1. We are not permitting people to set up in the dark, it is totally black, no lighting in wilderness zone and far too difficult to locate your site, and it disturbs other campers.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
PHONES: Phone reception is good, there is a Telstra exchange on the property.
ROADS: Roads around the sites are unsealed, but most normal cars and the average SUV handle it okay. The road down into the Megalong Valley is tar sealed, very scenic but winding.
ICE: Bring your own ice
WOOD: Timber for fires can be purchased at reception. We are an environmental biodiversity precinct so don’t permit damage to vegetation.
FIRES: Plenty of existing fire spots
SHOPS: The township of Blackheath is 15klm away up on the Gt Western Hwy, none in the Valley
SHADE: Plenty of shady areas
WATER: We are on town water
TOILETS there are 3 men's and 3 women's, plus 8 at reception, plus 3 in pioneer and 3 in corner paddock
SHOWERS: 3 gas hot water showers in men's, 3 in women's, plus 2 in Lodge
NOISE: Shutdown time for music is 10pm - no exceptions! but you can still enjoy the fires - quietly.
THINGS TO DO:
SCENIC RAILWAY 25 Klms away at Katoomba and 40 minutes travel time
BIKE and WALKING TRACKS: Plenty of bush tracks, plus walks up at Porters Pass and Blackheath
Dont forget to bring along some bread to feed the horses and donkeys - they love it
You are reminded to allow enough time to arrive for this property.prior to dark, which is 5.0 in winter.
It is difficult to find a wilderness campsite in the dark and disturbs other campers.
We are requiring ALL vehicles to get registered PRIOR to going up to the site, resulting from so many vehicles trespassing at the venue and causing nuisances for other campers
Please indicate the details of cars such as make, model , colour and rego number prior to arrival.
We must also remind campers that this is not a venue for noisy partying as we are a quiet wilderness environmental zone. We do not tolerate it and will remove offenders. Other campers treasure the peace and quiet.

Your hosts, Deb and Danny, are slowly converting the property to regenerative farming by improving soil health, and Wirrgilga River Bend has Land for Wildlife status to protect native flora and fauna. A riverbank revegetation project has been in place for the past 15 years, during which a large amount of the noxious weed privet has been removed and replaced with native trees and shrubs. All camping proceeds are reinvested into improving the ecology of the property.
Note: This property is a working farm with horses and cattle. Fencing excludes stock from the campsite. Two dogs also live on the property, and while every effort will be made to prevent them from visiting you at the campsite, they are social canines and may occasionally sneak away to “check out” the visitors! Apologies in advance. If you don’t like dogs, this may not be the campsite for you.

Pets allowed but you must have on lead when walking around the property near cattle. Note a maximum of 2 dogs per camp site.
Rules:
1. For the piece and quiet of other campers all check-ins must be before 4.30pm during the colder months. Check ins after 7pm may be turned away in busy times.
2. No Fireworks - this is very unsettling for our livestock
3. 9pm quiet time.
4. No drones in the camping area, for the privacy of other campers
5. Generators are allowed for short period of time but not permitted after 8pm.
6. Dogs on leads when walking around the farm - Limit of 2 dogs per camp site.

There are plenty of activities to try around town, from bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah and downhill mountain biking at the Uki Mountain Bike Park (Less then 8Km from our property).
The property is just
5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Campers should leave no trace.

Located halfway between Batemans Bay and Moruya, and 5km from Mogo. Great for shopping, eateries and Mogo Zoo. You can even frequently hear animals from our campsites!
Campers need to bring everything and remove everything, leaving no trace. Bring your own supply of water. Firewood can be purchased by the wheelbarrow load, please add to your booking if required. Otherwise, BYO firewood.
We have nine portaloo's available for use, they are situated throughout the property.
Dogs are welcome if controlled at all times and do not bark or chase livestock. We have two Border Collies, so we are dog friendly for friendly well-behaved dogs.

PHONES: Phone reception is good, there is a Telstra exchange on the property.
ROADS: Roads around the sites are unsealed, but most normal cars and the average SUV handle it okay. The road down into the Megalong Valley is tar sealed, very scenic but winding.

WOOD: Timber for fires can be purchased at reception. We are an environmental biodiversity precinct so don’t permit damage to vegetation.
FIRES: Plenty of existing fire spots
SHOPS: The township of Blackheath is 15klm away up on the Gt Western Hwy, none in the Valley
SHADE: Plenty of shady areas
WATER: We are on town water
TOILETS there are 3 men's and 3 women's, plus 8 at reception, plus 3 in pioneer and 3 in corner paddock
SHOWERS: 3 gas hot water showers in men's, 3 in women's, plus 2 in Lodge
NOISE: Shutdown time for music is 10pm - no exceptions! but you can still enjoy the fires - quietly.

