Buena Vista Lavender Farm is a family-owned and operated farm located in Silverton, OR. We have a gift shop where we sell lavender products created onsite, as well as a barn with a variety of animals. This is a perfect place for a quiet and or romantic get-a-way! Just a short drive from Silver Falls State Park, The Oregon Garden, and downtown Silverton, Buena Vista Lavender Farm is a hidden gem for your next visit. With three tiny home properties available to rent, and two RV camp sites, we have a variety of accommodation options to meet your needs. We encourage guest to explore the farm and enjoy the animals and views. We would love to host you on your next adventure!

A hidden gem for tent and RV Camping, Buena Vista Lavender Farm is the perfect base camp for your next Oregon adventure! We are just a short drive from Silver Falls State Park, the Oregon Garden, and local dining and entertainment in Silverton. On the farm, you will find lavender fields, a gift shop with lavender products that are made on site, and common areas with stunning views. We also have a barn with animals such as goats, sheep, alpaca, a donkey and a mini horse. We also have brand new baby goats! This back-in site is located near the barn, next to the pond. This site can accommodate up to a 20 foot RV, pop-up or camper van + 1 tent or 2 tents. If you need additional space, or accommodations for a larger group, we have larger sites available with additional space for tent camping. We also have 3 tiny homes on sites available for rent. This site does not have hook-ups. There is potable water available by hose/spigot at the barn, a porta potty, and free wi-fi.

Thank you for considering Buena Vista Lavender Farm! We are located just outside of Silverton, OR. The Big Tiny Home has everything you need for comfort and convenience. This delightful tiny home offers two sleeping areas; one cozy bedroom on the lower level with a queen bed, and an open lofted area with a full bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. The Big Tiny also offers a full kitchen with a stove, oven, full-size fridge, coffee maker and all of the kitchen basics. With amenities like an outdoor grill, heating, WiFi, and A/C, guests can stay comfortable year-round. Perched atop a hill overlooking a tree farm, the Big Tiny at Buena Vista offers panoramic views of the valley and neighboring farmlands. Enjoy the sunset from your private deck, or, follow the walking trails to the lavender fields and relax. It was a true delight staying on Connie's land. The setting is gorgeous with the beautiful lavender field and wonderful view towards the west. The animals are wonderful! Gorgeous pond on the property as well. The shop sells wonderful things made from the lavendar on their farm. A great experience all around!

Graceful rolling hills. Beautiful sunsets over fields of lavender. Bird song. Bees. Bucolic setting. And so peaceful! Close to both Silver Falls State park and the quaint town of Silverton, Buena Vista is a gem! Thank you Connie, for being such a great host. I highly recommend this little oasis.

Such a beautiful farm! The camping spot was huge and right by the animals. The ducks and chickens come right up to you. The owners will also take you to meet the animals and to their shop. Had to get some lavender to take home. Beautiful property

Overall not bad. The porta potty was disgustingly full; someone had the same complaint in April and the owners had not addressed the complaint as of 1st week of June. In addition the owners ran back and forth on their tractor through the camping area for hours giving the feeling of being on a construction site. My niece stayed in the big tiny home which was adorable except for the helicopter that started spraying the Christmas tree farm 30 feet from the deck. The chopper was so close it shoot the small building and repeatedly flew close for an hour spraying who knows what.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most magical stay at the lavender farm hip camp just outside Silverton, OR. Tucked 20 minutes away from Silver Falls State Park, this spot is the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Falling asleep to the croaking frogs from the nearby pond and waking up to breathtaking views of the surrounding farmland and rolling hills was exactly what we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the campsite was well-maintained and private. We loved wandering the lavender fields, taking in the beautiful landscape, and spending time with the friendly farm animals—the goats, sheep, horses, cows and chickens were absolute highlights, and even the 2 dogs came by to say hello. It added such a warm, charming touch to the stay. We had the best of both worlds: peaceful farm vibes and stunning waterfall hikes at Silver Falls State Park. Clean, quiet, and unforgettable—we’re already planning our return next summer. Highly recommend for nature lovers, animal lovers, and anyone needing a serene escape!

