Very clean camo with 3 spots for overnight camping. The hot showers were awesome! Lovely flowers and nice local views. Very convenient location. Just a little highway noise, we slept solidly! Jason and Gracie are wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Ashland at your fingertips! Convenient, nicely kept and level site, garden and flowers, veggies, and fruit trees, all around. Easy to find maneuver into your camping spot—very peaceful and private. There is some traffic noise from I-5, as the host mentions, so if you’re super sensitive to that, just bring earplugs. No shade until the very end of the day, but there’s so much to do in the area that you are gonna wanna spend the day doing other things in nature or the charming little town of Ashland. Superb multiple offerings in the theatre repertoire Ashland is known for. This is an excellent option for overnighting in Ashland!

This was our second stay at Good Karma Van Camp, and it was just as great as the first. It’s a perfect stop on our annual summer road trip—easy to find, convenient, and only a short drive from downtown Ashland. The garden is beautiful, the views of the surrounding hills are fantastic, and communication with the host was excellent. We had no trouble pulling in with our van and getting set up for the night. We’ll definitely be back again.

Very easy to find, close to town & just off the freeway. It was a perfect stop over for a 10+ hour drive. Bathrooms were very clean, host super friendly & helpful. I’ll be “book marking “this one for future use!

Beautiful spot! This Hipcamp has nice sites, a clean port-a-pottie, and a small, pretty garden to view. It is convenient to the freeway (and has freeway noise, which we didn’t hear with the windows closed). We were able to bike to town for our plays from here.

Enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely garden spot. There is background road noise, yet of a lullying ocean variety. Super clean porta potty and most ingenious showers. Property is secure in the evening. Quick 10 minutes to downtown Ashland and just a few from I-5. Felt very welcomed and garden was delightful. Thank you!

Absolutely charming and even though it’s secluded, it’s still close to Downtown Ashland. It’s so peaceful. The garden fairy lights are an added touch that makes this a wonderful glamping experience.
The hosts are super. I give them five -stars.
This will be my go-to place whenever I travel through Ashland.

It was only 5 minutes away with our meet-up point with our river rafting trip guides It's very convenient to town, and although it's right next to the freeway, the sounds of passing traffic soon became background noise. The price was very reasonable. It's a safe, level site with hot showers and a porta-potty. There are three sites, but we had the place to ourselves. The owner was very friendly but not intrusive. We didn't have high expectations and we were pleasantly surprised.

We loved our stay at Gracie’s place so much we added an extra night! It was just far away enough from town to feel quiet and peaceful. (Yes even with the freeway ocean white noise). And close enough for easy exploring of Ashland and surrounds. The outdoor shower was refreshing, clean and made for perfect mornings.
