There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. Or take a long, lazy stroll along one of our many walking tracks or along the water's edge. You can also bring your pushbikes and enjoy one of the many bike tracks. The park is pet friendly and ponies and horses have a large paddock with clean water if you wish to bring them along and saddle up for some excellent trail riding. Get back to nature with some native flora and fauna spotting. Abundant wildlife includes rare Sea Eagles, Wedge Tail Eagles, friendly Parrots, and Rosellas. Wombats, Kangaroos, Wallabies, Rabbits, and Echidnas are easily found and large bush possums are everywhere and are easily hand-fed and friendly. Groups of Hog Deer are seen occasionally as they are fairly timid. We are located between Bairnsdale and Sale. The Park is set on 174 acres of peaceful bushland, including Banksia, Red Gum, White Gum, and ancient River Gum forest. The Park offers both powered and unpowered sites, a communal lounge, separate accommodation, modern toilet facilities, sheltered BBQs as well as a camp kitchen. This campsite is set on 100 acres of farm land with a mix of pasture and bushland. There is a little river running through the end of the property, and you're welcome to throw a rod in of take your canoe for a paddle. We are located 2 minutes' drive away from the Big Koala and 30km from the Grampians National Park, a must on your list of places to visit. If you're up for an explore of the region we're 35 minutes' away from Halls Gap and the zoo, 43 minutes from McKenzies Falls and 45 minutes from the Ararat Hills National Park where you can enjoy mountain bike trail riding. The site has flat, grassy ground. Campfires permitted (wood provided) and you can bring your own generator. This campsite suits self-contained campers with own camping toilet/shower amenities and supplies (water). Rubbish facilities are provided. Dogs welcome, but they must not hassle the other animals.

Great site with really good facilities. Lovely spot next to a park with some woodland walks. The owners were really helpful and great at staying in touch. A really great stay! Also bought the fire pit and wood which was delivered to us and was a lovely end to our holiday. NB power and drinking water which was fab although our plug in our hired camper didn’t fit as we needed a smaller plug - worth checking the connection :-)

It's a peaceful place to stay. The toilet and kitchen is clean. The manager is so accommodating and helpful. We came 2 hours earlier than the check-in time but he let us in when he checked that the place where going to stay is clear, we save time waiting.

Amazing whole team. We had forgotten our tent rods and with was late the guy at the reception offered us to stay in a brand new cabin for free for the night (7 boys we were) the next day they offered us a cabin of 2 at fair prices. Facilities are new and clean and most importantly them is fantastic. One improvement would be to add a bit more ventilation in the main male toilets, someone relieved themselves and it took a while till the smell left. Overall would stay here again.

1 night at Mingling Waters

We had a terrific overnight stay here at Mingling waters in our caravan on a long powered site. It was the week before Christmas so the site was very quiet, clean and tidy. So much better than the photos showed. Grassy sites and all the facilités looked well maintained. Excellent camp kitchen and lovely little details around the property like a communal fire pit and dinning area which would be great with a group of friends and for the fire, in cooler weather. We set up and headed down to Lake Tyers for some beach time only 20 minutes away before coming back for the evening. The river area at the bottom of the campsite is lovely to explore too whether you have watercraft, bikes or are out for a stroll along the well managed wetlands or Nowa Nowa walking tracks. No shops with food/supplies in town were open when we were there mid week but the Tavern on the property looks like it’d be great come weekends. Definitely worth a visit!
