Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land. Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. The land which we call home is 100 acres of beautiful protected forest and sits upon a mile of the Illinois River. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a widely diverse population of flora and fauna. As caretakers of this sacred land, we feel a strong responsibility to honor our plant and animal allies by not only protecting them and their habitat, but also to help educate others about what lives and grows here by providing people with opportunities to experience the beauty of these plants and animals for themselves. For this reason, We are honored to host the many different groups who will gather here on this land for learning and communing with the nature that flourishes here. We feel very fortunate to be involved in this process of helping promote a sustainable and abundant future for all living things on this planet by sharing knowledge and skills from the human past that can make a sustainable lifestyle a reality for everyone everywhere. Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left. Also a heads up lately I've had a few people that are having a hard time booking and I learned from another camper if you're staying one night you actually have to select two days it includes the day you check out I just experienced that with another camper so just a bit information I don't know if hip camp changed something or what, but if you're staying one night select two days and it'll work.

This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had been fallen into disrepair before taking owner ship. In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on Splat Action Paintball is just five minutes away. We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property. Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

Our unique location is close to Bend city limits and right next to Horse Ridge Mountain Biking Trails. BLM land surrounds the area, and is even accessible from the upper part of our property. Come out and enjoy the high desert and expore the juniper forest. We have tent camping sites and one tipi. We are currently in the process of still building out our glamping pods. However in the mean time you can currently book a stay at thoses sites for tent camping. The tent sites offer a comfortable setting for your tent in the sandy dirt. Each site includes a picnic table and a fire pit. We have a small community area! There you will find a mini outdoor kitchen with a blackstone and a bbq. (We have no water on-site) This is also where the trash bins are located. There is also a basketball hoop, yoga deck, and pull up /hanging bars. Next to the community area is where you will also find the bathroom, which is a clean porta potty. Come enjoy wandering the juniper forest and sage brush in Central Oregon’s high desert. We are next to 100’s of acres of BLM land, including the Horse Ridge Mountain Biking Trail System. There is hiking, biking, horse trails and ATV trails all nearby. Our open skies are great for daydreaming and stargazing. Come see how bright the milky way is out here Sage Ridge. Sage Ridge is only 15 miles east of Bend right off of Hwy 20.

Cornerstone Ranch is a pristine Ranch of about 500 acres on the Rogue River and against the Pacific Ocean offering too many experiences to count. You can even bring your horse... FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

The location is central and half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more… Such as the Carlton public pool. If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers.  Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty.   ꕥ  The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. Grassy mowed area along the Sixes River on our cattle ranch and cranberry farm. We provide an outdoor shower and composting toilet shared by the 5 camp sites. The shower water is filtered water from a shallow well, but bring water to drink. This campsite lies about 1 mile from the pacific ocean at about 15 feet elevation so it will be cooler than inland camp sites. I believe we are the closest camping to the south side of the Blacklock Hiking Trails. Also next to the Cape Blanco State Airport. (call if you want to fly in and get transport to and from the campsite). Access Road is a single lane in and out (gravel, dirt, and grass). Any towed trailers need to be pulled by a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle to climb back out (in and out procedures for trailers will be provided) Bring a fishing pole or a kayak. Sea-run trout are in the river during the summer (no motorized vehicles allowed in the Sixes River by law. No motorized vehicles in campsite besides automobiles by rule.) - Please be accurate with the number of guests in your party. Please note about lack of signage: The "walters landing" and "92220" on airport road are the only markings to indicate our entrance. We don't want to put any "campground" signs to avoid curious trespassers into the property (we only want invited guests). Campsite Rules: 1. Enjoy. 2. No motorized vehicles besides your auto. 3. Make sure your fun doesn't detract from the fun had by other campers. 4. No illegal activity. 5. Clean up after your pet in the camp and river bank area or anywhere people will be walking or playing. 6. No unfriendly pets, even if they are on a leash. Surrounded by some of the best fishing, rafting, hiking, and adventures the PNW has to offer. The cabin is the perfect romantic getaway, staycation, or retreat. The site includes outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, wood fire pit, outdoor deck and seating, hiking trails, and much more. This space has a private, cozy feel to it. The cabin consists of a queen-sized bed, memory foam mattress with luxury hotel quality linens, folding table and chairs, Yeti cooler stocked with ice, and outdoor lounge seating. The cabin also comes equipped with the essentials such as, wool blankets, plush towels, kitchen basics, board games, his and her robes, folding table and chairs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and firewood (in season). The composting restroom has a toilet and motion sensor lighting. On the outside of the restroom is the sink with hot and cold running water. As you continue along the stone path to the outdoor shower, you'll find a rainfall shower head as well as all the products you need, not to mention the most incredible views of the river! Our outdoor cookshack comes with a grill, bar sink, trash, and basic cooking and eating utensils. This space also has views of the river and large FarmStyle table and chairs for dining. The site is equipped with motion sensor path lighting around the tent and also the along the path leading from the parking area to the cabin. Everything is crafted for relaxation and quality time with your friends or loved one. Take a nap in a hammock, play Jenga on the deck, read a book, or take a hike. There is something here for everyone, any time of year. Guest access: The entire property (10 acers) is for your use. The driveway is gated with use of a keypad for entry. Other Details: There is over 100 acres of BLM land adjoining our property on two sides with miles of trails to explore. Breathtaking river views abound. The cabin faces west, making for a nightly sunset show from the cabin and deck. The pellet stove may look small, but it is not a toy. It's more than enough to keep the cabin warm on snowy winter days.

