This campsite is on a property in Wollumbin national park which is currently closed to outside visitors so you will get to enjoy the magic of the rainforest without the crowds. There is a creek running through the property which you can explore and is a 5 minute walk from the camp site. You are welcome to climb to the top of the property if you are physically up for the challenge and take in breath taking views of both Mount warning up close and the surrounding area. This is a private camp site with its own fire pit area. Mount warning is currently closed to the public to climb but there is plenty of creeks, a swimming hole close by and land to explore. A 10 minute drive takes you to the quaint town of Uki and 25 minutes and you're in the country town of Murwillumbah. Please Note: This is 4WD access only.

Malabar Farm is a working Beef and Equine property situated in walking distance (600 metres to the Hotel) from the idyllic village of Uki. Steep in farming history, was originally a part of the logging district and later operated as a dairy up until early 2001. The farm nestles in to the foothills of Uki and the Twin Sister Mountains. The southern boundary is 2 klm of Tweed River. 3 permanent creeks meander through the property providing an abundance of wild life and camp sites to dream of. The long stretch of Tweed River frontage provides for fishing (bass aplenty), and canoeing. The equine training and breeding section of the farm is to be visited by appointment most days, and for safety reasons is not commonly accessible. Petting of small animals is an optional extra for children and beginners, can also arrange a riding lesson in one of the 2 enclosed arenas, as another optional extra cost.

The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store. Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations. We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. White Wallaby Farm is certified organic growing Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric plus other seasonal crops. Our camping area is separated from the growing areas by the road, the camping area is approximately 2.5 acres, is mostly bush and borders Hopping Dicks Creek. Actual camping site is about 1/2 acre and is a mix of gravel & grass. Farm walks can be taken by negotiation, fees apply ( Morning/afternoon tea included). Available produce can be purchased. Mobile phone and Wifi service is usually very poor at the campsite. Please do not cross over the creek, this is not our property & the neighbours have very strict biosecurity controls in place. We ask that you respect this situation. Caravans up to 6 mtrs long are acceptable (1 area only ) other areas suit camper trailers, tents etc. Facilities are basic, there is a bush toilet and a camp kitchen with gas stove and sink. No showers. No power. Tank water on site is pumped from the creek and must be boiled/filtered before use. Entry to the grounds is opposite Number 325, and has a sign on the fence indicating Number 326. NOTE, 325 is not our property, do not enter this driveway or use their bins. Our private driveway is 50 mtrs further along the road and has the number 327 on the gate post. There are rubbish and recycle bins for your use in the campgrounds. ( BUT PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME) This is an area with significant wildlife and for this reason we cannot allow cats or dogs under any circumstances, IF, by chance you hit an animal or see an injured one please report it to us immediately. Please drive carefully. The area is very beautiful with lovely drives, bike rides and walks. Murwillumbah Rail Trail is 30 mins drive away. Local cafes are at Crystal Creek and Tyalgum approx 15 mins away Firewood available $20 for 20-25 kg or BYO Directions, From the south travel to Murwillumbah then either via Chillingham or Tyalgum. From the north take the Nerang to Murwillumbah rd and turn right at Chillingham. This is a very pretty drive and slightly quicker than via the M1. We only accept 1 booking at a time so that you have the area to yourself.

Our campground is on my family’s dairy farm that has been in the family since 1904. I’m the 4th generation on the farm and work alongside my parents and my husband operating the family business of milking cows. The campsite is on a private area of flat ground right beside the Oxley River with views of Mt Warning. We are excited to share our piece of paradise with others. We DO have a composting toilet but DON’T have any shower facilities. Although the creek is very close by we advise you bring your own drinking water. We are pleased to provide a gravelled campfire area along with a gorgeous outdoor setting that seats 8. Our campground provides a unique private camping opportunity. Once you book whether it is for a group of one or 25 no one else can book the site. The site is not visible from the road. Perfect for a relaxing getaway that brings you close to nature and connecting with friends. As we are a working farm, unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.