All camping proceeds are reinvested into improving the ecology of the property.
Note: This property is a working farm with horses and cattle. Fencing excludes stock from the campsite. Two dogs also live on the property, and while every effort will be made to prevent them from visiting you at the campsite, they are social canines and may occasionally sneak away to “check out” the visitors! 5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.

Welcome to our beautiful 40 acre property with 800 mtrs of river frontage, just a stones throw from the historical village of Mogo and some of the best beaches on the South Coast.
There is a lovely deep swimming hole with sandy area that all can enjoy. Shallow sandy areas are along the river, great for younger kids. Bring your kayaks, fishing gear, small tinny or SUP!
We have eight beautiful, peaceful, spacious, riverfront, campsites ready for our guests. Just a short drive to the best south coast beaches of Broulee and Tomakin. Located halfway between Batemans Bay and Moruya, and 5km from Mogo. Great for shopping, eateries and Mogo Zoo. You can even frequently hear animals from our campsites!
Campers need to bring everything and remove everything, leaving no trace. Bring your own supply of water. Firewood can be purchased by the wheelbarrow load, please add to your booking if required. Otherwise, BYO firewood.
We have nine portaloo's available for use, they are situated throughout the property.
Dogs are welcome if controlled at all times and do not bark or chase livestock. We have two Border Collies, so we are dog friendly for friendly well-behaved dogs.

Featuring an amazing rustic cabin, nine riverside campsites, along with paddock and bush sites, all 4WD accessible and two equally stunning 2WD accessible sites. You’ll share our spaces with kangaroos, wallabies, emus, echidnas, deer, platypus and more.
Enjoy some optional extras, including Tammie's home made bread, farm fresh, free range eggs, or one of our range of grazing platters, home made jams or hot chocolate kits.
Or pamper yourself with a Crystal reiki session, or tarot reading.
The 2WD accessible sites feature spectacular views to the right, towards Mt Panorama and Mt Horrible and towards Mt Canobolas to the left.

Each campsite offers its own unique features for you to enjoy and a hand crafted pit toilet is accessible to those camped along the river bank.

Better still, book into a pub crawl with Damo so you can lie back and enjoy the ride. There are plenty of opportunities for 4WDing and bushwalking in the local area.
Fires are allowed (fire restrictions permitting).
Wood can be collected from fallen wood around the property, or bring your own if you prefer.

Every October - April is our peak time and its busy! Please be aware there is river noise during our busy times on weekends so may not suit those looking for tranquillity on weekends. During the week it's fine but weekends are busy and a bit noisy.
We are 1.2 km from the township along the River Road. There are powered and unpowered sites for caravans and campers set in a rustic location.
Amenities include hot showers, laundry, on-site kiosk and boat ramp (fee applicable).
BBQ and covered picnic area.
Dogs are welcome on leash.
Firewood is available for purchase on-site.

Rick and Cheryl are warm friendly hosts and had firewood, eggs, cakes for sale such a spe ial treat. We all enjoyed the animal feeding time, which gave the place an extra special touch. The camp area beside the river was well shaded, clean and well kept and the toilets also clean and not smelly. Of course the river was fantastic swimming on such hot summer days and nights and I enjoyed the peace of kayaking in one of many water craft available. Highly recommended.

We spent five relaxing days at this beautiful property which has direct access to the river right from the site, which kept our kids entertained for hours. They loved using the provided kayaks and boogie boards, and the water was perfect for paddling and playing.
The sites are spacious with plenty of lush grass. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, including the drop toilets.
The hosts were genuinely very welcoming, and thoughtful. They sell delicious homemade cakes and reasonably firewood.
A special mention has to go to the beautiful morning tea they put on for Australia Day, such a nice touch with yummy treats and a real sense of community.
We’d highly recommend this spot for families or anyone wanting a peaceful riverside escape with great facilities and kind hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a great campsite, particularly for families. It has nice clean toilets, a beautiful spot on the river, and the ability to have all kids bikes, kayaks etc. already there to use is a massive plus. Our site (8) had it's own little pathway to the river, but the whole sore can easily access the river. The hosts are really friendly, making the food and having ice blocks for the kids on hot days. I suspect this will become a regular for us - thank you for having us Cheryl and Rick!

Rick & Cheryl were amazing hosts. We stayed 2 nights & they came to each camp site offering wood for $10 for the fire pits that are at each site. Their daughter Nicole also offers delicious treats such as Brownies, shortbread, Lemon cake plus so much more & they are so good!
We stayed on power site 1 which was right next to the walk way down to the river. You could hear the river through the night. It was very relaxing.
I can't wait for our next stay at Bundilla.

We have stayed at quite a few Hipcamps and this one was the best yet!
Rick and Cheryl are the perfect hosts and you can see the live and care they have for the land and for people to have a great time.
The sites are spacious, grass is lush, facilities well kept and the natural beauty of the place, especially the river, made us not want to leave.