After viewing the amazing star-filled night skies, fall into a deep relaxed sleep and wake up to birds singing, enjoy your coffee and a nature walk. This serene and quiet RV spot consists of an open space nestled in beautiful mixed woodlands of mature doug fir, cedar, pine and madrone on our 60 acre property (You won’t see our house or shop since these RV spot is on the other side of the property). RV space has 50 amp power, well water and RV sewer. Your own toilet is a must. Be prepared to “Pac-in, pack-out.”  This is a protected wilderness area. There’s a mix of sun and shade. At approximately 2600 ft elevation, a fresh gentle breeze significantly cools the late afternoon and evening summer temperatures. Most cell service carriers do get reception at this location, however, there is no WIFI. This can be a pull-through-and-around area. A long RV/trailer may need to make a y turn.  Short distance nature trails in the adjacent woodlands can be enjoyed in the immediate area. You will be alone in this no-frills spot. Just you and nature and your RV home.

Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land. Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. The land which we call home is 100 acres of beautiful protected forest and sits upon a mile of the Illinois River. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a widely diverse population of flora and fauna. As caretakers of this sacred land, we feel a strong responsibility to honor our plant and animal allies by not only protecting them and their habitat, but also to help educate others about what lives and grows here by providing people with opportunities to experience the beauty of these plants and animals for themselves. For this reason, We are honored to host the many different groups who will gather here on this land for learning and communing with the nature that flourishes here. We feel very fortunate to be involved in this process of helping promote a sustainable and abundant future for all living things on this planet by sharing knowledge and skills from the human past that can make a sustainable lifestyle a reality for everyone everywhere. Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left. Also a heads up lately I've had a few people that are having a hard time booking and I learned from another camper if you're staying one night you actually have to select two days it includes the day you check out I just experienced that with another camper so just a bit information I don't know if hip camp changed something or what, but if you're staying one night select two days and it'll work.