We loved the mountain views, the wildflower meadows to roam through, and the blooming brilliance of the lavender fields to sit in at sunset while sipping a beverage. Mornings Mr. Rooster alert us of the coming sunrise, afternoons the mustang horse and highland cows grazed lazily outside our trailer door, the bullfrog croak lull us to sleep each night.

Highland cattle, alpacas, two ponies, a donkey, sheep and goats and those are only the domesticated animals. I also saw bunnies, Jack rabbits and a newt. And I know there was a bullfrog desperately seeking a mate! And then there were the beautiful sunsets, fields of Meadow Foam, flax and lavender plus tree farms. Really beautiful rolling hills and deep dark woods. Plus, the hosts were wonderful!!! Would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Guest House On A Lavender Farm
Buena Vista is a beautiful escape from life. The gracious hosts welcome you in and share their love for their property and animals. Beautiful sunsets, baby goats, adorable guest house, waddling sucks, lovely dogs, highland cows that love apples, bullfrogs that seem to love a good jump scare, did I mention baby goat that love to nibble and cuddle?!?!?! I'm already planning my next trip!

We had a 24 ft travel trailer which was very easy to maneuver and park. We came in the evening as the sun was setting. We had help from Connie’s husband & he explained everything to us when we arrived. Connie came down to feed the animals just after we arrived and showed my kiddos the animals & let them feed & pet them. There was a mustang horse, 2 highland cows, 2 large pigs, 2 alpacas, mini donkey, mini horse, many sheep (plus a baby!), many goats (lots of babies!), ducks, chickens, 2 Great Pyrenees farm dogs. The ducks had free range and they were soooo cute to watch. And beautiful colors! The animals here are very taken care of and happy. They are all very friendly & love the attention & snacks. We brought our dog & he was welcomed and got along well with all the other animals. We loved staying by the barn! Farm fresh eggs were a wonderful start to our day. We explored the entire property. The spot was exactly as described & we loved it. The weather was not the greatest, but we are from Washington so we know how to make the best with the rain. The farm is between silverton and silver falls state park, through beautiful scenery and homes. It’s obvious that people in Silverton take care of their city. There was a pet parade in town Saturday morning. There are fun shops and sites to see in town. The Gallon House Bridge has a cool history. We hiked the Ten Trails with the kids (no dogs allowed). The hike was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! We can’t wait to come back & see Lavender in bloom !

Can't find information about my Hipcamp reservation or receipt so I can't really write a review. No idea how much I was charged. Hipcamp is a lousy company in this respect. Connie and her husband were nice - we didn't interact much as I had all I needed. Oh, internet worked well, which is a rarity at camp sites. Site was fine (I don't know which one, again Hipcamp website) - porta potty close by 30 amp electric, water spigot. I needed 120 V which they cold provide but I found my converter. Quiet, slept well. Close to Silverton, 8 miles, quick 12 minutes for coffee. I belong to AnyTime fitness so I could shower. Also YMCA in town.

We were in the Tiny Home and it had amazing views of the lavender and rolling hills. We had fun walking to visit the ducks, geese, donkey and LGDs. Weather did not cooperate but the heater worked perfectly.

The little tiny house was spectacular! The land and animals and lavender was so wonderful and they have a cute gift shop and eggs for sale. Will definitely be coming back. Perfect spot for the Woodburn tulip festival and Silver Falls State Park.

We loved getting to chat with Connie's family and meet friendly (& baby) animals of all species. We tent camped near the barn, so there was some noise from the dogs and chickens at dawn and dusk, but we brought earplugs and had no trouble sleeping. What a beautiful property with lots to explore! We wished we had more time (and hope to return when the lavender is blooming).
