravan and holiday parks.

NSW North Coast

The coastline of northern NSW, from north of Newcastle to the Queensland border, is classic beach holiday territory. Almost every town has at least one caravan park, often with waterfront campsites, and most of the coastline is protected by national parks with fantastic camping spots and facilities. Flanked by the Great Dividing Range and World Heritage rainforests, the North Coast has Hipcampers spoilt for choice.

NSW South Coast

Every bit as wild as the North Coast, the South Coast stretches south of Sydney to the Victorian border with a string of national parks, state forests, campgrounds, and seaside towns with family-friendly holiday parks. Kangaroos and wallabies graze the camping grounds and laze on the beaches, which have some of the whitest sand in the world. Kayak the waterways, bushwalk the forests, and soak in the views from the mountaintops.

Snowy Mountains

Alpine New South Wales, also known as the Snowy Mountains, stretches from the ACT south to the Victorian border along the spine of the Great Dividing Range. Along with hundreds of camping spots, the big attraction of Kosciuszko National Park—the largest national park in NSW—is Australia’s highest peak, Mount Kosciuszko. In winter, the area is a magnet for skiers, and in summer, fishing, bushwalking, and mountain biking reign supreme.

NSW Outback

The far western corner of NSW is a great introduction to the Outback, where endless red dust plains seem to stretch on forever under cloudless blue skies. Take a road trip out here and you'll see plenty of kangaroos and emus, but not many people. National parks such as Mungo, Mutawintji, and Kinchega offer superb camping spots, Aboriginal art sites, and stunning scenery.
