Escape to 17 acres of regenerating bushland in the picturesque hills just 15 minutes from Warragul. Wake to native birds, watch for wombats and wallabies, light a campfire at sunset and enjoy your own private corner of the property. Multiple private sites provide the best of both worlds — relaxing seclusion and convenience with Melbourne CBD only 1.5 hours away. Experience the power of Mother Nature as she quietly reclaims the land from this property’s industrial past. As a working sand quarry 45 years ago the natural beauty was denuded, but the scars have long since vanished beneath native vegetation that is gradually reinstating the natural temperate rainforest that belongs here. The property contains some cleared areas, a pocket of natural bush, extensive natural regeneration and a small pine forest. Wildlife abounds, from baby wedgetail eagles and peregrine falcons to wallabies swimming in water troughs on hot days, elusive Gippsland Giant Earthworms, and regular wombat visitors. Still, cold nights are prime owl-calling conditions with sound travelling beautifully across the valleys. Your host is a grassland ecologist who loves sharing the story of how this landscape is changing. Guests are welcome to explore the signed tracks independently, or join an informal guided nature walk when available. Your hosts live onsite, so help is nearby if you need it, while your campsite remains private and peaceful. Travelling horses can be accommodated by arrangement in either a stable, or yards. A 20x60m sand arena can be used by arrangement. Local Interests: Mount Worth State Park, with its incredible giant tree walk and fern gullies, is only 10 minutes away. You can also travel along the iconic Grand Ridge Road, with its cathedral-like forests, toward Tarra-Bulga National Park to explore walking trails through cool temperate rainforest. The Grand Ridge Rail Trail begins 45 minutes away at Mirboo North. Cafés, galleries, breweries, and wineries are close at hand, and daffodil farms that ablaze in golden glory form part of the view. Lardner Park, with its many field days and functions, is a short 15-minute drive. The surf beach at Inverloch can be reached in one hour, while the mountain resort of Mount Baw Baw is 1.5 hours to the north.

Horse Yard Tent Site

Overlooked by some impressive Strzelecki Gums, The Horse Yard has a lovely natural view while being close to some creature comforts. Great sense of security for solo travellers. The site is suitable for large tents or a group of smaller tents but is not accessible by vehicles. Parking is immediately outsite the yard (3m away). A large old stable is also available adjacent to this site to either camp in, or use as additional weatherproof living area. The site is part of the farmyard and is therefore only 50m away from the host's house. The camp site has power, Wifi and potable rainwater. A rudimentary flushing toilet and hand basin is provided.

Grassy Bend

This private site is overlooked by some impressive Strzelecki Gums and is located just above a mini-canyon that is part of the property's industrial past. The surrounding trees offer a warm embrace and wildlife abounds. The juvenile peregrine falcon's use one of the trees to await their parents return from hunting. The camp site is suitable for a campervan, camper trailer, or canopy camper. An adjacent area is suitable for a tent, roof-top tent or canopy camping. Note: This site is right against the property's access track and occasional vehicles will be passing. Drive through the gateway at the road and up a bumpy incline in the gravel track till it levels out. Follow the track around to the right and the campsite is on your Right with a sign This camp site has no amenities so campers need to BYO everything (including drinking water and camping toilet) and leave no trace. No Wifi is available at the site, but can be accessed by arrangement from the house yard up the hill.

Private Meadow

Bring your favourite people and enjoy Nature's Revival together. Exclusive use of a private corner of Nature's Revival for families or friends. This large open area is fringed with Mother Nature's revegetation of the old sand quarry and is set aside from other camp areas on the property. Even the dogs can have a romp around on the open grass. Suitable for caravans, RVs or other camping. Campsite not visible from road or houses. This camp site has no amenities so campers need to BYO everything (including drinking water and camping toilet) and leave no trace. No Wifi is available at the site, but can be accessed by arrangement from the farm yard up the hill. This group of sites incorporates Shrubby Glade so this individual site cannot be booked separately at the same time as the whole Private Meadow.