In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality. From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands. You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on Splat Action Paintball is just five minutes away. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Our unique location is close to Bend city limits and right next to Horse Ridge Mountain Biking Trails. BLM land surrounds the area, and is even accessible from the upper part of our property. However in the mean time you can currently book a stay at thoses sites for tent camping. The tent sites offer a comfortable setting for your tent in the sandy dirt. Cornerstone Ranch is a pristine Ranch of about 500 acres on the Rogue River and against the Pacific Ocean offering too many experiences to count. You can even bring your horse... FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers.  Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty.   ꕥ  The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. Grassy mowed area along the Sixes River on our cattle ranch and cranberry farm. We provide an outdoor shower and composting toilet shared by the 5 camp sites. The shower water is filtered water from a shallow well, but bring water to drink. This campsite lies about 1 mile from the pacific ocean at about 15 feet elevation so it will be cooler than inland camp sites. I believe we are the closest camping to the south side of the Blacklock Hiking Trails. Also next to the Cape Blanco State Airport. (call if you want to fly in and get transport to and from the campsite). Access Road is a single lane in and out (gravel, dirt, and grass). Any towed trailers need to be pulled by a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle to climb back out (in and out procedures for trailers will be provided) Bring a fishing pole or a kayak. Sea-run trout are in the river during the summer (no motorized vehicles allowed in the Sixes River by law. No motorized vehicles in campsite besides automobiles by rule.) - Please be accurate with the number of guests in your party. Please note about lack of signage: The "walters landing" and "92220" on airport road are the only markings to indicate our entrance. We don't want to put any "campground" signs to avoid curious trespassers into the property (we only want invited guests). Campsite Rules: 1. Enjoy. 2. No motorized vehicles besides your auto. 3. Make sure your fun doesn't detract from the fun had by other campers. 4. No illegal activity. 5. Welcome to Rogue River Glamping! Escape to the forest any time of the year! We provide a completely private luxury cabin overlooking the Rogue River in Southern Oregon. Surrounded by some of the best fishing, rafting, hiking, and adventures the PNW has to offer. The cabin is the perfect romantic getaway, staycation, or retreat. The site includes outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, wood fire pit, outdoor deck and seating, hiking trails, and much more. This space has a private, cozy feel to it. The cabin consists of a queen-sized bed, memory foam mattress with luxury hotel quality linens, folding table and chairs, Yeti cooler stocked with ice, and outdoor lounge seating. The cabin also comes equipped with the essentials such as, wool blankets, plush towels, kitchen basics, board games, his and her robes, folding table and chairs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and firewood (in season). The composting restroom has a toilet and motion sensor lighting. On the outside of the restroom is the sink with hot and cold running water. As you continue along the stone path to the outdoor shower, you'll find a rainfall shower head as well as all the products you need, not to mention the most incredible views of the river! Our outdoor cookshack comes with a grill, bar sink, trash, and basic cooking and eating utensils. This space also has views of the river and large FarmStyle table and chairs for dining. The site is equipped with motion sensor path lighting around the tent and also the along the path leading from the parking area to the cabin. Everything is crafted for relaxation and quality time with your friends or loved one. Take a nap in a hammock, play Jenga on the deck, read a book, or take a hike. There is something here for everyone, any time of year. Guest access: The entire property (10 acers) is for your use. The driveway is gated with use of a keypad for entry. Other Details: There is over 100 acres of BLM land adjoining our property on two sides with miles of trails to explore. Breathtaking river views abound. The cabin faces west, making for a nightly sunset show from the cabin and deck. The pellet stove may look small, but it is not a toy. It's more than enough to keep the cabin warm on snowy winter days.

