Magical little spot ✨
They stay at Dustin's resort was magical. The love put into the care and maintenance was tangible and the staff was so welcoming. Every little detail was enjoyable and the energy in the air was refreshing. Our tent site was just what we needed, and the general area was just gorgeous. Will definitely come back again, most likely to go rafting ! So grateful for this stop along our roadtrip.

I give them 10 stars!
Hands down our favorite trip of the summer. We LOVED Last Resort so much we are already planning our next trip back. It felt like adult summer camp. The resort is beautiful, there are butterfly’s everywhere and wild turkeys roaming around. The staff is supper nice and welcoming and fun.. we would love to be friends with them all. The bathrooms and showers were clean and the water was so hot. We stayed at an RV site which as fantastic (flat, fireplace, hookups, picnic table) but their lodging and glamping tents look amazing too! The location is perfect for the hot springs, crater lake and endless hiking. Our dogs even had a great time and were super chill lounging in the beautiful green grass. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Can’t wait to go back again!

Easy and accessible
Hello my wife and I stayed here for one night and host's were very friendly and helpful. I did not stay at the site I reserved but the site next door which was fine. The site was barely big enough for my 20 foot trailer although the power and water hookups were very easy and accessible. We were also overwhelmed by the amount of gnats just everywhere and in everything. But despite all that I think we would stay again.

awesome!
This place was fantastic. Dustin was so friendly and helpful. We had booked a tent site but he moved us to a new one so we had a better spot and also let us borrow a can opener! So kind. I also experienced car issues while being there and he was very flexible and helpful with us waiting for the tow truck. The showers were surprisingly nice and there is a market about a 5 min walk away with anything you can need. Everyone at the site was super friendly and despite the car troubles it was all around a fantastic experience!

A complete campground
The Last Resort is a wonderful camp site accommodating various sorts of camping from tents to back of car to RVs of different sizes, plus a few glamming tents to small cabins. The staff is friendly and helpful (they gave me a jump start when my vehicle wouldn’t start. They have hot showers and a little grocery store a very short walk from the place. I enjoyed the camping and the hiking. Would (will) certainly return.

STAY HERE!
Best hosts, best site, best showers and best location!! Would HIGHLY recommend staying here. And if you’re smart, you’ll stay longer than one night because we wish we could have!
Very close to many outdoor activities and I would suggest taking their guided waterfall tour as we went to a waterfall they suggested and it was breathtaking. Wish we saw more!

Beautiful River Glamping
We loved loved loved this camp! Wish we could have stayed a whole month! It’s a beautiful area to explore. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The place is well kept, nice amenities. You are right by the river so you can fall asleep to the sound of the water at night or go walk through the enchanted forest during the day. Would highly reccomend!

Camping with a View!
We had two rv sites. We have limited mobility issues with one of our guests. She had no problem getting around this area.
The sites were private. Had plenty of space between neighbors. Small campground. With a huge view! Spaces were easy to get in and out of.
The staff were so welcoming that we felt like family by the time we left. They were kind enough to answer all of our questions when we arrived, helped us build an itinerary during our stay, and everyone greeted us warmly as we walked by them.
This camping experience has made us fall in love with HipCamp! It is a remote camping area. But you do not feel isolated. Our “city girl” friend loved it!

Hidden Gem with Staff that care
We had no idea what to expect when we arrived. The area is definitely remote! Be prepared to bring everything you need into the site with you. That said, there is a store next door that has anything you could want.
We were pleasantly surprised at this spot! The river was easily accessible. The stream down a small path next to our campsite. This is an oasis!
The staff were extremely kind. Christian checked us in and it is evident that he really enjoys his job. He wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay and gave us several recommendations for waterfalls near the area. We had a couple in our group with limited mobility. But Christian pointed us in the right direction and every one of us enjoyed all of his spots!
We love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I loved camping here! The host was very friendly and informative. The site is so close to the hot springs, hikes and many waterfalls! Also coming back to a hot shower was a huge plus. Would love to stay here again!

Due to a storm I was not able to make it up to the site. The host did not warn me of a storm and when I informed him that I was not able to make it up, he provided no refund at all.

King Cabin 16
The cabin was very clean and spacious with beautiful details. The campground was quiet when we visited, but I imagine things pick up during the summer. Our camp host was exceptionally friendly and stopped by to chat a few times. Great experience!

All you need close at hand
We loved this spot! It’s not a table in the middle of someone’s land but that’s not what we were looking for. The amenities were great. There are flush toilets, showers, and a dish station with hot water. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us a map with the local sites and gave great suggestions. It’s super convenient to have a great little store next door. We didn’t eat there but they were offering Philly cheese steaks and biscuits and gravy. If you are looking for a convenient camp with easy access to the area I recommend this spot.

The property is in a beautiful location. The camp site was close enough to others that I felt safe as a solo traveler but quiet enough that no one in the yurts or cabins were disturbing. Seth was a very friendly host, as well!

Peaceful Camping in the Umpqua
This campground was a great location, just about 20 minutes away from Toketee Falls and several other waterfalls. It was easy to find. Bathrooms and showers were really clean and overall the campground was quiet and easy to relax there. I had no cell service at all which I didn't mind but it might be an issue for some people. The only complaint I have is that an automatic sprinkler system turned on at 3:00 AM and so my tent was being "rained" on the rest of the night which was just annoying.

Unique site, challenging for RVs
The RV sites cost extra than what is quoted on HipCamp. The sites are very tight, even with our 20’ trailer. Our site looked over the bathroom where the table and sitting area was placed. On the other side an RV looked down on us. The road noise was pretty loud.
This is an unique place. It offers various types of lodging. As many people that were there, it was surprising how quiet everyone was. It’s a beautiful area along the Umpqua River.

Florida Boys
Me and my boys from Florida randomly selected this sight because it was cheap and near Crator Lake. We didn’t expect much but we were wrong ! The camp was super friendly and cozy and there were so many things to do in a small radius of it. We had a great time.. THANK YOU !
