Very easy to find, close to town & just off the freeway. It was a perfect stop over for a 10+ hour drive. Bathrooms were very clean, host super friendly & helpful. I’ll be “book marking “this one for future use!

Stayed one night. Responsive owners and thoughtful set up, easy to find. Caldera is an easy fun bite nearby. As others have said, you will hear the traffic from the 5, but didn’t bother me. Thank you

This was a great space that was close to Ashland Mountain Adventures and worked perfectly for us. Love the access to a hot shower and the garden setting is super nice.

Beautiful spot! This Hipcamp has nice sites, a clean port-a-pottie, and a small, pretty garden to view. It is convenient to the freeway (and has freeway noise, which we didn’t hear with the windows closed). We were able to bike to town for our plays from here.

Always a pleasure to stay here, works well for us when we visit Ashland. Great folks, convenient to town. Limited amenities/services so you need to be independent, but great showers.

Enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely garden spot. There is background road noise, yet of a lullying ocean variety. Super clean porta potty and most ingenious showers. Property is secure in the evening. Quick 10 minutes to downtown Ashland and just a few from I-5. Felt very welcomed and garden was delightful. Thank you!

We absolutely LOVED this place! Gracie was an amazing host and it was so peaceful. The garden was so beautiful. And great access to downtown and all the trails. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely charming and even though it’s secluded, it’s still close to Downtown Ashland. It’s so peaceful. The garden fairy lights are an added touch that makes this a wonderful glamping experience.
The hosts are super. I give them five -stars.
This will be my go-to place whenever I travel through Ashland.

It was only 5 minutes away with our meet-up point with our river rafting trip guides It's very convenient to town, and although it's right next to the freeway, the sounds of passing traffic soon became background noise. The price was very reasonable. It's a safe, level site with hot showers and a porta-potty. There are three sites, but we had the place to ourselves. The owner was very friendly but not intrusive. We didn't have high expectations and we were pleasantly surprised.

We loved our stay at Gracie’s place so much we added an extra night! It was just far away enough from town to feel quiet and peaceful. (Yes even with the freeway ocean white noise). And close enough for easy exploring of Ashland and surrounds. The outdoor shower was refreshing, clean and made for perfect mornings.

Ok if you can sleep in your vehicle- highway noise didn’t bother me too much. Shower was nice.

Great hosts, lovely spot 10 minutes from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Only caveat is if you're sensitive to traffic noise due to proximity to I-5. However we found nothing else closer.

Gracie’s place is a great spot when visiting the Ashland area. Clean restroom, amazing outdoor shower, level parking and you’re in a garden with great views!! Well placed right off the freeway, close to restaurants and maybe 10 minutes from Ashland center. We really like it here and this is our second stay. And to boot, Gracie is a great host - helpful, attentive and fun :)

Gracie’s place was perfect for our mountain biking trip. It’s in a perfect location and it’s exactly as described. The freeway is right over the fence, and for our group it was no problem at all. The outdoor shower is really cool, and Grace was really great about making us feel welcome. I’ll definitely stay here on my return trips to Ashland. Thanks Grace!

Beautiful campsite, and the garden was amazing. Outhouse was clearly unused, so it wasn't smelly, but it was very dusty. Hot showers looked awesome and clean but we didn't need them. Jason came out and showed us how to use them upon arrival. We had the place to ourselves which was really nice. Communication with the Gracie was sporadic. Some of my messages were never answered. We knew that the location was by the freeway so we understood there would be freeway noise but if that's a problem for you, be warned. The road next to the campsite kicked up dust and blew it straight into our van whenever a car went by and there was loud construction nearby one morning, including construction equipment coming down the dusty road. Extra cars aren't allowed but Gracie was gracious enough to make an exception. We decided to follow the rules anyway and only bring bikes. Which we enjoyed very much because Ashland is very bike-able, but it would have been nice to have a place to lock up our bikes at the campsite. At the end of the trip, we feel the campsite was worth the price, just would have appreciated more communication from Gracie.

I love stopping here on my way to my parents’ in California. Mountain biking nearby, a nice outdoor shower for after, easy parking/turnaround, and a safe place to sleep for the night.

Perfect stay if you are in Ashland to Mountain bike! Great location, the farm was quiet and so close to town which was awesome. Gracie and Jason were both super friendly and very responsive. Would definitely recommended!

Good Karma Van Camp provided a safe place to stay overnight near I-5. We arrived at dusk in the rain so did not spend anytime in the garden, although it looked nice. The parking pad was level which was a plus. Could hear freeway noise through the night. The only amenity we used was the toilet, a porta-putty.

Wonderful host! Cleanest porta potty, great shower, no shade, gorgeous garden. The Shop N Kart grocery where you fill up water jugs is a fantastic local market that has everything. Easy to access downtown Ashland theaters and restaurants.

Gracie was always quick to respond and super nice! Her property is gorgeous with the garden and the shower was so nice! Noise from the freeway if you are a light sleeper, but earplugs did the trick! Would def stay there again!!
