The Pioneertown Corrals is no-hook up back lot style camping located on Mane St in the middle of Pioneertown. We are within walking distance of all restaurants, shops and attractions. Campers can Tent, Car, Horse, RV or Trailer camp. There are 2 sinks and 2 flushing toilets, 1 out house, a designated area for charcoal grilling - NO woodfires but propane can be used at your site. Generator hours are 8am-8pm.

The corrals is back lot style/tail gate style camping. There are 3 bars with 2 music venues within walking distance and some shows will go till midnight or later.
**Camp is used for additional parking for Pappys larger outdoor shows and special events, it is highly recommended to check in before 6pm on outdoor show days or you may need to wait till after the show is over to get into camp and set up.**

This is our home but we love to share our life in the outback. We believe it will give you a better appreciation of life's simpler side. That being said, and to maintain the balance here at home, we'd appreciate if you keep your dogs in your car until you get to your site.
Our offerings include fresh air and sunshine, amazing night sky, endless views, and plenty of space and privacy to enjoy your moments in nature. You'll find our amenities and activities puposefully sparse here. Upon booking, there are about 5 miles of dirt road on the property that you are welcome to explore on foot or by bicycle.
Rustic is the theme here. There is no shower, no wifi, and no electricity available, but you will enjoy your own private spigot and the cellular service is acceptable.
For any sites located south of Ballinger Wash, your vehicle length is limited to 22' and no more than 4' overhang from the rear axle, so you don't get stuck in the crossing and block access for others. Towing services are 1-3 hours away.
Our Songdog Camps are sparsely scattered atop a 200 foot mesa that looks west over a valley offering stunning desert sunsets and amazing stargazing. These UPPER SITES are NOT OHV friendly, but any of our canyon bottom sites are a great base for your riding adventures up in Ballinger Canyon OHV. We'll be happy to recommend a site for you. **Forest Service law enforcement is actively ticketing unplated OHV on Ballinger Canyon Road. Be sure to know and abide by the laws.**
Our friendly cancellation policies vary between 24 hours for simple campsites and 72 hours for our Glamp sites and Group sites. Be sure to check the Google for distance to Cuyama Valley, and your dates for availability and site descriptions. Bridgeport Reservoir is a lake at the lower end of Bridgeport Valley in Mono County, California. Its earth-filled dam was constructed in 1923 by the Walker River Irrigation District, along the East Walker River. The campground and marina was built I-don't-know-how-long ago, but it sure is nice!
About Us: Welcome to Bridgeport Reservoir Marina and Campground. Join us for the classic camping and fishing experience with unique views of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Within the Toiyabe National Forest, Bridgeport Reservoir Marina and Campground is conveniently located near two distinct hot spring areas. A true angler's paradise, the Reservoir has excellent trout fishing from spring through fall and is close by to multiple rivers for incredible fly fishing. A 35 minute drive on highway 120 will take you to the Tioga Pass Gate of Yosemite National Park. This gate is a great start to several different areas inside of the park that you may want to visit beyond that gate. Off-road enthusiasts would not have enough time in one visit to explore all of the 4x4 trails, abandoned mines, and sites in the area as well as the famous trail that brings you right to the Bodie Ghost Town.
Climate and Ecosystem: At 6,400 feet (1,950 meters), this high desert climate has little to moderate tree coverage and gets hot during the days and cool at night. The conditions are much like Joshua Tree National Park or Alabama Hills camping area. During your visit, you will notice many flying insects that resemble mosquitos. These Chironomid are harmless and do not bite. On the contrary, the mosquito presence is very minimal.
Swimming in the lake is possible usually between April to July.

