A Portal for the Soul : situated in the heart of a 23- million- year- old Caldera under the shadow of Mount Warning, Gabrielle's Sacred Retreat awaits. Important Details; This is a Spiritual Retreat and not a party venue. Please party somewhere else. This space is curated For Spiritual Souls, Earth Lovers, and Seekers of Inner Peace, who will Honour the Land and Each Other. This small secluded acreage is situated within the bend of a large creek and hums with a healing energy of renewal and transformation. With views of the mountain and horses grazing, you are surrounded by some remnant and some regenerated subtropical rainforest along the creek frontage. Here nature does more than surround you; it embraces and uplifts, inviting your spirit to align with the rhythms of the Earth, in one of the world's most powerful natural healing sanctuaries. There are a couple of small private swimming holes and walking tracks along the creek where you can stop and sit for some quiet contemplation, where you'll feel natures healing forces at work. Do some forest bathing, meditation, or sit quietly by the creek where you may even spot some local platypus or other native wildlife. We now offer a flush toilet and a Soul- nourishing private indoor shower with a large window overlooking the lush forest and volcanic rim adding nature's calm to your experience. We offer 3 separate powered sites, NOTE: . You will need to have 2 X 20mtr power leads to hook to power though. We have room for large caravans, motorhomes . Please note, one vehicle/caravan per site. If you have multiple vehicles/caravans, you will need to book multiple sites. Weather permitting (no rain) we also have 3 exclusive unpowered sites available in another paddock, closer to the creek. There is no power or water at these sites, and you will need to be self-contained. There is a choice of 4 sites , but only 3 can be booked at any one time. Group bookings catered for By Prior Arrangement Please bring your own fire pit. Note: Telstra Only Mobile service.

Our unpowered paddock sites are closer to the creek, a short walking distance away. There arespacious sites in this paddock area. Please note, one vehicle/caravan per site. If you have multiple vehicles/caravans, you will need to book multiple sites. All campers in this area must be completely self-contained, with their own power, water. You will however still have access to our shower toilet block.

The Upper Camp area has power and water on site in a peaceful quiet location , with flush toilet shower nearby. From here it is a short walk to the rainforest walking tracks along the creek that take you down to the main swimming hole and around the property. The property is also only 3km from our local historical village of Tyalgum with a General Store, excellent Cafe and Hotel, Tennis court and public park and toilets. There are 2 spacious sites in this area. Please note, one vehicle/caravan per site. If you have multiple vehicles/caravans, you will need to book multiple sites. We kindly ask you take all waste when you leave.

Unfortunately, this was our worst camping experience and we would not recommend this Hipcamp. There was no signage identifying the property or camping area and no directions on arrival (pictured) We had to drive through the actual housing area, which was very run-down, with derelict-looking caravans and buildings. It did not feel like a welcoming or clearly established camping property. We also felt uncomfortable and fearful when greeted on arrival. This was compounded by the surroundings and lack of clear information. There was no barrel for the fire pit or option to hire to provide one despite the very cold temperatures. Overnight, we heard cars constantly, music around 2–3 a.m., and what we could only assume were gunshots in the morning. We did not feel safe. My children asked to leave out of fear. Our young children did wonder and when asked not too were stopped from leaving our area. We were extremely respectful to campers despite a review less favourable We were in bed before 8:30 p.m., up after 6 a.m., used the bins provided, cleaned the fire pit back to the dirt, and left not one piece of rubbish or scrap behind. Our children accidentally knocked out the only other camper's electricity while dogs roam unleashed!! When Brianna asked us to stop that we did so immediately and did not allow them up there. Overall, the lack of signage, poor presentation, noise and safety concerns made this an unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble — go to Misty Mountain instead.

Our stay was lovely. The toilet was a little further than we hoped but very clean (and hot shower too was welcomed!) Horses were a lovely addition and kids loved feeding them apples of a morning. Beautiful and peaceful spot right by the creek. We loved our stay!

Wonderful hosting by Brianna! So hugely appreciative of tow to leave early on a Sunday morning. A really lovely spot with a clean toilet and shower. We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay.

What an amazing place! Absolutely stunning scenery and blissful peace and quiet. Host Brianna was sensational, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone who wants somewhere quiet, relaxing and peaceful.

We absolutely loved Gabrielles beautiful property. Brianna was the perfect host and we loved this morning visits from Hooch, what a wonderful little pooch. The whole experience in the region was uplifting, if you’re there on a Friday night, the local cafe does yummo pizzas and there will be a muso to entertain you. We loved the horses, the birdlife and the stunning little creek.

Sites were very roomy and comfortable. Shower and toilet a bonus and we enjoyed being camped around the fire. Power was appreciated as was the assistance from Brie when we arrived. Dogs loved it.

We loved our getaway at this serene and beautiful place. Brianna was exceptionally accomodating and we enjoyed having a chat about the area and much more. So peaceful. Hooch, Brianna’s pup was a hit with our two dogs and of course us. Loved the horses and walking tracks. Awesome night sky in front of a fire. Bliss. Thanks for allowing us to stay on your magical property. Will be back!

Brie and Gaby are incredible humans. Both went above and beyond while we were at their beautiful, peaceful property. From the stars at night, the horses, the river and the amenities, we have nothing but praise for this stay. A magical stay. We will definitely be back, so much more to explore. Thanks for having us.

Brianna was a wonderful host, making sure my son and I knew where everything was and where to setup. Top spot, two ponds to choose from each with waterflow. We had one of the two unpowered sites and there was plenty of room in between sites. One off the nights we were lucky enough to have horses come up to the fence line near our tent while the fire was on to say hello (and have a pat). We went bushwalking down the creek which was awesome too. Perfect spot to chill and have a quiet getaway with the family.

First trip using Hipcamp and couldn’t have been better. Brie was a fantastic host welcoming us upon arrival and taking us through a walk through of the property. Great communication and instructions prior to arrival and the property and amenities were great. Would recommend and come back for sure!

Beautiful location! View of the top of Mt. Warning from the property! Stars galore in the sky in the evening. Warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive hosts. Little walks along side the creek and lots of swimming spots. Even platypus viewing seats. Very quiet and peaceful with other respectful and like minded campers. Delicious food in the Tyalgum Town nearby. Can't wait to visit again.

Stayed for four days over Easter. Super peaceful and quiet. Lovely on site hosts, plus a flush toilet and hot shower (huge win). Beautiful mown spacious sites, never felt crowded. The creek was the highlight with lovely swimming hole and shallow rapids the kids loved. Friendly horses to pat, space for ball games…highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time camping here! The hosts were lovely and very welcoming. The creek was definitely a highlight as we brought tubes to float around in. We saw some beautiful birds and the view was amazing. We will definitely be back!

My partner and I had a fantastic time at Gabrielle’s retreat. We were lucky enough to be at the site closest to the creek, which got great shade in the afternoon, both of these things helped to cool down in the hot summer weather! Bri was very kind and helpful, making our stay a breeze. I could not recommend this hipcamp any higher!

Beautiful peaceful place to stay. We were really thankful to have stumbled upon this amazing stay. Our first Hipcamp stay and it certainly set the bar. Magical creek and peaceful location the horses were divine. A must if you want a peaceful place to relax. We enjoyed the fact that it was convenient to Tyalgum town centre yet seemed a million miles away. Will be back most certainly. Brianna is a brilliant host. Thank you!

Such a beautiful, peaceful spot with great little swimming hole. Brie was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend taking chocks if you have a van or RV as the powered sites are not level and 40mtr power cord. I will be back!
