We are a 400 acre ranch nestled in the mountains of Shasta County. There is a mile long creek that runs through the property. We have multiple hot spring pools ranging in various temperatures. Dry and overland campsites available. Activities: Boating, hiking, kayaking, 4x4, mountain bike, and fishing. Notice we are first come first serve campground currently. there are NO numbered sites, camp wherever you feel comfortable. Iron Canyon Reservoir is a lake located 2 miles behind campground, fishing is great and you can go boating, jet skiing, or stand up paddling / kayaking, it has mountain biking trails around it. NOTE From June 10th thru September or October, Shasta County and Dept of Forestry DOES NOT ALLOW WOOD OR CHARCOAL FIRES. We are a high risk fire zone. We hope you understand. Such a great experience. I appreciate all the efforts the host puts into making this space enjoyable for visitors. The hotsprings were amazing. Might be good to mention in the instructions to pull hard on the lock to open it after entering in the code because we struggled with opening it but the host was very responsive when. We contacted them via their wifi. Thank you for allowing visitors to enjoy the hotsprings and beautiful nature here.

The spot is beautiful. A little oasis with magical river and hot pools. I would visit again. It was late September and there were maybe 10 spots taken on a weekend, which gave everyone privacy. Instructions clear. The only downside: the teenage steers on the other side of the river were being weaned from their moms that weekend, and the 100 or so cows were very loud much of the day and night. Maybe just a once/year thing? I spoke with the rancher and he said that his cows are very talkative. They do look very well taken care of and mostly they look totally happy in the pasture. However, the bellows were quite loud and a bit distressing. Some people said they liked hearing them. Others didn't.