At approximately 2600 ft elevation, a fresh gentle breeze significantly cools the late afternoon and evening summer temperatures. Most cell service carriers do get reception at this location, however, there is no WIFI. This can be a pull-through-and-around area. A long RV/trailer may need to make a y turn.  Short distance nature trails in the adjacent woodlands can be enjoyed in the immediate area. Learn more about our land: In the heart of Willamette Valley AVA and on a breezy 20-acre lot of land we provide a space for you to set yourself up and enjoy life's natural bounty. The location is central and half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more… Such as the Carlton public pool. If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers.  Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty.   ꕥ  The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. There are two family homes on the property with people who truly admire this land! With the work of these past couple seasons, and thanks to our fellow campers, we have been able to lay more gravel, get a more fluid bathroom situation established, and lay out a few more sites! Grassy mowed area along the Sixes River on our cattle ranch and cranberry farm. We provide an outdoor shower and composting toilet shared by the 5 camp sites. The shower water is filtered water from a shallow well, but bring water to drink. This campsite lies about 1 mile from the pacific ocean at about 15 feet elevation so it will be cooler than inland camp sites. I believe we are the closest camping to the south side of the Blacklock Hiking Trails. Also next to the Cape Blanco State Airport. (call if you want to fly in and get transport to and from the campsite). Access Road is a single lane in and out (gravel, dirt, and grass). Any towed trailers need to be pulled by a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle to climb back out (in and out procedures for trailers will be provided) Bring a fishing pole or a kayak. Sea-run trout are in the river during the summer (no motorized vehicles allowed in the Sixes River by law. No motorized vehicles in campsite besides automobiles by rule.) - Please be accurate with the number of guests in your party. Please note about lack of signage: The "walters landing" and "92220" on airport road are the only markings to indicate our entrance. We don't want to put any "campground" signs to avoid curious trespassers into the property (we only want invited guests). Campsite Rules: 1. Enjoy. 2. No motorized vehicles besides your auto. 3. Make sure your fun doesn't detract from the fun had by other campers. 4. No illegal activity. 5. we stayed here on our way up and back to Bremerton, so this review is supplemental to my earlier one. As before, this is a great place to stay with all the hook ups and a nice view out over the hillside. Jered is a really easy-going host and again went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I'm sure we'll stop back by on our next trip as this site is easy to get to being just a few short miles off of I-5. It's peaceful and quiet at night and well worth the quick jaunt off the freeway to get a good nights sleep.

The Hosts are always kind and considerate, going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The place looks great as they continue to make improvements all around. All amenities for RV hook ups are available and it's a beautiful hillside overlook from the pad.. Easy to get to from I-5 but feels like you're out in the country and very peaceful. We will be back.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy yurt near Coos Bay, Oregon. The property itself is stunning—set on a vast stretch of woodland that is even part of a golf course, it felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The yurt was warm, inviting, and the skylight made it extra special. Hearing the nearby stream in the evening and waking up to soft natural light were some of my favorite things about the yurt stay. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even taking the time to show me where to find edible mushrooms on the property. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy sharing their land and encouraging guests to explore and connect with the outdoors. The sauna and outdoor-style shower added to the rustic, nature-inspired experience—simple, refreshing, and perfectly in tune with the setting. Overall, this stay was peaceful, unique, and full of thoughtful touches. As a solo female I felt incredibly safe and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, nature-focused getaway. 🌿

We have REALLY enjoyed our stay at beautiful Grace Acres. We’re still here, we have decided to extend our stay. Paula and Ed are super friendly and kind hosts. Ed went above and beyond to help us out with an electric cord to use so we could have electricity. The rv spot is flat and on gravel, so no muddy paws on our Pooch. Plus the resident farm dogs, Maverick and Lucy are just wonderful and so gentle. The rolling green views are magnificent and the stars at night, look close enough to touch. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your fabulous property!

Great, private one night stay. Host Mark was super friendly. We really enjoyed talking to him. We walked the trails around our site with our dogs and hiss dog, Augie. Augie is also very friendly. Mark left us fire wood and offered us water in our tank which was so thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

Just what I needed! The host (Chloe the Corgi) was super nice and friendly and so was her human. :) Lee was super helpful (and fun to hear all about the horses on the property—even got to meet “Indy”). Spot3 was near the main house (a tiny bit down hill from it) but didn’t mind it at all. Still felt private. The propane fire pit area was a perfect place for a couple of friends to visit and catch up and enjoy a beautiful sunset together. All-in-all I highly recommend and would stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous property, a private site with a beautiful view. Very close to Old town Cemetery, with a historic downtown less than 10 minutes drive. In Brownsville, OR. Stayed for 3 weeks for a job in Lebanon, OR so it was close enough for a comfortable drive to and from, out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. Livestock in close surrounding areas, lots of deer! And wild turkeys.. also witnessed a lady bug swarm for the first time in life and it was such a great experience! Host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly, also gave advice on what to check out for holiday festivities while staying. Fire pit included! ☺️🦃🌳🦌🐄🐃🐓🪦They also have all hook ups available for your RV as well as recycling and garbage can for trash etc. Would absolutely stay again. Its giving Sleepy Hollow vibes ❤️

