Great Hipcamp site! Marcus has created a wonderful space to camp. I liked the nearby stream to check out, plus the bridge, as well as the walking trail. Also very convenient to the highway!

All of the reviews were spot on. Marcus' land is very special, one of the best Hipcamps I have stayed at from the perfect directions very near I5, to the beautiful clean creek, and large camping/campervan spot, picnic table and propane fire pit (we hope to use when not winter). If your vehicle is not self-contained, he offers a very clean outhouse. My husband got TMobile, my Verizon signal was slow. We will DEFINITELY be back

Beautiful creek side spot
Such a beautiful spot, and with an amazing host. He was incredibly responsive, and the spot itself was beautiful. We didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor shower due to our own constrained timeline but knowing it was there if we wanted it was pretty tempting. The only reason I hesitate to recommend this spot wholeheartedly is that I worry I won’t be able to book it again myself when the secret gets out.

Super charming little space. The bridge looks gorgeous lit up at night. I appreciated that there was a very well-maintained porta-potty and shower, though I didn’t use the shower this time around. I got there late and night and wish I had arrived a little earlier so I could take full advantage of the site, but I did have a nice stroll in the morning before I left.

Quiet and tucked away
This campsite was peaceful & secluded beneath a canopy of trees. The bridge at night with the whisper of the creek flowing below makes for a soothing sleep.
Don’t get me started on the outdoor shower, Amazing.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time camping at Marcus'. Marcus' instructions to the site were clear and we were easily able to find the spot at night. The spot itself is shaded and right next to the creek great to beat the heat. The spot feels secluded serene even though it's close to the highway. The outdoor shower and propane fire pit were nice touches and definitely utilized. Overall my partner and our dog had an amazing time at this site.

Woke Creek
Coolest part was the creek for our group. During the daytime you could see 1-2 inch crawdads and the occasional 4 in frog, but make sure to check out the water at night (with a good flashlight!). The water comes to life!

This spot is excellent! For a campsite as easily and conveniently located right off of the interstate you would never know it was located right off of the interstate. The propane fire along with the lounge bench and huge picknick table all alongside the creek makes this spot an excellent camp. Even better though, the shower was amazing and the charming, lighted covered bridge were the icing on the cake. We also saw lots of deer, woodpeckers and a few owls. As far as we could tell there were no other campsites within view so this spot is private and all together worth a visit. Marcus communicated quickly and made sure things onsite were easy to manage. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Camping
Our family loved this place! Beautiful little creek with bridge my kids could splash and play, a cozy bench and large picnic table. Area was cleared and clean. Loved the propane fire pit! Definitely worth the extra $5. Peaceful little place. Directions are very clear and was easy to find. Marcus was very helpful and friendly, and even suggested some local restaurant favs! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Private Site all to myself. It’s was nice how Marcus had a wicker bench at the fire pit and another bench right at the edge of the creek. The toilet and shower were clean. Enjoyed the quiet.

We arrived close to midnight, but had no issues finding the site. The creek was fun to explore in the morning. There is a bit of highway noise during the day, but otherwise this was a perfect place for car camping!

Secluded camping by the creek
This was such a great last minute find for us! The space was ample though it was just 2 of us and our dogs. It had all the basic needs and Marcus dropped by to make sure we were all set which was kind. The lighted covered bridge is beautiful and made for some great pictures. The spot is right off the highway which makes it great for a road trip down the highway since it doesn’t take you too much off your route.
For those with pups just be mindful there are some sticker bushes - we had to spend some time pulling them off one of the dogs. Not a complaint about the place at all, just a heads up!

This campsite was great! Nicely secluded from the public and perfect for the two of us. Quiet with the creek access which was deep enough to swim in. Paying the extra $5 for the propane fire pit was really nice and easy to use. But the best part…. Camping with a hot shower in the morning! So easy to use, clean, and truly refreshing. We plan to stay here again!

Lovely, quiet, convenient campsite
This is a great place! We loved it. Very small, only one spot, but it's soooo lovely. By a creek, with a covered bridge. We enjoyed walking through the woods on a small trail. Very quiet and private. Quite close to I-5, so convenient but no noise. Very clean outhouse. T-Mobile cell service there was weak but work.

Private covered bridge paradise
This spot is beautiful and secluded while still feeling safe. My dog went straight for the creek and played in the water until we went to bed. Has everything you need. Bathroom, hot shower, picnic table, gas fire ring and running water. As with any site near water, bring bug spray.

My Happy Place
This was my third stay there. Two with friends and this time with hubby. I like to refer to it as my happy place. I feel so comfortable and safe there. The water is clean and amazing to just float and relax. The Porta potty is always clean and the new shower is a huge plus while camping.

Such an awesome site! Very private and well maintained. Couldnt ask for more from a campsite! Great little creek to wade in and fall asleep to. Marcus was super nice and gave us great suggestions on where to camp in oregon after we left his place.

Camping with kids
We were a family of 6 (4 kids and 2 grown-ups) and loved every second at Marcus's campsite. The stream was simply perfection. We played in it all day long. We deeply appreciated the potable running water, well-manicured and flat tent site, clean portapotty and outdoor heated shower. Marcus created a magical site that feels peaceful, restorative and safe.

Gorgeous camping on the creek!
Gorgeous campsite right on the creek. We loved the fire ring, swimming in the creek, zip lining and running all over the property. Marcus was a generous and polite host.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes out of Grants Pass and off the freeway. Quiet and serene!

Great spot and great host.
Our stay here was awesome! We wish we had planned to stay an extra night. The campsite was beautiful, the creek and bridge were great to wake up to. Plenty of room to turn around our trailer,. It has a picnic table, and a bench by the creek . The host was friendly and courteous. We will definitely return !!

Own private stream site
This is an incredible spot right next to the stream. They have a nice set up with benches or a nice table to walk your meals with a view of the water going by. Nice outdoor heated shower. There is even a nice walking trail to enjoy. The location is minutes off the 5 freeway but you feel far out in nature once you get there. We loved it so much we looked to book it on our route back (already fully reserved). We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

True Hipcamp experience!
I ended up staying one extra night because I simply didn't want to leave! It's so comfortable campsite, super private and on a creek where I found a good water holes with cascading water to float. It was very hot that day but I was fine under the shade of the trees refreshed by the water. Marcus and I ended up taking into the night about life, relationships, politics, and what else! True Hipcamp experience! Will return!

Loved this location. It was super easy to find, lit at night, with clear instruction and swift access off 5. The whole experience and site felt very considered, we would love to return sometime. The babbling creek was just the loveliest to fall asleep to.
