Clint’s spot was so incredibly special! I can’t think of any other camping experience we have had like it! Clint is such a kind and welcoming host & really saved us when we forgot some essential supplies. The waterfall and pond were so incredibly special and we even got to explore around the land and test our plant ID knowledge. Already looking forward to our next visit!

I LOVE this spot!! Clint is such a kind host, he keeps the camps so beautifully together and there are rules for a reason! This is truly the most magical place I have ever camped at, it was a privilege to be able to stay here. It’s exactly like the photos but it will absolutely take your breath away when you see it in person. In order to maintain this beautiful area campers need to follow the rules, it can’t stay this beautiful if people don’t. If you ever get the chance to camp here DO IT!!! I could not be more satisfied with my stay. It felt like a spa vacation! I’m in love with this area!
Clint was an engaging host with helpful information about how to care for his camping space. He seemed very invested in a sustainable approach and was attentive to our needs.
The hike into the camp sites does that an incline and some mud to trek through, totally worth it though.
Camping here was a literal dream. Going back to reality after a weekend spent here was highly unfortunate. It was the best little getaway, so peaceful and so much to explore. Also pretty romantic if you were to go with a partner. While yes, it was a little “trek” to get to the campsites from where you park, it is beyond worth it. There was a wagon there for our use, but I did also bring a collapsible one. I forgot bug spray, however I was pleasantly surprised when there was maybe one mosquito the whole time. Clint was super friendly and more than happy to share his beautiful slice of paradise. Can’t wait to come back sometime!

The campground was absolutely pristine and the waterfall was magical! Its a beautiful little spot, I'd highly recommend it. It is a bit challenging to find so make sure you follow the host's directions closely.

Our new favorite spot in Oregon. Perfect for groups if you’re lucky enough to book all three spots together. Clint is a sweetheart and made us feel welcome and comfortable while letting us do our thing, giving us the privacy you can’t find at so many other spots. Highly recommend a wagon for transportation from car to site for ease. Many thanks to Clint and the land for allowing us to share in the beautiful landscape and history! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location to spend a weekend out in nature! Clint was great to meet and share this slice of beauty. The canoe at the waterfall added a fun and unique camping experience.
This is hands down the best camping experience I've ever had. The campground feels like a little secret... small, remote, and grounded in the best way. The sites are close enough that you feel part of a community, but spaced out just right so you still get your own private spot. Getting there was easy with the directions.
The waterfall is STUNNING and the water is ice cold and refreshing on a hot day. It does get chilly at night because of it, but our warm sleeping bags and blankets were super cozy. The walk in from the car is beautiful too, it crosses a little creek. Snack on a thimbleberry on the trail. We brought a cheap collapsible wagon to haul our gear and it made a huge difference.
Clint is such an awesome and genuinely caring person. He's full of stories about the land and local herbs, and he made us feel completely at home. The little touches, like a fresh wildflower bouquet and well built campfire rings, show how much care and love goes into this place. We packed in all our own supplies (as you should!) but Clint still offered extra toilet paper and cut up our firewood to help with kindling.
There's a real healing energy here. We loved it so much we extended our stay because we couldn't bring ourselves to leave, and we're already planning a trip back asap before summer's over.
If you can come with respect for the land's history and its powerful, untouched nature, bring good vibes and this place will give you an experience you won't forget.

Such a beautiful and special camping spot!! The swimming hole was incredible and it was a perfect place for my friends to connect and relax! We were lucky enough to book all 3 sites and had tons of room for all 8 of us. Everything was clean and beautiful, didn't know what to expect of the compost toilet and we were very presently surprised at how clean it was! Loved our stay and can't wait to come back :)

This was the most incredible camping experience we’ve ever had. The waterfall and surrounding land are absolutely breathtaking.
Clint is an exceptional host: friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly deeply connected to the land. You can see how much care and attention he has put into every detail. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the guidelines are clearly there to protect what makes this place so special.
The campsite is a short walk from the parking area, but even the walk is beautiful and helps you feel completely immersed in nature. The site includes a firepit and picnic tables, with a composting toilet just a short walk away.
We had no phone service, which honestly made the experience even better. It gave us the chance to fully disconnect, slow down, and enjoy our surroundings. Sleeping beside the sound of the waterfall was heavenly.
Clint has created something truly rare here, an experience that feels carefully protected, thoughtfully designed, and shared with genuine love for the land. His hospitality, knowledge, and attention to every detail made our stay unforgettable. We left feeling incredibly grateful that he allows others to experience such a special place. He is easily one of the best hosts we have ever encountered, and we can't wait to return with friends and family. This is the kind of campsite you want to tell everyone about while secretly wishing you could keep it all to yourself.
Beautiful place to stay! It’s a short walk downhill to the campsite, the waterfall and swimming hole were larger than we thought! They had a canoe to enjoy, well kept campsites and bathroom. Site host was available if we needed. No cell service, which allowed us to fully immerse into the tranquil space. Would come again!

