Nice host who wants to be helpful. Kind of an unusual spot…..just know what you are getting. The ‘beach’ across the way is a very small strip of kind-of walkable sand if the water level is right. Really it is a boat docking area. You can not walk from here to anything useful and an Uber to a restaurant is exorbitant. It’s a good quiet resting spot for a night or two. Also be aware they have a 50 amp hook up. Requires adapter for 30 amp.

A MUST STAY with electric and water
The RVkidzTV family stayed at this spot for 2 nights! We wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks! It is an awesome place to stay. We put together a little video about the site on our Facebook page! The link is:

A little piece of heaven
We just got our class c, was very blessed to have found this sweet place. They had the adapter we needed to hook up to the electric.
It’s private in their back yard, with seating, grills and a fire pit
Walk maybe 500ft to the bay and put you’re kayaks in the bay
Central to any beach you want to visit and all the good eating places.
We came late, after an er visit for me, it was dark but Michelle helped us get situated and has knowledge of camper life and was eager to accommodate us w any need we had.
We will be back!

Great spot for kids
Michelle’s land is so fun, and convenient for a long weekend trip. Right next to the sound where we watched hermit craps scurry around. Convenient to Pensacola or Gulf Islands National Seashore. I’m looking forward to returning some day to see how the land has progressed. We loved watching the animals on the property. Michelle was incredibly accommodating, making sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything.
