I like how you can go anywhere on the property as you turn into the camping area. There is plenty of space
You are on a huge space of land, lots of places to choose to park up and set up. They have this one area near the toilet where there are a few level areas under the trees. Very nice. I had the whole area to myself

The hill is too unlevel and the road has too many overhanging branches for our class A motorhome. However, the friendly host allowed us to camp in a bumpy, grassy, and fairly level field close to the highway. Surrounded by blackberry bushes so good for our cats. I suggest that if kept mowed then change $30 to $40 dollars for one bigger rig per night.

We enjoyed our stay. I was glad I read the reviews. Most of the property that we saw was very steep. We were able to find a spot and level our trailer, but we didn't even set anything up outside because the ground sloped so much. This was a great base camp for visiting in the area, which was all we needed. The driveway to get up the hill is rather bumpy and rutted in spots.

Owners are really nice. It's a beautiful property. It's quiet, secluded and peaceful. Great place to star gaze. I would definitely recommend it 😊🌞🌛

It was fine. Not very clean. The toilet had multiple dead mice and feces spread on the walls and beside the toilet. There was quite a bit of glass on a lot of the ground outside the bathroom. Also, there’s just as many people that book it that share the space.

We arrived and found the property easily. The bathroom is also easily found. Unfortunately pregnant and with a toddler in tow, I did not feel comfortable staying. I opted to keep driving south and snag a hotel for the night.
Tent camping seems feasible but difficult to find level ground. The road leading to the bathroom was blocked by a tent and vehicle, so was unable to see if other spots were available.
Overall this wasn’t our jam, maybe in my younger years but not anymore.

Place was great. Area was wide open and secluded. Just be careful with the main road that leads to Breier Road, traffic is not very civil (that is not the host's fault.

A perfect overnight dry camping spo

We camped on the hill in a 20' trailer was easy to get levled out. The view from our spot was awesome.. thousands of crickets at night..and the night sky was breathtaking..trailer camping on the hill is recommended a few areas for tent camping. On the hill area it is very open with a few spruce trees.very nice for the price..

We only stayed for 1 night but paid for 2 as it was supposed to rain on the 2nd night so we left early...it was very quiet with alot of crickets @ night...I do not recommend a trailer over 20'.make sure you have leveling blocks as the ground is not level but you can camp anywhere on the hill..beautiful view anywhere you camp...

David was very helpful when I arrived, there was plenty of beautiful open space to choose from. Right off the highway, but without highway noise. I had the pleasure of meeting a cow that passed right by my tent:) There is a small bar/restaurant a few miles up the road that was quaint and hospitable for dinner. I would definitely stay there again passing through on a road trip!
Way too vague instructions about where to go once youre actually there. Then at 3 am, a creepy trailer blasted fluorescent lights and a loud generator with people walking around my tent rummaging around until 5 am. Really freaked me out, and to make it worse the host didnt respond all night.

There are a couple of options for a stay on this property if you are in an rv or camper. Shade is available. Plenty of rolling grazing land for the cattle and wild turkeys that inhabit this place. Enjoyed the turkeys. Never had the pleasure of meeting the hosts but the spot worked for us as a short stay and it’s a fair price.
No toilet is available at this place. We ended up not staying because there was no toilet-- nothing; not a pit toilet or a portapotty, or anything. The person who "greeted" us basically pointed to a clearing and said, that's the camping area. It was just a clearing by the side of the road. A sweet free-roaming dog was friendlier than the human. She followed us as we walked around a bit to see if there was an outhouse somewhere. There was only a sketch-looking encampment with several big dirty dogs tied on chains who barked aggressively at us. We left and got back on the road. Cannot recommend.

The area was beautiful and easy to access, we very much enjoyed our stay - we could not however, find the portable toilet but we didn’t search very hard, we didn’t want to intrude on other campers space. - we rented out a spot to visit my family for a reunion and unfortunately while we were out, my brand new 19 dollar citronella mosquito candle got ran over by the owners tractor or lawn mower or something, it looks like some grass was cut and my candle was completely squished/ruined :( unfortunate but we still had a great stay
We were car camping and needed a place off the road to crash for the night so the lack of flat and level ground wasn’t an issue but if you plan on sleeping in a tent, you may wanna reconsider. There’s cattle roaming the fields which was a treat for us but if you have a reactive dog it may not be suitable. Overall it was worth it for the price and ease of access but if I were to do anything other than sleep in the car I would stay elsewhere.

It's so quiet and peaceful. Great place to camp out of city and enjoy nice green pasture.
I'm sure this was a one time thing but I wasn't able to contact them (still no reply after weeks) and couldn't find the spot.

The property was easy to find. I liked that there was a gate, it makes the campsite area feel more secure. There were tons of wild turkeys and the cows were very docile.
This is a really awesome place to stay! Dispersed camping, lots of beautiful property and a good price. Much better pricing than the big one in Cottage Grove, closer than Umpqua. I read another review saying the drive up from the min driveway was difficult but it's fine. My low bellied car didn't bottom out, the field pictured is level enough to safely drive through, and theres level spots to park a campervan. The cows and turkeys that visit are cute too! David and Dawn are freindly and make you feel welcome. And it feels alot more private than crowded campgrounds, if you're looking for quiet time while camping.

Was quiet and weren’t around anyone really. Plenty of space to choose your spot
beautiful landscape with great views and lots of different areas to choose from. felt very private, most of the area is on a hill so it took a few tries to get my camper at a good angle for sleeping. pit toilet needed maintenance and there was a bit of litter around the property but overall really enjoyed my stay and the price is great.