A magical beautiful oasis! Clint was such a great host. His directions to the place were clear- you just gotta trust you’re going the right way! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to be a little whimsical.
Stunning! I had such an amazing time. All camps are a couple steps from the waterfall and the soothing sounds makes the nights feel less lonely. The row boat was the cherry on top! I actually went solo camping which was nerve-wracking as a woman but Clint was very kind and welcoming and made sure i felt safe. I definitely recommend a wagon but the walk to the camp isn't actually that far. Everything was very well cared for. I plan to return!

Good place, great location, had awasome camping experience .
Our stay at Clint’s Hipcamp was absolutely incredible! This place is a true hidden gem, surrounded by beautiful nature with a gorgeous waterfall literally right next to the campsite. Falling asleep to the sound of the water and waking up to such an amazing view made the experience unforgettable. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with nature.
Clint was an exceptional host. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He made us feel right at home and was a pleasure to chat with. If you’re looking for a unique camping experience in an absolutely stunning location with an amazing host, this is the place. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to come back!

We had a great time! The site was beautiful and well kept. Really enjoyed the waterfall and had fun using the canoe. Clint was a very helpful host!
This was hands down the best camping spot I’ve been to. So beautiful and peaceful! Sleeping with the sound of the waterfall was everything. Clint keeps the land in such pristine condition and I hope that everyone who comes to this camp spot helps keep it that way! We got to learn a lot from Clint about the history of the land, which was super interesting. I’m hoping to come back as much as possible. Thanks Clint for an unforgettable experience.

Visiting the falls at Elk Prairie brought me an experience I will never forget. This place provided a spiritual transformation and intimacy with the earth that is difficult to put into words. It wasn’t just the place itself but also Clint. Clint shared stories, knowledge, and history of the land that I will cherish forever. I would recommend this place to anyone who is open-minded and ready to receive the positive energy this place holds.
Camping here was an amazing, once in a lifetime experience. The sites are right next to a big waterfall and swimming hole which was so magical. Clint was a wonderful host and incredibly kind, flexible, and wise. Camping here quickly became a core memory and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. I can’t recommend it enough.

Great place to camp at and to take a dip in the water. We didn't actually end up staying the night because it's a but of a walk from the car to the site, and we were feeling lazy. From what we could tell, the neighbors were quiet. Be aware the road is narrow and gravel, but we made it in a Honda civic no problems.

Such an amazing spot! Definitely could have used a wagon or something for the trip from the parking area to the campsite! Such a great time and Clint is easily reachable and helpful! Would love to go again!!
This was the most incredible camp site I have ever been on. Words can not explain how beautiful this place is. Getting there was a a bit of an obstacle but once you arrive it it is worth every single minute getting there. I will most definitely be returning here. Clint is an amazing host. Camping on Clint's land was a core memory in the making. Out of his 3 sites, I'd recommend the one we booked, Elderberry #1, for two reasons: it's closest to the waterfall and because of that, the slight breeze from the impact of the water pushes the fire smoke in usually only one direction.
Clint is a fantastic host. He is extremely clear and concise about expectations, a talkative, friendly character, and very kind to nature.
The water is very cold year round, so be prepared if you want to get in. Clint has a canoe secured to a tree onsite and we found it fun and relaxing to row it around the small body of water. On a hot day, camping here brings relief as the 3 sites are down in a ravine and the water mist from the fall helps cool you off. Probably 10° cooler than up on the hill where you park your car before walking down to the fall/sites.
We brought a dolly but a wagon would work to haul all your camp gear down that dirt trail and back 1/8mi. About halfway through, it was really muddy for about 10-12 steps.
The waterfall provides great white noise for sleepers who need that! The bugs are out flying around quite a bit. We used 6 drops of lemongrass essential oil in 2 TB of coconut oil, and rubbed that on exposed skin as a natural repellent and did not get bitten once.
The picnic table has no seats.
You may need to bring your own TP and hand sanitizer, as they were out of both in the wooden outhouse adjacent to the dirt trail. But Clint gave me a heads up.

This campsite is the best campsite we’ve ever been to in Oregon. Think about it - when is the last time you slept next to a waterfall? Also, the host is great and should receive an award for his thorough communication. Book now before there is a year-long waiting list :)
This was the most peaceful and memorable camping experience we’ve ever had, We had the campground to ourselves for the first night and even though we arrived late, Clint greeted us with the kindest most welcoming attitude!
We really enjoyed learning about his beautiful land and appreciated that he even helped us with firewood!
The sound of the waterfall flowing through the night lulled us to sleep and the birds chirping in the morning was really a magical thing to wake up to!
The outhouse was very cute and super clean!
Clint takes the best care of this little sanctuary, We’re still flying high from this trip and we can’t wait to come back!
