Located in the beautiful foothills of Spencer Butte at 1,000 feet elevation, our property is also within 5 minutes to Eugene, downtown shopping and eateries, and the University of Oregon. Old growth Douglas-fir forest and amazing views of the terrain surround. Spencer Butte is the city's highest point at 2,058 feet in elevation. The property backs up to the Ridgeline Trail System. Hiking trails and shared use mountain biking trails are at our doorstep. The Mt. Baldy trailhead is located nearby as well, with trail running and mountain biking popular activities. There are ample opportunities to enjoy nature along the trails, with over 2,000 acres of parks within the Eugene ridgeline parks system. A short 2.5 mile hike from the property is the Cascade's Raptor Center and Abbelone Winery.Beautiful sunsets await!! Park your RV near our private, forested, semi-circular driveway and have access to a main road that leads into Eugene. You may also access the Ridgeline trail system by walking to the trailhead. There is access to the trail down the street at the Mt. Baldy trailhead, and Dillard East/West trailheads. You can then hike from there to the summit of Spencer Butte or Mt. Baldy, and access over 2,000 acres of the Eugene ridgeline parks. Eugene, local eateries, and University of Oregon are within 5 miles. This is a simple parking place and located near our home and driveway at 1,000 feet elevation. We have two small friendly dogs on the property that may greet you, and kindly request that you do not bring your pets. The hiking and mountain biking possibilities are endless in this area of Eugene with much to see and explore.

Just what we needed

This was just as advertised. A quiet neighborhood spot just 10 Mins from downtown and a friendly couple of dogs who greet you. We landed here after a late concert and it was all we needed. There seemed to be some great trails within walking/biking distance if you wanted to get up and explore. We found an awesome bakery down the hill.
