☘️ Welcome to the Hamlet A paradise all to yourself in nature on the back 40. Forget the noisy campgrounds. An experience of immersion. Play it safe at the camp site taking in the view and sounds of nature or captivate yourself in the wild! Choice is yours. Update: Outhouse is now more accessible! Built a ramp and the door is 42”wide to accommodate most scooters or wheelchairs. Enjoy nature walks, bird watching, and quiet meditation or reflection by the pond. On a clear day, you can take in stunning views of the Sisters Mountain range to the east. The property is surrounded by quiet timber and private land on all sides, creating a true wildlife habitat. Our homestead is full of life, with "moo moos," chickens, my own dogs, and a cat roaming the front 40. The back 40 is reserved for true adventure and nature meditation. Please be aware that this is a wild landscape: ticks inhabit the bushes, poison oak grows randomly in the southwest corner, and cougars have been spotted frolicking on the hill. You will find elk, deer, and cattle abounding across the property—though I do my best to keep the moos inbounds! 🤠🪻 Be a tree rooted around camp or frolic amongst nature on an adventure. The experience is yours to be had. Have farm fresh eggs 🥚 available for purchase and if you don’t want to scavenge wood for a fire I sell bundles of dry split 🪵. My son and I had such an amazing time here. Tabitha is beyond a wonderful host. The site is beautiful and well maintained. Its easy to tell she enjoys hosting such an experience for people! I will be coming back again.

Peaceful, serene and unmatched view

We had the most incredible stay here. The views are absolutely unmatched, and the entire property is so peaceful and serene—we truly couldn’t have asked for more. Tabitha was a phenomenal host. She was super communicative and helpful both before and during our stay, and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The campsite setup was clean and incredibly well thought out. Even the outhouse felt like a total throne with a gorgeous view of its own! If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway, this is it. We will definitely be back!

This is truly our favorite place to camp.. Tabitha has put in so much work and goes above and beyond to make sure it’s an amazing experience every time. And the outhouse is out of this world! It’s the nicest outdoor bathroom we’ve ever been in. Words don’t do it justice!! We will be back again and again. Homes away from home 😊❤️

This is an amazing site! Clean, well cared for, and relaxing. The view beckons you to grab a chair and relax. Too many details to mention but know that the “she shed” is stocked for your enjoyment. Tabitha is an enthusiast host who makes you feel welcome. This is a great place to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the outdoors. We will be back!

The View
Tabitha has created a truly special place to find solitude, peace, and enjoy nature! We will be regulars here, she made us feel incredibly welcome. The fire pit is huge and has a grate for grilling. The toilet is accessible (with a ramp), clean, and has the best view for doing your business. The view from anywhere in the campsite is amazing, be sure to wake up for sunrise! Don’t leave without grabbing some fresh eggs and saying high to the local foxes and turkeys.

The View
When we first got there and drove up to the site we were escorted by a dozen deer. The view is aptly named as your camping at the top of a beautiful Ridgeline. Late at night you can see a distant City but you hear absolutely nothing. The stars shine brightly in this beautiful little retreat. The host was amazing. Nothing but great things to say about this location. We will definitely be going back.

This place is by far the quietest and the most private place I have stayed yet !! I had to work while I stayed here and deer and turkey’s greeted you every morning and every night ! The view is awesome! Tabitha the host is awesome and is clearly trying to make this place into something special!!

We had such a great time we went back the very next weekend! Tabitha made it extra special for us since we had the kids and it was Easter weekend. It will be an unforgettable memory for all of us. We had an amazing picnic by the pond, a big beautiful fire…and you can’t get enough of the view and the peace and quiet!

Absolutely loved this spot and will 💯 be back. The views are incredible and the privacy is unmatched—felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Tons of wildlife (we saw several deer and wild turkeys!), and the property is fun to explore, including a peaceful pond nearby. Perfect place to unplug and relax by the massive fire pit!

This place us amazing! From being surrounded by woods with a clearing to camp in . You can sit around the camp fire, watch the stars, or view the city lights. Your night will be filled. Day time view is also amazing. Even though you can look out over city you can't hear it. Super quiet and peaceful experience. Thank you
