Located between Portland and Mt. Hood, Camp Cedar Creek is a peaceful retreat tucked into a creek valley just off Highway 26. Only six minutes from downtown Sandy, but feels worlds away.
Our 37-acre property features Cedar Creek, ponds, trails, and meadows. While we have a handful of sites that comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests, many of our most popular sites are ideal for families, friend groups, and gatherings looking for space to spread out.
Cool off in the creek, hike the trails, pick blackberries when they're in season. Whether you're road-tripping through the Pacific Northwest, working remotely from your van, or simply seeking a quiet weekend outdoors, there's a place for you here.
We acknowledge that Camp Cedar Creek is on the traditional homelands of Indigenous peoples including the Multnomah, Wasco, and Molalla, and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs and Grand Ronde. We are grateful to care for this land and ask guests to treat it with respect.
**IMPORTANT POLICIES**
4WD/AWD REQUIRED PAST THE BARN: Only AWD and 4WD vehicles may access the creekside campground. Guests with 2WD vehicles must park in the entry lot.
NO TRAILERS: Due to steep hills, sharp turns, and damage cawe no longer accommodate trailers or tow-behind campers.
PACK IN, PACK OUT: Please take all trash and recycling with you when you leave.
DOGS: Dogs are welcome throughout the property. Off-leash dogs are permitted in the creekside campground and must be leashed around the Blue Barn.

Located on Mount Hood about an hour from Portland, Zigzag Mountain Farm is home to an organic garden, old homestead, house, yurts, and barn. 50 acres of open meadows and forest, bordering thousands of acres of national forest.
The farm is home to an organic garden, campfire circle, picnic area, a city bus with a campers' kitchen, outdoor seating area with BBQ, kids play structure and hiking trails.
The cabin on the property was built by the original homesteaders. Britta and Jim purchased the property in 2009. It had been vacant for a number of years. Giant slash piles scattered the land from previous logging.
The house and cabin were not livable and needed major renovations. In 2019, we purchased and brought in a city bus and converted it to a campers kitchen.
A year-round creek flows through the property and 3 major rivers are nearby. The Zigzag Mountain Lookout Trail leaves from the property. The property was homesteaded in the early 1900's. E. Mountain Drive was the wagon train trail into Portland, known as the Barlow Trail.
Zigzag Mountain Farm offers the perfect escape from the city.

The RV sleeps up to four guests and features a queen-size bed, a dinette that converts into a full-size bed, and a bunk suitable for two small children. Amenities include internet, smart TVs, a propane fire ring, two camp chairs, two gravity chairs, an outdoor table, all linens and pillows, and a private shower. Tents are also welcome for additional guests. The property is fully fenced and includes an additional small fenced area where your dog can safely relax while you unwind.
It's a great place to stargaze with virtually no light pollution, watch deer roaming the property, and enjoy peace and quiet. Located down a well-maintained dirt road, our gated, five-acre property offers a secluded setting. The host lives on site with friendly yellow Labs.
During your stay, you'll also have access to a full-size dog agility course for an additional fee and with a signed waiver. No smoking. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday.
Enjoy the many recreational opportunities nearby, including seven lakes, the Deschutes River, and multiple parks, all within an hour's drive. Our property is also surrounded by BLM land, offering excellent opportunities for biking, ATV riding, and hiking among the trees just minutes away.
We are located just a 2½-hour drive from Eugene, 32 miles south of Bend, and 105 miles north of Klamath Falls. Sunriver is 24 miles north, Cowboy Dinner Tree is about 55 minutes east, and Crater Lake is just over an hour to the south.

We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.
Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.

NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.
Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

We have 125 acre farm ranch that is waterfront on brownlee reservoir. We have 5 different camping vacations options. 1 cabin to rent. 1 camp trailer on a nice waterfront lot as well as 3 camp sports 1 with water and power hook ups (site. 2 water wheel) and 2 dry camp spots. we have a spot to launch boats which is right between sight 3 and 4. Good fishing. Very little boat traffic. Very private. In the fall big horn sheep frequently rut on the property. We usually have fresh eggs on hand. Dry climate. Sage brush and juniper trees here. We have an easy to access spot to fill up water to your camp trailers or rvs. The water is from a spring and Water tastes really good.
We just added a 24ft pontoon boat for rent.
This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain. Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

Me and my husband, Sotero, are from different continents. We met in Portland, Oregon, over 25 years ago. Being able to communicate in five languages gave us the opportunity to interact with people from various cultures, try new foods, and learn about new history and experiences. We love seeing the world, with our favorite destinations being Mexico, Dubai, and Canada. Also, we love camping and decided to create a little private camping ground and farm lodge for people who wish to camp without huge expense. We try hard to make each guest’s stay wonderfully memorable.
Owner will be close by to answer any questions but gives you a space and privacy. Please text your time off arrival, make sure we open gates.

