Our stay at Kindred Spirits Cabin was restful and dreamy. Nikki was a wonderful host and she has made sure her guests have everything they could need. The cabin and amenities were in a private area on the land, but close enough for conversation with Nikki if desired. Our dog loved running through the forest, watching the horses, and playing with Nikki's dog. This was a great spot and we hope to return!

The cabin was perfect! It far exceeded my expectations as there was everything you would need like coffee, soap, and even an additional tent for guests. We got to enjoy both the cabin and the tent so we got the best of both worlds. Not to mention the property was really quiet, private and beautiful. Totally recommend!

What a special place! The (air conditioned!) cabin and kitchen were spotless. Compost toilet was also super clean and fresh smelling (just smelled of sawdust). The grounds were beautiful and it was wonderful to walk around and enjoy the horses and the scenery. We used the tent also, and were able to look up at the stars in the middle of the night. Our dog did have trouble getting into the cabin due to the steep steps, but she did just fine in the tent so it all worked out fine.

Such a beautiful getaway spot! Whether with friends, family or significant other, you will enjoy Nicki’s lovely farm. My friend and I adored waking up to the horses just a few feet away from the cabin and the numerous nooks to sit and eat our meals. Location is not too far from town and very close to Cantrall Buckley Co Park which is where we spent most of our free time. We hope to visit again!

We loved our visit and all of the special touches that the space and the land offered. Drinking coffee on the porch while the horses walked by was a highlight! Nicky was helpful and kind, and we definitely hope to return again!

Nicole is amazing and this little cabin tucked away near the horse stable was perfect for our 2 night stay. Watching the sun rise and set through the tress was magical and having coffee with the horses was so healing. The outside shower, composting toilet and kitchen were such a treat. Definitely recommend this little gem in Williams.

This is a gem of a cabin set on a horse farm and has thoughtful amenities that made it the perfect mid-week stop on a weeklong camping/glamping trip. About an hour outside of Ashland OR and 2 hours from Crescent City, we felt very welcome and comfortable. There is a cabin a few steps from the bathroom with a compostable toilet, as well as an additional tent on a small platform to host extra friends. A few steps further, there is a shower adjacent to a cabin with a kitchen where we washed our water bottles and ate some breakfast. You'll have a view of woods and a clear, starry night sky. The owner Nicky greeted us in the morning. We recommend reading the guest book - people document lovely travels in it! The place has such a good vibe to it, we wanted to linger even longer.

My friend and I stayed with Nicky for a night as part of a larger roadtrip through northern california and southern oregon and had an amazing stay! As my friend Amanda put it, "some places just feel *good*" and Nicky's ranch is definitely one of them. Super easy to find, even though we showed up after dark and the cabin itself was very comfortable. We loved the convenience of the cooking area, (though we didn't actually use it beyond having some granola in the morning) as well as the shower. We had a slow morning because it was hard to leave such a beautiful place -- loved the horses and getting to chat with Nicky. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and relaxing getaway to the woods! This place had all the luxuries of a small refrigerator, electric stove, air conditioning, and comfy beds while feeling very private. The madrone trees were enchanting and it was fun to say hi to the horses and chickens.

Staying at Kindred Spirits Cabin was a dream. The property is magical, and the cabin is the perfect oasis. We loved visiting with the horses, chickens, dogs and of course Nicky. We had everything we could have wanted - especially impressed with the functionality of the kitchen. We prepared some delicious meals!
The area is incredible - we enjoyed wine tasting, hiking and river swimming. We hope to return!

It was an adventure. Understand Kindred Spirits is a working horse ranch. It’s simple, honest beauty: The small bedroom cabin is comfy, peaceful…with a deck and small table for enjoying morning coffee or a woods platform for a intimate dinner prepared in the ‘kitchen cabin’ just steps down the trail, under the red-barked elegant Madrones, the soothing snorting in the background.

what a perfect getaway if you're looking for a peaceful stay in the forest. i spent a week in silence in the cabin and never left the property. the horses add a sweet + loving touch to the experience and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. nicole is a gentle soul and a wonderful host! i felt right at home and would go back in a heartbeat.

Great spot with a great host! This was our first time in Oregon and we’re glad we were able to experience Oregon in Williams! Cozy cabin and beautiful hikes nearby. Don’t miss out on this experience.

We had the most wonderful stay here! We loved the design of the cabins. The kitchen is the perfect space to get cozy and make a delicious meal. The horses are beautiful. Nicole was an amazing host. I can't wait to go back one day in the future :)

Kindred Spirits was a very nice relaxing getaway. Very quiet and peaceful. All of the horses were very pleasant to be around. Horseback training was a special treat and should definitely be upheld-if befell the opportunity. This goes w/o mentioning any of the other friendly animals on the farm. The cabin was quaint and comfy. The vegetables from the garden were fresh and delicious as you can whip up meals easily in the cook shack with the hotplate or toaster oven. Morning coffee is fresh and easy using the standard coffee maker and storage comes at ease with a nice sized mini fridge. The nearby wineries and restaurants also have plenty worth a try. The night stars peek through the canopy and are even more vibrant in the open areas. I would return without a doubt, and recommend anyone to give it a go. Serene memories to last a lifetime and gratefully humbled in the experience.

We had a lovely stay and Nicole was very welcoming. The tiny cabin, kitchen cabin, and composting outhouse were all very clean and well prepared for our stay. The bed was comfy with a unique forest view! The property was very sweet with all the horses, although we didn’t have time to ride them this trip. We would definitely stay here again.

A few words simply doesn’t do this place justice, if you’re considering staying here at all...book it already! And schedule a ride with Nichole, as someone who has many years of horse experience I really enjoyed learning from her and had a wonderful time. Weather you’ve never been on a horse before or are a seasoned equestrian you’ll feel comfortable and have a great time. I only stayed one night and will plan for at least 2 when I return!

I wish we were able to stay longer than just one day! This place was so cute and lovely! From the welcoming animals to the seclusive cabin!! It had everything we wanted and more! It was nice to sit outside the porch and eat, as well as sit in bed looking out into the Wild!!
Regardless of the smoke due to fires, Nicole was so accommodating & kind!!! She kept us updated on the smoke and conditions & even offered a refund if we changed our minds due to the Smokey conditions! She offered fresh veggies and food recommendations! This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had! (:

What a wonderful property! The cabins were clean, beautifully decorated and totally private. Nicole was an incredible host and opened her entire property to us. We were welcome to hang out with the horses as they roamed the property, pick produce from the garden and enjoy the quaint quite nooks and crannies of the property. A short 5 minute walk was a cute winery open for wine tasting with thorough COVID-19 precautions. We had an amazing weekend and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful spot! Nicole made us feel welcome and was a super friendly host. We had plenty of privacy and the cabin was actually very comfortable. You will love drinking your morning coffee on that deck. Birds, squirrels, plenty of entertainment! If you are driving on I5 between California and the PNW, this spot is worth the detour if you have extra time to spare on your journey.

This was a great Hipcamp, quite, clean, Nikkie is very welcoming and friendly. We went horseriding and again Nikkie is a great teacher, the horses are friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric 2 ring stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and some food.
If I could give one suggestion for Nikkie is to place a very dim nightlight on the steps to the treehouse.

Such a lovely little cabin. Minimal, but with everything you need. We were tired from 2 weeks of traveling, this was a great place to rest, shower, and hang out in the cook shack. Nicole was very welcoming and gave some delicious squash and tomatoes to cook with. Would love to come back and explore the grounds more, as well as maybe get a ride on one their horses.
