This isolated and remote property will provide the quiet, peaceful and semi private hunting and fishing experience you're looking for. Currently there are three property access permits available. Permits provide access to forty acres of private timberland property. The waterfall is 205 yards from the end of the road. The last 80 yards is down a medium to easy grade hill. Direct access is also available to hundreds of acres of Port Blakely Tree Farm property. Ask about sportsmans discounts. The Molalla River Corridor, Table Rock Wilderness Area and Silver Falls State Park are all close by.

GeerCrest Farm was settled by the Geer family in 1848, and is still owned and stewarded by the family. The house Ralph and Mary Geer built in 1851 stands and is one of the oldest in Oregon to remain in the same family.
The farm features creeks, forests, pastures, orchards and gardens as well as the historic buildings. Currently we have four friendly sheep and a small flock of Mallard ducks to keep us company. The Pioneer Memorial Orchard features over 50 vairieties of pre 1850 apple trees. The Heritage Grove has ten fruit and nut trees that were recognizeds as a memorial the the early pioneers of the nursery trade by Oregon Heritage Tree program. The 20 acre property, offers three tent camp sites Including the Tree House site, as well as two forest cabins and a small forest bunkhouse (sleeps 6).
Our peaceful, small farm offers a reflective immersion in nature and history among the occasional quacking of ducks and baaas of sheep. The scenery from all corners of the farm is incredible - a favorite is the westward view of the valley pasture at sunset -- called "Homer's View" after famous political cartoonist and Geer descendant, Homer Davenport. No matter which camping site you choose, the sounds of the creek, pond frogs, or conversing owls are sure to lull you to sleep.
Feel free to roam the farm, but always leave gates as you find them, open or closed. Please say hello to our sheep and barn cats (they may say hello first). Explore the Heritage Grove of historic trees, the Memorial apple orchard and pear glade with varieties circa 1840s, indulge your senses in our medicinal herb garden, and chat with our farm family while they water the veggie gardens, if you so wish! Your experience will certainly be unique to the season.

Crooked Finger Farms has great history. The Farm and surrounding acreage was homesteaded in the late 1850’s-1860’s. You can still pick the fruit from the original heirloom apple and pear trees! The farmhouse, historic barn and outbuildings were built as a dairy in 1915.

Our campsite is nestled among the trees next to the river. There's lots to enjoy. Do you like hiking? Silver Falls State Park is only 36 miles away. Boating? You can put in your kayak/canoe at Gills Landing in Lebanon and float down the river back to the campsite. Fishing? Bring your fishing pole and try catch and release in our pond. Swimming? Take a swim in the cool water. Of course, you can just relax by the water's edge and enjoy the tranquility provided by the soothing flow of the river.
This 192 sq. ft. cabin is very basic. There is no shower, but there is a portable toilet with a wash station located outside. We do provide a full 5-gallon water cooler for drinking since there is no running water. For cooking there is a 24" Blackstone 2-burner griddle, and small propane cans are provided. Also, the cabin is furnished with a small supply of pots and pans. There is a battery that provides lighting, and phone charging is available in the cabin. During the cooler months, there is a small wood stove for heating, and firewood is provided. The cabin sleeps 2, but there is room for a camper and/or tents. This campsite is meant to be very simple, so you should plan on bringing whatever you may need/want for camping.

More about the property:
- This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- for flocks (egg layers for backyard chickens) and freezers (meat birds- available for your camp dinner). Some cows and sheep roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.
-My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful.
-There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site for 1 RV. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a composting TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot.
-There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs).
- There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for shade or for rainy days. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river.
- FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. If your dog is aggressive or timid, please consider other accommodations.

Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City.
This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had fallen into disrepair before taking ownership.
In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality.
From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands.
You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on

