Site 1 - Shasta Juniper High Desert
Quiet spot, jackrabbits
We stayed one night and enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountain at sunset and sunrise. Alex was super nice. He warned us our dogs might chase the many jackrabbits and they did. (They were gone half the night, which was a pain, so be careful to keep your dogs tied up if they like to chase critters!) Alex's house and another house are in sight, so it's not completely private, but it's very quiet and peaceful.

Mt Shasta - night and morning!
Very cool unobstructed views of Mt Shasta and surrounding mountains. Easy in - right off the highway down a private road. Quiet, private.

Camping with beautiful views
Beautiful views of the mountain and a very peaceful, quiet secluded campsite. Limited shade, but can't beat the views, vast starry sky, and location close to Shasta.