We are only 15 mins from Mount Warning and 30 mins from Byron Bay. There are plenty of National Parks, bushwalks, cycling paths, near by fishing spots and historical places to visit. The fantastic Northern Rivers Rail Trail is just across the road. We are located near the quaint village of Stokers Siding. Enjoy 13 acres of picturesque countryside with running creeks, lush green paddocks and a fruit orchid. We have very friendly alpacas who love selfies, and Scottish babydoll lambs who love meeting people. Set up your campervan or park your caravan on the edge of the flowing creek shaded with lush foliage overhanging from the trees. We only offer two sites for your peace and privacy. There is access to a portaloo. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own shower, and drinking water. Please respect the environment and take everything with you when you leave. Please note this is just a farm portaloo not a glamping bathroom. Please make sure you clean it on departure. Please note: - We are dog friendly - No amenities so campers must be self-contained and leave no trace - Firepits available on both sites. Feel free to collect dead debris from around the property. - Campfires permitted in designated areas when restrictions aren't in place Directions to our property will be sent with your booking confirmation. Our property contains a fully equipped cabin, a luxurious creekside glamping tent, eight rainforest creek campsites (suitable for tents & caravans under 22ft) and two larger ridge top campsites with panoramic views make this a truly magical guest experience you'll want to come back to time and time again. The property is set at the foot of Mount Jerusalem National Park. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature as you explore the tranquil gardens and splash around in our waterholes surrounding this idyllic getaway. Enjoy listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby creek and bird song. There is a flushing toilet, shower, camp kitchen and rubbish bin provided for your added comfort. * Power hook-up is available upon request for some sites at an ADDITIONAL COST of $10 per night for tents or $20 per night for caravans/camp-trailer which is payable in cash on ARRIVAL. PLEASE NOTE, you will need to supply your own power cord approx 30 metres long. * small fire-pits are allowed (must bring your own) please keep contained and off the grass. * you can access several waterholes to splash around in from our creek that runs throughout the campsite. we recommend good shoes for the water and please be careful walking on the rocks. * we are DOG FRIENDLY, please be considerate of other campers and restrain your dogs from roaming other sites, dog droppings must be disposed of in the bin (please tie bags) * WE HAVE 5 dogs that occupy the area of OUR HOME, please DRIVE SLOWLY PAST THE HOUSE. Our beautiful property is just 10 minutes from Clarrie Hall Dam (Crams Farm) 25 minutes drive from Uki, where you will find a supermarket, cafes, pub and bottle shop. Don't miss the legendary Uki Pie shop. Every Saturday morning Uki hosts a local farmers market. The Gold Coast airport is just 60 minutes away and . Nimbin and its free outdoor swimming pool is a short 35 minute drive and the amazing Channon village, vintage pub and local waterfalls are just another 25 minutes further on.

PLEASE NOTE, We do not appreciate loud music/noise or general anti social behaviour. This will cause you to be asked to leave without a refund. White Wallaby Farm is certified organic growing Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric plus other seasonal crops. Our camping area is separated from the growing areas by the road, the camping area is approximately 2.5 acres, is mostly bush and borders Hopping Dicks Creek. Actual camping site is about 1/2 acre and is a mix of gravel & grass. Farm walks can be taken by negotiation, fees apply ( Morning/afternoon tea included). Available produce can be purchased. Mobile phone and Wifi service is usually very poor at the campsite. Please do not cross over the creek, this is not our property & the neighbours have very strict biosecurity controls in place. We ask that you respect this situation. Caravans up to 6 mtrs long are acceptable (1 area only ) other areas suit camper trailers, tents etc. Facilities are basic, there is a bush toilet and a camp kitchen with gas stove and sink. No showers. No power. Tank water on site is pumped from the creek and must be boiled/filtered before use. Entry to the grounds is opposite Number 325, and has a sign on the fence indicating Number 326. NOTE, 325 is not our property, do not enter this driveway or use their bins. Our private driveway is 50 mtrs further along the road and has the number 327 on the gate post. There are rubbish and recycle bins for your use in the campgrounds. ( BUT PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME) This is an area with significant wildlife and for this reason we cannot allow cats or dogs under any circumstances, IF, by chance you hit an animal or see an injured one please report it to us immediately. Please drive carefully. The area is very beautiful with lovely drives, bike rides and walks. Murwillumbah Rail Trail is 30 mins drive away. Local cafes are at Crystal Creek and Tyalgum approx 15 mins away Firewood available $20 for 20-25 kg or BYO Directions, From the south travel to Murwillumbah then either via Chillingham or Tyalgum. From the north take the Nerang to Murwillumbah rd and turn right at Chillingham. This is a very pretty drive and slightly quicker than via the M1. We only accept 1 booking at a time so that you have the area to yourself.