This relaxed site is located within the old sand quarry which Mother Nature has substantially revegetated. Enjoy the open grassy meadow while appreciating the shady tall bushes immediately behind the site. Explore the steep shrubby hill, or play with the dog in the large open area. Suitable for caravans, RVs or other camping. Campsite not visible from road or houses. Two other campsites may be visible if booked but are around 50m away. This camp site has no amenities so campers need to BYO everything (including drinking water and camping toilet) and leave no trace. No Wifi is available at the site, but can be accessed by arrangement from the farm yard up the hill.

This site is located just above a man-made mini-canyon cloaked in native shrubs that is part of the property's industrial past. And yes you are likely to see a wombat trundling past. This site is just 2m off the property's access track and occasional vehicles will be passing. Arena Horse Camping

Ideal for travelling horses —enjoy a quiet overnight stay right near your horses. Evenings are best spent by a campfire while your horses rest nearby in a grassy day yard with wire fences. Whether you’re travelling through or attending a local event, this is a relaxing stopover for both you and your horses. Additional horse accommodation and camping is available at the Stables Horse Camping site. Note these two horse camping areas are quite a distance apart and the Stables Horse Camping site is at the top of a very steep driveway. Prospective campers must contact host to discuss arrangements at least 48hrs before arriving. What’s included • Small grassy Day Paddock. • Site fee includes overnight stay for 2 horses. Additional horses by arrangement. • Complimentary use of 60 x 20m fully fenced sand arena to stretch and settle in. • Quiet, horse-friendly environment. • No others horses in adjacent paddocks. Stables Horse Camping

Ideal for travelling horses —enjoy a quiet overnight stay right near your horses, who have access to a large stable with secure day yard. A flat, gravel area of our farm yard is available for self-contained horse floats or swag camping. Evenings are best spent by the impressive fire cauldron, while your horses rest nearby in a stable with large secure, grassy yard. Whether you’re travelling through or attending a local event, this is a relaxing stopover for both you and your horses. The site is only 50m away from the host's house. Occasional cars will come and go immediately past the site. Additional Horse accommodation and camping is available at the Arena Campsite. NOTE: The access driveway is very steep and a large capacity 4WD towing vehicle is required. Prospective campers must contact host to discuss arrangements at least 48hrs before arriving. What’s included • Site fee includes accommodation for 2 horses • Campsite for self-contained float, roof top or swag camping • Stable is 7x4.5m and rubber lined. • Day Yard is 10x25m post and rail fenced with shade. • 20x40m grassy arena just adjacent to stable (fenced on 3 sides) • Concrete wash bay with tie up on 2 sides. Cold wash only. • Complimentary use of 60 x 20m fully fenced sand arena to stretch and settle in. Note this is at bottom of steep hill. • Optional: Paddock (0.5ac) with large shelter. $20 per horse per night. See Extras section. • Rainwater • Quiet, horse-friendly environment Some of the most impressive views across the rolling green hills to the Great Dividing Range are just meters from this site. A large shed is available to use as additional weatherproof living area. The campsite has power, Wifi, phone reception and potable rainwater. A flushing toilet and hand basin is available.

Wombat Flat
We enjoyed a one night stay at Nature’s Revival. Kathy was a very welcoming host and communicated with us well throughout the entire process. She even had a pile of firewood for us with firelighters, a lighter and more excitingly…marshmallows! The location was beautiful. We had the pine forest on one side and an amazing view on the other! Highlights for us were the sunset and the abundance of bird life. We used this as a base to enjoy walks in Mount Worth State Park and Uralla Nature Reserve in nearby Trafalgar. We highly recommend a stay with Kathy.

Great campsite which offers both the deep thick rainforest scene & also on the edge of amazing views where just a short 1 minute walk you can see a great open landscape. Host was lovely who was very accomodating & even left us marshmallows & firelighters. Good Reception available here, check in with host if you need level ground to stay as there are multiple near by

Kathy is a kind and welcoming host. She went above and beyond to make our eta comfortable, providing water, firewood, fire starters and even marshmallows. The property and surrounds are gorgeous, and we enjoyed the cosy armchairs!

Kookaburra Nursery Tent Site
Kathy has set up an amazing private site on their stunning property. Kathy was a great communicator and very helpful. The shelter with provided table and comfortable lounge chairs was a great place to cook and then sit back and relax.