The small clearings throughout the property provide natural privacy for our campers, while the barn provides amenities making it difficult to leave. Take a dip in Cedar Creek, sit and read by one of the ponds, get your heart pumping on the hilly trails on the north side of the property, pick as many blackberries as you can find if in season. We can't wait to host you! NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES: PACK IN PACK OUT: We do not have trash or recycling bins down in the creekside campground so please keep your waste contained and take it with you when you leave. Please do not throw any trash in the porta-potties. 4WD/AWD REQUIRED PAST THE BARN: The steep gravel roads can be tough for some cars and rigs (particularly on the way out) and consequently, can cause a lot of damage to our roads. So for everyone's safety, we have restricted access to only vehicles with 4WD or AWD only. Please do not message us asking us to advise on the vehicle you have. If someone in your party has a 2WD vehicle, they can park up in the entry lot and get shuttled down to the campsites in a 4WD vehicle. If we see a 2WD vehicle in the campground, we will ask you to leave and if we have to dig you out, we will charge a $200 fee. Thank you for respecting our policies and helping us maintain our space. DOG FRIENDLY: We are as dog friendly as it gets here. Unleashed dogs are allowed on this property down by the creek (on-leash required in and around the barn). If you have a fear of dogs, or have dogs that are not friendly with other people or fellow dogs, this probably isn't the right campground for you. Of course, we expect all dog owners to keep an eye on their pets so they don't disturb other campers or ingest anything they're not supposed to. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-9am. We ask that guests keep the noise (loud music and loud conversations) to a minimum between 10pm and 9am. We live onsite and will enforce these if we have to (please don't make us). NO FIREARMS, FIREWORKS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE USE. This is not a late night party campsite. This property is best enjoyed in the daylight and we encourage campers who want to take full advantage of the scenery, will abide by the quiet hours, and maintain a safe space for all. OTHER INFO: CELL SERVICE: There is an AT&T tower on our property so that gets the best service by far. Verizon is pretty good. T-mobile does not get reception here. There is high-speed internet up at the barn that is accessible with a Blue Barn Pass.