It’s important to us that our guests don’t feel they are renting a tent/RV site or a camper as much as they’re immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to sit outside and read for days, enjoy campfires and eat s'mores. For more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities, such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards, bird watching, available in the area. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet; however, we encourage our guests to “unplug” and immerse in the slow paced life instead.
At Paradise Shores, we believe in protecting people, animals and the planet. We make sure that the majority of products we use at our camp is recycled, composted, or re-used. We prefer to use products that are produced in a sustainable way and avoid those that aren't.
We are continuously reducing the amount of waste we generate and actively promote recycling of aluminum, plastic, glass, and cardboard. We pack our own recycling and haul it to the nearest recycling facility which is an hour away. We co-opt the drive with other activities to reduce waste. We don’t use individually packaged toiletries or one-use products. We use plant and planet friendly detergent.
We're based in a desert. We share our precious water with the entire planet. With only 326 million cubic miles of water on the earth, the decreasing amounts of access to quality fresh water is alarming to us. We monitor how we use water in our day-to-day activities and are constantly working on ways to reduce our consumption of fresh-water resources.
We hope you can help us maintain this greener camping!
We hope Paradise Shores Camp becomes your home as it is ours. It’s located in one of the most spectacular areas in the world. We’re surrounded on three sides by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, and Twin Lakes, as well as the historic gold-mining town of Bodie, CA are all within a short drive from our place.
We're proud to know this area intimately and are excited to share the secret spots with you. The excellent hiking/running trails including the Pacific Crest Trail, thousands of miles of ATV, dirt bike and mountain bike trails are accessible right from our camp or within a short drive from here. The surrounding terrain offers endless activities and unbelievable scenery in remote wilderness settings.
Pet Policy
All our RV & Tent sites are pet friendly and we allow up to two dogs per reservation for a small fee. We can also accommodate up to two four-legged campers in our pet-friendly Baja or Tatra trailers for a small fee, we ask that they stay off the furniture (beds, sofas etc.) and are not left in the rental unattended. We love dogs, but sadly won’t be able to accommodate heavily shedding pets that aren’t house trained. Additionally, our insurance will not allow "aggressive breeds" that include any mix of: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard.
Please pick up after your pup and use a leash when at the camp. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help in keeping our camp a mellow and enjoyable place for everyone.

The Deep Creek Hot Springs Campground is part of the historic Bowen Ranch property that was homesteaded in 1924 and has been the camping and parking area for the Deep Creek Hot Springs for nearly a century. We have great hiking in the near area and 5 miles away there is great mountain biking trails. A world renoun mountain bike spot with intermediate to experienced trails for riders of all levels. 5 miles down the road as well is buzzard lagoon and is a great Dirt biking/4-wheeling location. It is a fun spot for all off road inthusiast!
Your camping site is on a flat plateu and is an ideal spot to park your trailer, motorhome or tent camp. With Complete privacy with views of the pacific ocean and South county's Monterey bay with a 180 degree view as well as San jose and Morgan Hill.
For the wine inthusiast, Loma Prieta winery is 5.5 miles away along with Windy Oaks Winery that is 3.7 miles away that is located on the "Wine trail" that has alots of winerys to offer in a beautiful location.
A Day of fun for the family at Gilroy Gardens that is 15.5 miles away.
The beach is 30-40 minutes away with great surfing and body boarding up and down the coastline.
When in route once you get off the paved road from north or south stay on the dirt road for 15-20 more minutes.
The location is very private it is on its own parcel with a gate. If you leave the property please be mindful of staying off of other private properties.

This 1968 Shasta Camper, located in a small garden within an urban neighborhood, sleeps up to four people (only 2 people comfortably), with additional space to set up tents if desired. It has a few amenities—some more rustic than others—including AC, refrigerator and freezer, stovetop (oven does not work), sinks, shower, internet, and coffee maker.
Located just ten minutes from the Port of Long Beach and the Port of San Pedro, it’s a great launch point for cruise-goers. With swimming beaches only twenty minutes away, it’s an ideal option for a low-cost vacation. Los Angeles is a 1.75 hour train ride making it a doable day trip.
Help yourself to the seasonal fruits, vegetables, and legumes from the garden, and watch the bees, butterflies, and grasshoppers happily pollinate, creating opportunities for new growth.
The property is securely locked, and the entrance is video-monitored for your safety (and ours).
It’s important to note that the camper (not a glamper) is vintage, and the convenience of the urban neighborhood can sometimes come with a variety of neighborhood sounds—though it can also be extremely quiet at times.
Due to the desert climate, ants may accompany the pollinators and enter the camper, especially if food or beverages are left out. The garden is shared with our home, so some privacy may be compromised when we tend to it.
Street parking only. Pay attention to posted restriction signs and do not park in business or residential lots. The driveway can be made available at a cost of $10 per night (keep in mind the driveway is located at the front of the property and is a short walk away from the entrance to the camper).
Yard is fenced-in completely but if your pet is an escape artist there are some very small openings to be aware of when letting them off-leash.