Our Hopkins Heights Bus is perched high on a hill on our 44 acre property in the North of the Tweed Valley looking out to the north over the McPherson Range. The Tweed Valley, effectively a caldera, was formed from the now extinct volcano of Mount Warning. Traditionally known by the first nations Bunjalung people as Wollumbin. The Tweed Valley is blessed with art galleries, beautiful beaches, rainforests, great food, waterfalls, hiking trails, tranquil villages and the list goes on or you can just stay on our farm and enjoy the peace and quiet with the cows and chooks. Our closest village is Chillingham, about a 10 minute drive, which has a general store for all your basic supplies (food, fuel, bottle shop) and the famous Banana Cabana fruit shop. Murwillumbah is around a 30 minute drive.

Our campground is on my family’s dairy farm that has been in the family since 1904. I’m the 4th generation on the farm and work alongside my parents and my husband operating the family business of milking cows. The campsite is on a private area of flat ground right beside the Oxley River with views of Mt Warning. We are excited to share our piece of paradise with others. We DO have a composting toilet but DON’T have any shower facilities. Although the creek is very close by we advise you bring your own drinking water. We are pleased to provide a gravelled campfire area along with a gorgeous outdoor setting that seats 8. Our campground provides a unique private camping opportunity. Once you book whether it is for a group of one or 25 no one else can book the site. The site is not visible from the road. Perfect for a relaxing getaway that brings you close to nature and connecting with friends. As we are a working farm, unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.

We spent four wonderful days camping on David’s property and absolutely loved it. The campsite is a beautiful, peaceful spot right by the river, with lovely views across to the cows grazing on the neighbouring property. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of kookaburras was something really special, and during the day we enjoyed hearing the cows and cooling off with swims in the river. David is a genuinely kind and welcoming host, very helpful without being intrusive. We also loved being able to purchase fresh garlic, turmeric, and ginger straight from his farm, which was a real bonus. A truly relaxing and authentic camping experience. We highly recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Absolutely beautiful site with incredible views!! Flat, shady, grassy site with firewood. Super peaceful and so many birds! Sarah and Scott were so lovely and welcoming, and checked in to make sure I was ok when a big storm rolled through. Will be visiting again!!

We had a great spot with good shade. A dip in the lovely creek. Saw lots of turtles but didn't spot a platypus unfortunately. Be warned, the toilets aren't great. We ended up using our portable toilet. The toilet got emptied on our 2nd day so was probably more tolerable by then. Guys on site were lovely.

Second time back and it won’t be outlast. We Love this quiet and private camp to just sit and listen and de-stress. The sound of the running water, occasional cows mooing, birds calling, the rustle of the goannas through the underbrush, and the breezes in the trees are enough of a soundtrack for us to enjoy. Spotted eels and catfish amongst the small and abundant native fish & shrimp in the crystal clear waters of the swimming hole this time. Easy access and plenty of level spots to park up our caravan and our friend campervan along with the convenience of an onsite toilet makes this site a real gem. Can’t wait to come back soon!

I enjoyed that you could walk to town,and the creek for a nice dip. Not over crowded, well maintained camp area. Facilities were clean and modern, very peaceful, other campers were respectful and friendly. Only drawn back was I only had one day to enjoy, definitely will be back for a longer stay.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay ! Terri was a fantastic host—so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help in any way she could. The property itself is simply stunning. Falling asleep while gazing at the moon, enjoying dinners with the sunset glowing over Mount Warning, and sitting peacefully by the campfire made this experience truly magical. The peace and quiet were perfect, and the birdlife in the morning was incredible—such a beautiful way to wake up. This place offers everything you hope for in a nature escape: breathtaking views, total tranquility, and genuine hospitality.