Creekside campground with showers has 4 separate sites:
1. The campground with a kitchen and hot/cold potable water and 20 amps of power. Includes 3-4 picnic tables and a covered stage area with power. This can hold 8-10 large tents comfortably. Price includes up to 10 people. Children under 12 are not counted and are free (except to their parents).
2. Tiny Creekside cabin has no power and a queen size bed with bedding and towels included. Sleeps 2 with about 120 SF (tiny) includes 150 SF covered deck. You may add tents around the cabin but must add the guests under extras so you pay for additional tents/people. No kitchen with cabin. This site has a private fire pit.
3. Creekside RV - retro trailer newer looks like a 50's diner. Has fridge, stove top, microwave, electric hot water kettle and Air Conditioning. This is a nice addition to the other sites due to the AC and fridge. RV is parked next to creek across from campground. The toilet is not connected (please use Portable toilet next to trailer).
4. A cabin in the trees 12'x20' with queen bed and all bedding included. No Kitchen in the Cabin, The cabin includes a picnic table, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor bench and chairs.
No Electricity.
All sites have shared access to hot showers, portable toilets, and potable water next to Outdoor kitchen and dinning area.
Guests love staying with us; "Brenda's property is fantastic. We had a gathering of friends for a long weekend on this property (rented the cabin too) and had the best time. Having the creek to splash around in, warm running water for showers and washing dishes, trails to explore, and the delivery of fresh produce and eggs from the property far exceeded our expectations. Brenda is the best host - she answered all my questions quickly and was very generous with our group. Definitely recommend!"

We had a great time. Ended up booking the entire place and it was worth it. Kids were able to fish for a while. Definitely want to come back during the summer time so we can enjoy the river. Lori's farm is incredible. Both sites are very private, far away from anyone. We brought our dogs and like to let them wander off-leash; we always worry a bit about them bothering other people. There's no problem doing that here; you've got ~300 yards (3 football fields) between each campsite, and much farther than that to any other property. We were a larger group, so we actually rented both campsites; they're both great. The river is a 15-second walk from Site 1 (you can hear the river in camp; it's a literal stone's throw from where you sleep), while at Site 2 you're 10 yards from the river's edge. That said, Site 1 gives you a bit more room to explore a wooded area and has the pyramid (which part of our group liked sleeping in, so they didn't have to set up a tent).
I noticed only one negative review mentioning a "weird vibe with burned area"...I'm constantly astounded by people, to say the least. There was a small brush fire due to a city-owned powerline that #1 very fortunately got put out quickly and #2 you can barely tell occurred -- I think there are two trees that have black markings at the base. How that could bother anyone on a huge farm with hundreds of trees is mind-blowing. But hey, I won't complain about this place having more availability :)

Beautiful place - Mike is a great host. Loved the dogs and cats and the coffee! Mike has obviously put a lot of thought and work into the place. When we visit family in the Lebanon/Sweet Home area we will definitely stay at the Tree Farm again.

The complex is so cute and welcoming! The tent was wonderful, it would be chilly this time of year without a tent heater (which we brought along). Teresa and her husband are very kind. They ventured out in the downpour to welcome us and show us around.

This is a lovely spot for the weekend with easy access to Silver Falls, The Oregon Garden and Silverton. The spot we were in was well shaded with two hammocks and mature tress right next to the barn. We did hear barn animal noises but nothing that we wouldn’t expect from the listing. The property was big with lots of places to walk and roam and private spots to relax. Connie and her husband were exceptional hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this farm. James was so helpful with everything. We had a beautiful location right on the river. It was also nice that we could add on extra amenities such as ice firewood, and a shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Buena Vista Lavender Farm
So cozy! The Big Tiny is close enough to town to grab dinner and check out other local attractions with a short drive back, but so gloriously beautiful and serene on the property. The ultimate cozy getaway. The animals, the view, the accommodations- all wonderful. Highly recommended!

Weekend Trip to Rushing RiverRetreat
We had a lovely weekend at Teresa's Bell tent. Beautiful spot by the river. Enjoyed the outdoor shared spaces, especially having breakfast with a view of the river. They were such welcoming hosts with a wealth of knowledge of the area. So accommodating like part of the family. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back. If you find yourself traveling Highway 22 about 26 miles east of Salem on the North Santiam River — stop.
While this state park plays happy host to campers, it's a perfect place to eat a picnic lunch and decompress. Free-range picnic tables dot the beautiful riverfront grass area, and the restroom facilities have flush toilets. What more do you need? Well, maybe a road-weary leg stretch on the 2.4 miles of old-growth forest trails.
North Santiam State Park is one of the finest steelhead fishing spots on the river. Drop your line from the shore, or hit the deep waters via the gravel boat launch. The primitive campground offers nine first-come, first-served walk-in/bike-in/boat-in campsites with picnic tables and grills.
There's an awesome reservable group picnic shelter with electricity, tables, and fire pit that accommodates 60. Stop by anytime to dip your toes in the cool river and soak up the silence. The day-use area is open year-round, and parking is free.