Songdog Ranch is one of my favorite places to be. It is close enough to the city to not feel completely isolated, but far enough to do the best stargazing you have done in your life. My mom is not a camper and she was already talking about coming back. My dad wants to try the larger cabin and my 12 year old son loves it here. It's hard to get him interested in something that does not have wifi. The mattresses in the glabin were INSANELY COMFORTABLE. I will come back to this beautiful place.

We just needed a place to stay for one night on our way to our final destination, and this was the perfect spot for us! The directions were easy to follow, and the property has two campsites spread across 25 acres. We stayed at Site 2, the furthest from the road, which was nice and peaceful.
There was a picnic table at the site and a composting toilet nearby. I’d read that there was a water spigot, but I forgot to ask about it when Alex brought us some fresh eggs—fortunately, we had brought all the water we needed.
It was just us, our two dogs, and our popup trailer. Since it was high summer, campfires weren’t allowed, but we didn’t mind. We were treated to the most amazing sunset with a beautiful view of Mt. Shasta!
Alex was very nice and friendly, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for a peaceful overnight stay with a gorgeous view.

Pink Pony 2 yurt had all the views of the night sky to view the Perseid shower and see the Milky Way. The supplied pots, pans and chairs under the covered small patio and creature comforts of the comfortable bed made for a wonderful 2 night stay in mid August. Nathan was very kind and attentive to answer our questions. The new donkeys and small horse were a fun bonus to see. 2 nights at Cuyama Oaks Ranch
Perfect spot for stargazing! Nate's attention to detail is top notch, so many adorable and thoughtful touches at this site. The solar batteries made it so we were never left without power. Yes it's hot during the day, but soaking in the cowboy tub really helped, and the tent cooled way down at night. The animals are adorable, and Nate made sure to give us eggs for our first morning there. Beds are comfy and cozy, the yurt is more spacious than you'd think, and the donkeys provide plenty of comedic relief. Absolutely wonderful stay!!

First, I got there late. It was a one night stop moving between SoCal and NoCal. It looked good in the picture, like the view would be good to wake up to. I came in hot and snappy and around 9. The gentleman that met me saw I needed help and led me to my site in the dark.
He bade me goodnight and rode off into the night.
The night was quiet. I was alone on that mesa last night. I didn't offend anyone with my cussing because I couldn't find my flashlight and I was tired. I bedded down right away and woke up to a glorious view of the valley. More than worth the $40 I paid.
There was water, too. I didn't need it. I just thought you'd like to know.

My third time to Songdog Ranch. So I am a fan. Stayed at the Grandview campsite, it is as named. Was here to watch a meteor shower. The other reason for coming is because dogs are allowed off leash, so my pup got to run around like a maniac.

Amazing stay! The absolute best stargazing I’ve ever experienced in my life — truly incredible. And the views of Mt. Shasta are stunning. WOW.
We stayed at Site 2 in early August, and it was HOT when we arrived around 6pm. I’m honestly glad we didn’t get there any earlier because it would’ve been a lot of heat to handle while waiting for the sun to go down. Once the sun set, though, it was perfect. The overnight temps were super comfortable for sleeping in our CyberTent.
Our site had a picnic table, which was really nice to have. I’m glad we chose site 2 as it felt slightly more private. The primitive outhouse/restroom was just a short walk from the campsite — close enough to be convenient, but not so close that the wind is blowing any “essence” toward your site 😂. There’s also a hose bib with filtered water up near the garage.
The host lives on site and was so kind and pleasant when he came over to introduce himself. After that, we never saw or heard another person for the rest of the evening or the following morning. It really felt like we had the place to ourselves.
The location feels wonderfully remote and peaceful while still being conveniently located about 15 minutes from the freeway. GPS took us right there, and the campsites are clearly marked, so finding our site was easy.
We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again. And seriously — the stars alone are worth it!