We are located in southern Oregon near Crater Lake NP, just off of hwy 62, part of the Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway, more commonly known as the "highway of waterfalls" and near the little town of Prospect on what is known as the beautiful side of Crater Lake NP. Three waterfalls, the Prospect Cafe, and the Historic Hotel are all within a two-mile radius. If you're after that famous pie at Beckie's Cafe, you are 10 minutes close. Our 100 acre ranch allows us to host guests in their own RV's, at camp/tent sites, or in our new A-frame Cabin all located in private, and even secluded, sites. Several well maintained trails wind throughout the property and can be enjoyed by guests. Nature enthusiasts enjoy the hiking, wildlife viewing, and the beautiful ponds and woods. Crater Lake Woodlands is part of the historic Katydid Ranch. Once owned by Boise Cascade who used it both for growing seedlings to replant logged mountain sides and as a vacation getaway for their executives, the story of Katydid Ranch goes back to the early 1900's when it's owner named "Katy" used it as the "half-way" overnight lodging for horse & buggy guests traveling to Crater Lake from the Rogue Valley. Leaving the valley at the crack of dawn, they could arrive at "Katy's" by nightfall, in time for a meal and sound mountain sleep. They'd hitch up at dawn and make it to Crater Lake by nightfall. Historically, the first residents were the Rogue River Takelma and Latgawa native Americans. Latgawa lived in the Rogue Valley of interior southwest Oregon. In their own language "Latgawa" means "those living in the “uplands," though they were also known as the Walumskni by the neighboring Klamath tribes. Specifically, Ha-ne-sakh. The Latgawa were one of two peoples who spoke the Takelma language. They were hunters, gatherers, weavers and fished the Rogue River. They were known to have a stationary settlement and trading post at the Katydid Ranch location. Their tribes lived in the upper Rogue River area extending beyond Prospect and Union up to Crater Lake. Since we've owned the Ranch, we've maintained the custom of welcoming overnight guests and at the same time, we continue to honor the protected wildlife designation given to it back in the 50's. Wildlife viewing is one the delights we share with our guests. Please be mindful of native wildlife keeping dogs on leash so as to avoid chasing and barking at wildlife. Thank you. The animals here include, but are not limited to black tail deer, elk, fox, coyote, ringtailed cat, raccoon, skunk, and also typically farther up the mountain are the elusive mountain lions and black bear which we have never spotted on our property. The ponds and surrounding area are home to migratory to the Oregon Pond turtle, Canada geese, quail, wild turkeys, various owls including the great horned owls, hawks, cranes and eagles. Our pond bird watcher friends spotted Common Mergansers, Ring Necked Ducks, Canada Geese…and a Loon. The bull frogs orchestrate the evening and can be heard at times throughout the day. Katydid Ranch is a wildlife sanctuary. The flora and fauna of the forest is abundant and diverse. This land is home to many native grasses, ferns, and berries, wild flowers, as well as many other edible and medicinal plants and numerous varieties of mushrooms. If you are visiting during blackberry season, feel free to pick, pick, pick and indulge. Katydid trees include old growth Douglas Fir, Ponderosa, Sugar, and Jeffrey Pine, various Cedar tree varieties, Incense Cedar, the majestic Pacific Madrone, Alder, Big Leaf Maple, Black and White Oak, Dog wood, and Vine Maple. Learn more about this land: We have 125 acre farm ranch that is waterfront on brownlee reservoir. We have 5 different camping vacations options. 1 cabin to rent. 1 camp trailer on a nice waterfront lot as well as 3 camp sports 1 with water and power hook ups (site. 2 water wheel) and 2 dry camp spots. we have a spot to launch boats which is right between sight 3 and 4. Good fishing. Very little boat traffic. Very private. In the fall big horn sheep frequently rut on the property. We usually have fresh eggs on hand. Dry climate. Sage brush and juniper trees here. We have an easy to access spot to fill up water to your camp trailers or rvs. The water is from a spring and Water tastes really good. We just added a 24ft pontoon boat for rent. This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain. Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

Batwater Station is located halfway between Portland and the Oregon Coast on the Columbia River. A private refuge where river otter, beaver, mink, muskrat, seals, raccoons along with threatened Columbia river white tailed deer can be seen. Property has 1,000 feet of boat docks, river deck, and pier. At the pier is a full kitchen, heated bathroom and shower room. Included are 2 outhouses, a fire pit for summer months, a viewing station overlooking the wetlands along with brick charcoal fired barbecue and another propane barbecue. We are committed to your privacy so guests are limited and spread out. High speed internet through out the property. Batwater worked with several agencies when we breeched a levee and flooded 26 acres for salmon and wildlife habitat. Hike along the wetlands and see beaver dams and dens. Batwater is also home for many types of birds including eagles, osprey, tree swallow, purple martins, barn swallows, wood ducks, common and hooded mergansers, mallards, scoots, scaups, grebes, cormorants, great egrets, blue herons, geese and many types of song birds . In the spring and summer see our returning osprey who have. nested on our dock since 2013. There are now 2 osprey platform since a pair of Canada geese choose that as their nesting site as well. Some bald eagles winter here but we have our resident bald eagles Hep and Hope. They arrived in 2003 to start their nest on Crims Island. They still nest there although there old nest tree collapsed in 2020. Many birds migrate here for the winter. Common mammals are river otter, mink, muskrat, raccoons, nutria, coyotes, black tailed and threatened Colombia White Tailed deer. We also are home to native turtles and frogs. Batwater is a working farm with cattle feeding on lush pastures, 2 retired horses and chickens. When eggs are available, we will share some with you. Batwater is a great place to kayak, canoe, paddle board or row during the summer months. We have windy afternoons for windsurfers or sailors. The Columbia River is well known for salmon, and sturgeon. For an extra fee you can moor your larger boat while visiting. There are a volley ball and badminton set ups along with horse shoes during the summer months. We suggest swimming during the summer months when the tide is coming in or slack. You can also walk or drive down to Mayger beach which is popular with locals. There are sandy beaches on Crims island that you can paddle over too. Check out the pictures for more information.

