Site 17 has water, power, fire pit and picnic table, a gravel pad for parking RV's and cars, and a mulched and shady area for a tent. Tents are not permitted on the grass. The site accommodates ONE tent up to 12x18' or a small RV/ camper van. We also have larger RV sites with hook ups for an additional fee please check our other listings. There is a bathroom house centrally located in the middle of the park. We offer flushing toilets, tiled showers with hot and cold running water in the bathroom house. The North Umpqua River is located directly across the street with access just across the road. We have a swimming hole shaded in the trees. We also have Flo Level 2 EV Chargers on site.

Site 24 is level and flat, perfect for small camper vans or tear drop size trailers. There are trees and bushes on both sides of you for privacy. This site is not recommended for tents as the flat area is gravel. It has a picnic table, a fire pit, electricity 30 and 20 amp, water and sewer connections. There is a bathroom house centrally located in the middle of the park. We offer flushing toilets, tiled showers with hot and cold running water in the bathroom house.

Deluxe Sites are perfect for the midsize RV’s family vacation. Max RV length is 30ft, if your RV is longer than 30ft you must book a SuperSite. Super Sites are large and spacious, each site is individually unique from the next with a mixture of landscaping. They have large gravel pads, suitable for even the heaviest coaches. Each site has its own fire pit and picnic table. Full Hook Up = Sewer, water, and a choice of 30 or 50-amp power. All these spaces are “back -in” you are surrounded by grass and trees. No tent camping in these sites. Choose these if you have a larger RV or just like lots of space to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

Enjoy preparing food in the galley-style kitchen where everything you need is within reach. The large dining area has picture windows and a door to the private rear deck. Get refreshed in the spa-inspired bathroom that features a rainfall ‘walk-in’ shower, a blue glass vessel sink, and unique tile and stone decor. The water is from the on-property spring, enjoy an endless supply of hot and cold sparkling mountain water. There are 2 lofts with queen beds. The master has access to the knotty pine staircase and has a privacy wall. The second loft also features a queen bed with ladder access. This RV park was beautifully maintained and the sites were perfect. All had their own little fire rings with picnic tables and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The location was incredible, with many outdoor hikes, waterfalls, and scenic areas to explore. Would happily stay here again, and hope we get the chance to!

The variety of sites available is impressive. The grounds are impeccable. The location was ideal (outside the burned areas and near falls and trails.) We had a small but well-maintained site just right for our van. Very quiet, relaxing and comfortable.

This was the best Glamping experience I've ever had! The tent was so clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were also impeccably clean. It had everything we needed - from shampoo to plastic forks/spoons for cooking. The cast iron pan was also a plus. We can't wait to come back!!

This is a well kept campground with a beautiful drive along the river to reach it. The host was very accommodating allowing us to upgrade from a tent site to one of the cabins after a long day of driving in the cold and rain. The host also provided a welcome pamphlet with great information about local attractions and stores to restock or grab a bite to eat. Great to see small businesses working together to help each other out.

Amazing spot and very reasonable amenities. We tent camped and it was really nice to have toilets, hot showers, and a sink to wash our dishes! You can’t beat the 10-15 minute drive to Toketee and Watson. This area was GORGEOUS! I loved the inclusivity of the resort and it was great to support a location who cares. We loved this campsite and would recommend to anyone wanting to tent camp, stay in a cabin/glamp, or bring an RV. Keep being awesome Upmqua’s last resort!

Great stay! We rented one of the small cabins with bunk beds. It was very tight in there with 2 adults but it had everything we needed and then some. Hot showers with great water pressure, comfy mattresses. The only thing that wasn't great was getting in and out of that top bunk.

My group and I showed up late in the evening and everything was just as Dustin said it would be. Check in was super easy, and we got a personalized map of the campground which was a great touch. Facilities were clean and neighbors were quiet. Thank you!

Site 17 - Peaceful Camping in the Umpqua

I initially booked site #17, but was asked if I'd be ok taking #4 instead. They said it was an upgrade, I said ok. I can't say what #17 was like, but here is the lowdown on #4: I was renting a camper van for the first, and the site had all the hookups, plus a picnic table and fire pit. It was also next to the bathroom/ laundry facility. The only con was that I got a little less privacy than I was anticipating, but it was nice not to have to walk far if I wanted to take a hot shower at the end of the day. But Dustin at the front was very friendly and helpful, and even offered other sites if #4 wasn't to my liking. He even offered us some homemade banana bread muffins, and helped us out when we forgot our can opener. The overall facility was very accommodating to dogs, offering poo bags, grassy spots, and even a trail to walk your dog. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Site 17 - Peaceful Camping in the Umpqua

This place is beautiful. You can see so many stars at night. It’s the perfect spot to stay to do the Highway of Waterfalls. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Awesome amenities. I did tent camping and the only issue I had was I didn’t realize how close the spots are together (my bad) so it wasn’t as quiet/private as I anticipated. But overall I had a great time and will go back.

Super RV Site 19

My family and I had a wonderful time at Umpqua's Last Resort! From the moment we arrived, Seth was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Traveling with a one-year-old and a dog, we appreciated how much there was to see and do. We stayed at RV site 22, which was peaceful, well-equipped, and the perfect home base for our trip. The swimming hole was a highlight. I even jumped in the cold water and highly recommend it! Just across the street is a little beach along the river made for a great spot to relax and for our little one to throw rocks into the water, his new favorite thing. We're already looking forward to returning and trying one of the glamping tents, which looked amazing. Highly recommend!
