This is a great landing spot to explore Mount Shasta. Bodhi is a gracious host. It felt wonderful to have a safe and private place to go. We’ll definitely stop here again….

A serene, safe spot to camp for 4 nights. And a perfect location for accessing all that Mt, Shasta and the surrounding area has available. I highly recommend the sound bath with Bodhi, as it was an incredible experience and unlike other sound baths I’ve done in the past. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful little stream on a great property. Saw a mama deer bring her two little ones down in the evening for a drink. She barely cared we were there. The host was kind and left us to ourselves. Would stay there again.

2nd time here. Great camp. The sound of the little creek was perfect for a really good night sleeping. I highly recommend it.

Bodhi’s land is beautiful and magical. The stream runs right past the RV camp site. At site #2 there is a little path that goes to the picnic table, across the stream, through a small soft clearing in group of trees (perfect space for meditation, stretching, reading, drawing), and back to the campsite. A cute little frog lives in the toilet area. The campsite is level and easy to park your vehicle. It is so quiet, peaceful, green and lush. We stayed for 4 nights. 10/10!

As it’s name suggests, it was a lovely cozy quiet camp site by a cozy creek with Mountain Lilies blooming at the time of my visit! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the calm creek running through the property. Lovely spot to set up a tent and a nice little picnic table nearby. The site is nearby the main house on the property, but we didn’t have any concerns or issues. Very nearby the street so accessible by any vehicle, but super low traffic. We didn’t hear any cars all night.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Creek and would recommend it! As long as a flush toilet and garbage disposal isn't a deal breaker for you, you will definitely enjoy staying here. Bodhi is nice and we are grateful he shared his land with us.

What a beautiful space filled with magic and peace. We were SO grateful to have stayed here for 4 nights, and can’t wait to go back. Perfectly located close to town and amenities, but tucked away from the world. (Despite having a road nearby, we didn’t see or hear any cars the entire time we were there.) Gorgeous creek running through the property, and super clean and private portaloo. Bodhi is lovely, and you’ll see his presence throughout some of the stores in town in the firm of music cds) We were fortunate and were given a tour of his sacred sound healing yurt..very special!
Best hipcamp ever! (But make sure you don’t book when we want it 🤣).

We left the doors open on our Sprinter van all night (with screens) and loved hearing the creek that flowed by outside whenever we woke. It was lovely! Site 2 was a perfect spot for us, pretty flat and with ample space. As others have said, we would not have fit or been able to level the van in site 1. It would have been a different experience had site 1 been occupied as the sites are just across the driveway from each other, although the tent location for site 2 is quite secluded. There was very little traffic on the road but we could hear the train in the distance — not problematic at all.

This was our first stop of a two week trip, and Bodhi’s peace stuck with us throughout our travels. The attention to detail on his property made us feel so taken care of.
The water station outside the bathroom, the brush for the picnic table, and the several different seating options were all a joy. Bodhi’s forethought in his setup allowed us to truly enjoy the soft trickle of the creek without a single distraction. A beautiful, simple campsite done exquisitely. The greeting and farewell were the perfect bookends to a perfect stay.

Delightful! It’s just what we needed, quiet and serene. Bodhi is a great host and very accommodating. Site 2 was perfect for our new Sprinter van or for something even larger but Site 1 would be better for a tent camper with a car. We would not have been able to get our van level there. Site 2 also had an incredible spot for a tent!

We only spent one night on Bodhi’s land and had a fantastic time being lulled to sleep by the creek. The site is close to the road but there was virtually no traffic. We’d definitely stay again.

Bodhi is a gracious host and I enjoyed my stay at his peaceful place on Earth very much.
It may not be obvious from the photos, but site #1 is just as close in proximity to the creek as site #2, and the tiger lilies were abundant and in bloom when I visited.
Site #1 has a platform perfect in size for a 2 person tent. The platform gets morning sun and warms up quickly. There is also an open area beneath the trees that can accommodate a larger tent which is fully shaded in the morning.
The site is very peaceful overall (there is basically zero car traffic), however you can ocasionally hear the passing train below. It's not especially loud, but it is audible.
Also, be prepared for an abundance of hungry mosquitoes in the evening. C'est la vie. :)

The campsite was perfect. We were right by the creek in a wooded area. It was so peaceful and beautiful!
Bodhi was an exceptional host too! He was so friendly and fun to talk to. His recommendations helped us enjoy our trip to Mount Shasta.
We're looking forward to coming back!

Lovely little spot in the woods for a quick overnight off of the 5.
We arrived in the afternoon and there were TONS of bugs, so bring your spray. But they were miraculously gone in the morning.
The creek really is special and sweet. Keep in mind you’re camping on someone’s property, kind of in his front yard. Not a deal breaker though and we’d stop here again on our way up north.