This 320 acre plot of land on which you can hike anywhere has been in our family since 1993. Road is wide, but steep at top. 4 wheel drive is recommended. Very close to the Painted Hills Unit of the John Day Fossil Beds National monument, Ochoco National Forest is seven miles. John Day River for swimming, rafting about 20 minutes. If you can book, it means you can drive on up with out contacting us.  As you drive in if at night, you will see a light on the outhouse.

Pets allowed, toilets on site, campfires permitted when burn ban is not in place. Now up until this year I have provided Free Firewood. I have quit doing that for a variety of reasons, the least being the cost and the work for me. I am encouraging everyone to purchase a Propane Fire Pit if you don't have one by now. I am not to the point yet of saying no big dogs. Talk to me if you think your "big dog" might not fit in. I don't like them running thru other campers sites, so just be respectful. Take them for walks along the lake.. No Yappers, no barking dogs, no pain in the butts. Why would you drive by 46 grocery stores and forget to bring ice? No loud music. I have changed quiet time to 9:00 PM. If you need to listen to the chaos/stressful music I suggest you start a band or become a DJ. What I want folks to get out of being here, whether they are camping or staying in the Gers is just to “take a break”. Relax, appreciate, assess and just listen. I hope what you hear is the sound of life and of course all the Angels that make up this special piece of Heaven. Then there is the silence. The best part of “Heaven”.

Enjoy Cascade Mountain views during the day and unlimited stargazing at night.  Camping is situated on 10 acres and just 10 minutes from the Crooked River, Prineville Reservoir and Millican Valley OHV Trail System .  A 15 minute drive will take you to a very scenic hike at Chimney Rock Trail.  Bend and Prineville are both a 30 minute drive away. The group tent site has two separate-12' x 14' flat gravel pads and will accommodate tents of all reasonable sizes. Also includes an outdoor shower/compostable toilet, BBQ with picnic area, and propane fire pit. The other two separate tent sites are roughly 20'x20' flat gravel pads and will accomodate 2 individual tents if needed. Also includes shared compostable toilet and individual propane fire pit. Wood fire bans are in effect year round. We do provide propane fire pits at each site as an alternative. Propane tanks are also included. Group site outdoor shower available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Absolutely breathtaking mountain views from the tiny house and all over the property. Located on an active farm sanctuary. You will wake up to the sights, sounds and smells of our rescued farm animal friends. Learn more about this land: Tiny house with stunning mountain views located on a farm animal sanctuary, Harmony Farm Sanctuary. You will wake up in the morning to the sound of roosters crowing and our crew of friendly animal residents. It can be noisy at times but we find it delightful! The tiny house has huge, direct views of the Three Sisters mountains and Broken Top and plenty of outdoor sitting space to enjoy it and a little propane fire pit to enjoy the sunsets. The tiny house offers an amazing "glamping" experience and a unique opportunity to learn more about what we do at our animal sanctuary and even take a tour! The Space: Our hand made tiny house offers a double sized mattress (bedding included) in the upstairs area (access via an attached ladder). Room for an additional person across from double bed also in upstairs area or put provided mat on the floor. Please note: the space is small for 3 people and better serves 2. The Kitchen: Tiny house kitchen area has a small refrigerator, small counter space for meal prep, a tea kettle for hot water, water jug for fresh water, french press coffee pot and coffee/tea, hot plate for cooking, popcorn maker and popcorn, pots and pans, silverware, napkins, bottle openers, etc. We now have a new small outdoor kitchen with a two burner propane stove and an outside fish washing station. The Facilities: The tiny house offers a composting toilet for night time pee pee needs and offers a port-a-potty for all other uses please! If you want to know a secret river dipping spot or where to go to find a sauna I’m happy to share! Outdoor Shower: We have a lovely little “instant hot” shower for use on non freezing days. The Location: We are conveniently located between beautiful Bend, Oregon and Sisters, Oregon. We have hiking and biking trails within .3 of a mile! We also have books to recommend 100's of other hiking, biking, nordic skiing and alpine skiing nearby! And, since we are outdoor enthusiasts ourselves, we are happy to recommend places to ski, hike, mountain bike, float or paddle!