Great spot in Bend and one of the closest options for camping. We were in town for music and was so fun to meet other people that were in town for the same reason. I did not stay in yurts but I saw inside one and it looked really nice. Showers and bathrooms were really nice and enjoyed walking my dog on the lava tube trail in the mornings.

Site was great, quiet. Host was very fast to reply. Composting toilets were ok, one was pretty full, other was not. Barn shower was really nice, but many hornets were around. Best time to shower was really early morning. There was hornet spray it helped a bit, but they were relentless. We ran out of spray and Jodie quickly put another can in the barn bathroom for us. Barn bathroom didn’t have toilet paper. But we never really needed to use it considering the other bathrooms were much closer to our site. Jodie was a great host.

3 nights at Roadhouse Ranch & Camp
The Yurt was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Each yurt is secured with electronic locks, so it felt very secure. Scott was immediately responsive to questions and anticipated needs, such as switching out the power cell before it could run down.
The star gazing was excellent and I enjoyed wandering around the property, as well as watching the sunset from the seating area atop the beautiful rock formation.
The gasfired fire pit was both attractive and convenient, although I did not use the gass grills, I did see other campers cooking with them. The bathhouse, also with security locks, was always clean and comfortable. The ease of access to everything from dinning, Breweries, shopping, Tumalo State Park, and any other activities you may want was a ten to fifteen minute drive, amazing. I will revisit this camping location.

This site was great for our tent set up. It was a little noisy from the highway, but not terrible. The campground has a bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 showers, a communal fire pit and a nice grill, and a cute trail with good views! Site 7 had a good tree area for our hammock and a picnic table. It seems like it would be a bit small for an RV, but didn’t bother us in our tent. Overall, it was a good trip.

1 night at Lane Creek Reserve
Wish I had known about this place sooner and stayed longer. I was splitting up the drive from the Bay Area to Portland this time and was looking for a place to stay last minute around 6 pm on a Wednesday. Between last minute hotel booking sites that charge double and require a credit card for check in I thought I should take a look just in case on Hipcamp and see what was near me. As luck would have it I was only 20 minutes from the site when I saw it was available. From the pictures it looked like it could be just the thing I was looking for. The check in process was easy and I happened to be the only person staying that night so I had my choice of which glamping tent I wanted. Though they were basically all the same I decided to stay in the dueling pines tent as it faced toward the sunset and away from the sunrise. The two Adirondack chairs were the perfect place to watch the sunset and listen to the animals. It was cold at night however I didn’t need to turn on the heater in the tent and was plenty warm under the provided blankets. My only con was the earwigs that crawled up the inside of the tent that I did have to squish every 30 minutes once the sun went down, nothing some sticky traps couldn’t fix. Also no power in the tents but the provided lanterns did have usb and micro ports so probably could have charged my devices though I only had usb-c cords. The WiFi was strong and I was able to use my phone as normal. Check out was easy, standard leave no trace. Nice place!

For my partner and I who went exploring a lot in town, this camp site was perfect for us! Although this specific camp site was smaller, we were able to pitch our tent and have plenty of space to enjoy meals. The bathrooms were nice to be able to shower, and we loved the dish washing station!
We will definitely be back. 😊

If you’re looking for the perfect high-desert basecamp that balances total peace with creature comforts, this spot is an absolute gem.
The biggest surprise has to be the brand-new shower house. It is absolutely top-tier—clean, modern, and they’ve clearly thought through the details. They stock it with quality bath soap, and they included the ultimate unsung hero of camping infrastructure: *plenty of hooks* to actually keep your dry clothes and towel off the floor. It’s the kind of setup that makes roughing it feel downright luxurious.
When you aren't hanging out at camp, there’s a gorgeous private trail right on the property that serves up incredible sweeping views without any of the crowds. And the location is tough to beat—you get all that quiet ranch solitude while still being incredibly close to Bend, making it easy to pop into town for a killer hop-forward IPA or a bite to eat.
Total 10/10. Space, views, and a stellar shower setup—it's everything you actually want in a camp spot!

We had an amazing time in Lara’s glamping tents! We ordered farm to tent breakfast this mornings, as well as a charcuterie board for one of the afternoons. All of the food exceeded our expectations. Lara is a great host. We will definitely be back.

Lane Creek is a hidden gem of Southern Oregon! Lara was so kind and responsive and her property was exactly the place our family was looking for to break up our road trip North. We camped in Site 1, perfect open space for a roof top camper. We watched the sunset as the kids played, absolute perfection.

A charming little resort with a stocked store, canoe available for paddling on the stream running through the property, and plenty of birdsong. Sites near the water are quieter. A little bit of road noise in the sites up front. Very convenient for heading up to Crater Lake NP.

A great place to camp a short walk to a sandy beach on the river, with plenty of space to set up a tent, pop-up camper, cooking area, etc. No issues with bugs/bees and we never saw another camping group.
