Moondancing Meadows is a back-to-nature wellness glamping facility. We believe in enjoying the abundance of nature, with a few creature comforts. Please note, we currently have 4 different glamping tent sites and 2 primitive tent camping sites. The primitive tent camping sites are NOT a glamping tent, you must bring your own tent. Glamping tents come fully furnished as in the pictures. WEATHER INFORMATION: If the forecast is below 32 degrees we will give you 100% refund. If there is a severe weather warning posted (tornado, hurricane, severe thunderstorms, etc.) and predicted for the zip code for Moondancing Meadows we will refund you 100%. We do not allow cancellations outside of the window with refunds for rain or normal Florida weather systems. Our tents are rated for winds have proven to be safe and dry during storms. We have never had a flooding issue on the land and we supply umbrellas for walking to the bathroom. Please embrace the stage that Mother Nature sets for you and bask in the beauty of experiencing weather so intimately that we usually shelter ourselves from. Our canvas glamping bell tents are nestled in to nature. All the tents have a beautiful Florida forest view and is located in a private area of the campground. They have all been beautifully furnished with real mattresses, sitting area, storage, indoor and outdoor lighting, along with other perks. All of our sites are pet friendly except for the Jupiter glamping tent. There is a community outhouse like no other outhouse you have seen and a beautiful community outdoor shower with hot water. We have a community fire pit for all to enjoy. We have an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, propane burner, and a coffee station. We also have potable water available for campers. Check in time is 3pm or later, Check out time is 12pm Our goal is to provide a perfect balance of peaceful connection with self and nature coupled with a connection to community. Please check our Facebook page to see if we are hosting any events during your stay. We are located in the Horse Capital of the World and also 10 minutes from world-famous Rainbow Springs and KP Hole Park for kayakers and tubers. There is a waiting line in front of the park and at the tubing entrance starts 30 minutes to an hour before the park opens. The park often reaches capacity before the morning is over. It is very convenient to be close to the park to guarantee entry. Loved it the tents are fantastic very tastefully Done out will go back Jupiter was our tent did not get bit once by mosquitoes end of march loved the shower love the area you must try it.

Happy Family! Fun Spot!

Our kids loved it, it’s definitely family favorite now! We brought their bikes and they had fun riding on the paths. The tent was spacious and comfortable!

Glamping Near Springs - Saturn

Cozy and family friendly!

A cozy primitive camping area. We appreciated that the site area was fenced in so it felt safer. We loved all the solar lights and paths. Great to have a separate kitchen area to use. We enjoyed the full moon and gorgeous stars while cooking. Loved taking a hot shower under a tree and outside. There is a farm next to the property so lots of animals sounds, but we are animal people and it didn’t bother us. The kids loved mimicking them and it was nice to look at the goats on the way to the bathroom. We were close to a lot of things we wanted to explore with the kids. Very natural place and felt like we were actually camping (which is the point!), but with a cozy touch!

Primitive Camping (No Tent):Neptune

It is a nice place, had most of the things we needed and didn't bring with us, but I did not enjoy my stay. First, we never met Dru, not on the first nor last day of your stay..but only his wife to welcome us to the place, and that was the last we saw her as well. Nobody checked to see if we were okay or enjoying our stay. Second, there was caterpillars everywhere around our camp site, even in the shower, we were scared to even leave our tent open for a few minutes without them crawling in. (I guess with Spring rolling in, it's their time) but it would have been helpful if they had cut down some of the branches that were hanging over our tent beforehand. Lastly, the lights on the pathway to our campsite were not working.

Primitive Camping (No Tent):Neptune

We chose to bring our tent to camp on the primitive site. I had no idea what to expect and we ended up really enjoying sharing a fire pit, meeting new friends and my 10 year old loved showering outside. Very creative and well done. My husband I said we should book the whole place with just our friends one time. Very nice property and we loved seeing the animals next door.

Glamping Near Springs - Saturn

Great!

Great glamping set up! Very clean tents, bathroom and shower. You will hear animal noises (chickens, pigs and peacocks) from the neighboring farm but it quiets down at night and did not detract from the overall experience. Everything you need: charcoal grill, single propane burner and a separate fire pit, picnic tables, toiletries for the outdoor HEATED shower. I definitely want to come again next time I want to head to the Springs.