Green Crest is an active Memorial Park (cemetery) adjacent to Highway 18 between Portland and the Oregon coast on the South side of Sheridan. This property makes a great stop over while en route to your final destination, but is also a great getaway if you'd just like to relax in a natural setting while having conveniences near by. **if you have an rv that you are planning to back into the site, please enter via the 'exit' as it will allow better positioning to back in. otherwise use the drive marked entrance.** If you have young ones, the park next door has a playground and a stocked fish pond. We also have a pond on sight that is perfect for viewing birds, beaver and having morning coffee. You're also welcome to bring your kayak and or paddle boards to get out on the water for fishing or just floating the pond. There is the occasional Deer, coyote and raccoons all around on the property. Two minutes from your site, you will find 24 hour gas and diesel; Subway, Riverside Cafe, Bennie Huies Chinese and the local Grocery store. Did I say there is a Dairy Queen 5 minutes way? Nearby Ballston Road offers a great rural road system from which to explore by bicycle. Points of interest both out in the wild and more metro are all within an hour drive. We can direct you to some little known sites that offer a great day trip.

Close to area cities, but private and beautiful. Campsites are along the woods in an open meadow. We have a tasting room onsite where we serve cider, perry and wine that we make here (open Fri-Sun, 3-9pm in summer). Lots of great bird watching, beautiful gardens and great backdrop of the coast Range. We host a summer concert series, usually on Saturdays, so those days are blocked. You may still be able to come though- just shoot me a message!

Where to go

The Willamette Valley

Extending from the border with Washington state down to the community of Springfield, the Willamette Valley is Oregon’s main economic and cultural hub. Although it’s home to the state’s three most populated cities (Portland, Salem, and Eugene), much of the Willamette Valley is dominated by forests and countryside, with plenty of state parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, hot springs, and rivers.

Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge

Just east of Portland on the border with Washington, the Columbia River Gorge offers easy access to miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, and great skiing and snowboarding. The adjacent Mt. Hood region has equally beautiful scenery and is as popular for winter skiing and snowboarding as it is for hiking, swimming, and camping in the summer months.

The Oregon Coast

This region is popular year-round, attracting whale-watching fans in the cooler months and campers and hikers in the summer months. Popular Oregon Coast activities include hiking, tide pool viewing, clamming, crabbing, off-road vehicle rides on the sweeping Oregon Dunes, and sampling world-famous cheese and ice cream in Tillamook. While some brave souls don wetsuits for surfing and diving, the Pacific Ocean waters rarely get warm enough for comfortable dips. Some of the area’s best camping options can be found at Harris Beach State Park, Sunset Bay State Park, and Cape Lookout State Park, all of which offer tent camping, yurt rentals, and RV sites with hookups.

Eastern and Central Oregon

Stretching from the portion of the Cascade Range south of the Columbia Gorge all the way east to the Oregon-Idaho border, central and eastern Oregon offer a dryer, sunnier alternative to the rainier parts of the state, with a mix of lush forest and craggy high desert landscapes. Highlights include Deschutes National Forest, popular for backpacking and backcountry stays, while campers in search of a more developed camping experience can head to one of the many Oregon state parks along the Deschutes River, near Bend.

Southern Oregon

Oregon’s southernmost region offers a variety of scenery, with a mix of lakes, forests, and rivers interspersed with rolling expanses of countryside (not to mention some great wineries). The region’s most famous natural attraction is Crater Lake National Park, Oregon’s only national park, set near the southeastern reaches of Umpqua National Forest.
