Millingandi Station is nestled between the coastal holiday hamlets of Pambula and Merimbula. This unique tidal waterfront acreage has flat open grassy spaces, sealed road access and is within a few easy kilometres of all the amenities, shops and beaches these villages have to offer. Conveniently located on the Princes highway, we are a short drive to beautiful beaches, and grocery and supply stores. Explore Pambula village's boutique shops, eateries and micro brewery. Discover the history of nearby Eden, Boydtown and Greencape Lighthouse. Explore the farm on foot or launch a kayak, canoe or SUP in the tidal creek, direct access from the property, and explore the beautiful Merimbula lake. We offer fire-braziers for those who do not have their own, firewood available by the bundle for purchase. Pets on leashes welcome. This is a working farm so please ensure you close gates when you pass through them. Our property has two listings to choose from, Paddock sites(powered and unpowered) are located approximately 250 metres from the river (accessible on foot or by car), paddock campers are welcome to access the river for fishing, swimming etc "Pelicans rest" campsites are by booking only, spots are limited. Lagoon view is a small cabin located on Millingandi station, overlooking the lagoon, lower lying paddock and towards the river. The only cabin on the property, it stands alone, a short distance away from the campers in the Paddock. Keeping in the theme of camping,(just a wee bit fancier) the cabin is a one room, weatherproof option for those who prefer a bed off the ground. No bathroom attached, you have the option of bringing a portable shower and camp toilet(dump point onsite) or using the waterless composting loo a short walk away. THERE IS NO BATHROOM IN THE CABIN. The cabin has power and town(drinkable) water available. In the cabin you will find a queen sized bed(linen supplied) and fridge, BBQ on the deck, basic dining items(kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery etc) and a portable wash basin. Enjoy the recently renovated deck and the farm views, a short walk to the river to throw a line in or take your kayak into Merimbula lake.

Camped at a powered site in the Paddock. Wonderful hosts. Really great communication. The paddock is well maintained and the location is so central it was perfect for our trip. As a bird watcher there was plenty of wildlife too. Wonderful spot.

I stayed at one of the river spots. The sites are really large and level. Only one (maybe 2) have actual views of the river the others are blocked by a fence and bush. Yes you can hear a little road noise but it is fairly minimal considering the location. It was a really nice place to stay but for mid-week in March I personally thought it was slightly overpriced considering it is right n beside a main road, but as I said the sites are large and level and it looked like most of the sites in the paddock had both power and water on each site. The river sites have no power but have a tap and a cold outdoor shower next to the river for sites to share. Site 1 is in a corner next to the river but separated from the river with a fence and bush, sites 2,3,4 are all in a line back from the river a little bit.

Riverside camp in Millingandi was such a peaceful and spacious retreat. Weather was perfect and had the whole space to ourselves. Campfire by the river and watching the stars was a highlight. Jodie was very responsive and her partner brought down firewood for us at short notice so we really appreciated that. Potable water and cold shower was also very handy to have.

The hosts were great communicators and, although we didn’t meet them, were made to feel very welcome. The site we booked (Paddock No, 5] was level, extremely spacious and had water and power provided to it. Yes there was a little bit of noise from the highway through the night, but all you heard was the occasional truck passing and ear plugs fixed that. The only drawback we found was the toilets. Happy with compostable toilets, and understand they can’t be close to the camping areas, but they were housed in a shed covered in overgrown bushes, it was accessed by a narrow, steep, slippery “pathway” and as the solar powered lights didn’t work it made a trip to the toilet at night a daunting prospect. If you don’t need the toilets it is a great campground.

Had a great stay at Jodie's place. We stayed down by the river. Sites were so spacious. Our neighbours were far from us. Short walk to the drop toilet. Well maintained. Loved the small things such as the soap by the toilets. A hole had been drilled through it and attached to the tap. So loved the communal veggie garden. Had some delicious beetroot and herbs. Much better option than staying in crowded caravan park in town. We will return!

Staying at Millingandi station for the three nights was a wonderful experience. Peaceful, tranquil. The river was just gorgeous. Jodie was absolutely gorgeous. The farm fresh eggs were to die for and the fresh herbs in the garden really were a treat. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall we had a good experience at this site. We stayed along the riverside (site 1) which was a corner spot. The area is tidy and fire pits were provided. It was a shortish walk to the provided composting toilets which were relatively clean and well maintained. The only negative preventing me from highly recommending this site was the traffic noise. This is obviously totally out of the control of the site owners, but I feel it's important to mention for those considering staying here. It was continuous until quite late in the evening and started up early in the morning - trucks travelling along the A1. If you're staying in a tent or pop top its unavoidable and may keep you awake.

The sites were quite large, flat, well grassed and sufficiently spaced to allow drive through with our van. Toilets were clean and easily accessible. Location was excellent with an easy drive to Pambula and Merimbula.

The sites in The Paddock are grassy, flat and well maintained and the provision of power, water and a sani-dump in a Hipcamp site was a nice bonus. The vegetable garden (with produce available for campers) was a nice touch. The only downside (and it’s definitely not a deal breaker) to The Paddock site is that sits adjacent to the Princess Highway. So evening and morning highway noise can be a little bit of an ambiance killer. That being said, after about 10pm - blissful quiet for the most part. The other sites down by the river are probably a little more protected. Overall, great camp, great location between Merimbula and Pambula and we’ll be back soon.

Wonderfuul flat green blocks. Power and water suppliedwhich was good. Easy to find. Closeness to the highway made it a bit noisy. Pathway to toilet block was somewhat steep.

Great spot near Merimbula and Pambula. Central to sight seeing. Lovely open, green paddock with river access. There's a veggie & herb garden that we could use. They have composting toilets, a dump point, rubbish bins and a compost heap to contribute to. Town water is available for hook up at no extra cost. We originally booked for 2 nights but extended it to 3.

Loved it, we were on site 20 and mainly always from other campers most of the time, so more private. The area was great, easy walk to the river. The herb & vegetable garden was great and we did make use of it a few times! Jodie was super friendly and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amazing atmosphere. So beautiful! The toilet was so awesome to have, very sustainable! Would come back again, water was really good and we loved the serenity of the farm. Owners were very easy and helpful. Would reccomend. We love stay at a quiet spot this was a hidden gem.

Loved camping at Millingandi Station. Peaceful night and we loved that there was a veggie garden for anyone to use and take only what the need. Ended up making a banging chimichurri with the herbs to go with our dinner 😋 Will definitely visit again!

We knew what to expect as all instruction and photographs were great. We enjoyed ourselves more than expected though. Jodi was wonderful hostess have a help yourself vege garden and eggs and oysters to purchase. Fire wood also was avail label. The area we had was huge in comparison to anywhere we’ve taken our caravan The price much cheaper

The weather wasn’t good - but you can’t help that. When the rain cleared, the water drained quickly and it was beautiful. Toilet facilities good, vegetable garden used for personal needs only. We recommend staying here.

We stayed over the Australia Day long weekend. There were quite a few campers but there was plenty of space between sites. The campgrounds are nicely kept and Jodie was helpful and friendly. My only negative was the road noise at night as the camp ground is right next to the highway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Millingandi. The hosts were really responsive when communicating. The paddock area is lovely, grassy, level and large, so you never feel cramped. My kids and I loved the vegetable patch which we used for our salads. There is a dump point on site, fresh water and toilets available. Great camp.
