We are a family farm, not a caravan park. - đŸŒ± You are not just booking a campsite; you are booking - an immaculately maintained property - complimentary fire pit per site (byo wood), - clean amenities (incl. hot showers), - stunning 10m cascading waterfall viewing right on the property, - two relaxing bush walks, - animal feeding, and - the tranquillity- these are ALL included! đŸŒ± We open everyday during School Holidays; weekends during school term. đŸŒ± We have 2 paddocks 1. ORCHARD (5 sites) 2. PINE TREES (8 sites) Both are peaceful and private. Strictly no loud music or parties allowed. 1-3min to amenities. đŸŒ± ON ONE SITE, you may ONLY have 5 campers, in either: A.) ONE Caravan; Camper trailer; Motorhome; Family or multi-room tent (8-10man). OR B.) TWO Small single-room-tent (6man tent or less) Sites allocated by us a few days before check-in. To request a specific site or paddock, message us when you book. We try our best to fulfill requests but no guarantees. đŸŒ± DOGS- Maximum 2 dogs per site and per paddock. Must be included in booking. First booked, first served. If we've already reached our quota you must book without your dogs. Message us to check. đŸŒ± CARS- One car allowed on the site. With your own supply of chopped firewood and your exclusive fire pit, it couldn’t be easier to leave your worries behind. đŸŒ± You are not just booking the charming Bus; you are booking an immaculately maintained property, complimentary fire pit and firewood, stunning 10m cascading waterfall viewing right on the property, two relaxing bush walks, animal feeding, and the tranquillity- these are all included! đŸŒ± On the day of your stay our friendly camp manager will welcome and show you to the Bus and answer any questions you may have. - đŸŒ± If friends/family want to camp beside the Bus with you, you can book up to 4 campsites through our "ADD-ON Camping" Hipcamp listing. Our second time staying at Fern Valley Ranch but this time we brought the village and booked out the bus, new tiny home and surrounding camp sites which catered well for all families with varying requirements. Was a thoroughly enjoyable stay with clean and accessible amenities and plenty of activities for the kids - manageable hike to the private waterfall, farm tractor tour, daily farm fresh eggs, orchard walk and of course, fire! HUGE shout out to Jiji who was so patient and accomodating throughout the booking process, with lightening speed responses. Would highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

Love the campsite! We are assigned to the orchard campsite and we absolutely loved it! It was beautiful, every thing is well maintained and very organized. The fire pit makes our camping so cozy and the camp manager is so nice and welcoming, she is the best!!!

Beautiful, Clean and Perfect

This was our second time staying at Jiji’s land, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The campsite is easy to find, very clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The waterfall is stunning, and there are lovely animals around that the kids absolutely enjoyed. There is plenty of space for children to play and explore, making it a perfect family-friendly campsite. The oranges were also delicious! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night weekend getaway with our young children. We loved the campsite and it was perfect for kids. The restrooms were clean, the scenery was beautiful, and there were even some small animals. The only downside was that you have to take your trash with you; it would have been even better if there were trash cans available.

Jiji, Leanne and Ben took great care of us. We had no camping friend in the bus and we could camp right next to them - clean amenities heaps of space around each site - great bush walks right on the door step and no need to get in the car for the 3 nights we were there - only bother was the very keen roster trying to start the day at 3am - (told he’s soon to be relocated) Highly recommended

'Tiny Fern' (Tiny Home)
We had a wonderful stay at this camping in Tiny Fern (Cabin) last weekend. The cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed, including all essential utensils, a flush toilet, doona and towels, and even an air conditioner/heater for comfort. It really couldn’t have been better in terms of amenities. The only minor improvement I could suggest would be adding additional stairs leading down to the firepit area, as access there felt a bit limited. The site also has a separate facility nearby with additional toilets and hot showers, which was very convenient. The camping area itself was spacious and well laid out, giving a great sense of privacy and relaxation. Overall, it’s a perfect balance between camping and a farm stay. There are plenty of enjoyable activities such as tractor rides, cow feeding, campfires, and even some light trekking. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy nature without giving up comfort.

Open spaces for kids to run, bike ride and explore, close bush walk proximity to beautiful sites, hot water and flushing toilets. Friendly helpful staff who welcomed our huge bunch of kids and took them on a tractor ride to feed animals. Outstanding!

We spent 2 nights at fern valley ranch Campground and absolutely loved it. The unpowered sites are spacious. The flushing toilets and hot showers were impeccably clean throughout our entire stay. Fire pit at the sites were an added bonus! Communication was great as was the camp manager Jenna. We had a great weekend and We will be back.

We do recommend this beautiful place. Facilities were above expectations. Camp manager Jenna was very helpful and engaged well all of us, even the kids. Feeding animals was great for the kids. Picking the perfect fruit straight off the tree was also fun. Only downside is no bins available. That said we would come back.

The campsite is as well maintained as ever, and the facilities are even better than when we visited last time. The caretaker is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the stay more enjoyable Camping in the orchard during the most beautiful time of the year is truly a special experience. Being surrounded by nature and adorable animals makes it even more memorable. Honestly, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect camping getaway. Highly recommend it.

Fern Valley Ranch feels like a little best-kept secret. The property is immaculately maintained, and the host rules are clear and intentional, which really helps ensure everyone has a good experience and relaxing stay. The waterfall was absolutely stunning, and the walking track to it is very well maintained and signposted. It truly felt like we were a world away, despite being only an hour north of Sydney. We have a 16ft caravan and found The Pines sites 8–11 at the top end of the paddock were relatively level. Special thanks to on-site managers Leanne and Ben for their hospitality.

Amazing stay, was very peaceful even in the rain - we were the only ones in the orchid and were surrounded by orange orchards and it was lovely to wake up to, the waterfall is the diamond of the property, just wow to see and only 15 mins walk - our dogs loved it and loved all the smells and zen calm of the immacculately groomed property, will be back!

The camping area was really well maintained and the kids could run around bare foot on the soft grass. Toilets and showers were very clean. Sites gave decent space between other campers. The tractor trailer ride to feed the animals was an awesome bonus that we didn't expect and the kids loved it. Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The property is so well maintained, so many little gems across the property. Beautiful orchard trees, horses, cows and chickens. The kids loved the little playground on property as well. The walk to the private waterfall was great. What a stunning place. Ben and Leanne were so wonderful too and took the time to walk through everything and check in. Can't wait to come back :)
