Site Three - No Power
Overall we had a good time. The scenery was lovely and peaceful. Unfortunately we were promised a farm tour for our 2 year old but it didn’t happen and we’re not sure why. We briefly saw the host on our first evening.

Site 1 - Power
Motorhome Rural Stay
Site 1 and 2 are easily accessible in a FWD motorhome. We are on a Renault Master with little ground clearance and there had also been light rain. Our site was quite level and while adjacent the river you couldn’t really see the river due to the scrub outside the fence on the riverbank. The site was also about 5m above the water. The river was quite accessible but there isn’t much of a bank area adjacent the water. We stayed midweek and it was very quiet.

We loved staying here, very peaceful with a great bush/ river walk. Visited by wrens and a opossum. Easy drive towing a caravan and Rick & Cheryl made us feel welcome.

Site Nine- No power
Such a relaxing and peaceful environment. The river was low but still plenty of water to cool off on a hot day, so refreshing. After chatting to Rick we ended up setting up on site 2 to give space to fellow campers on site 6 & 7. Site 2 is close to the road but over 3 days only saw 2 cars, so not an issue at all, and a cute family of blue wrens living in the shrubs entertained us. Only 25mins drive to Wauchope or 30mins to Port. We would definitely recommend staying here.
