Loved this place. We rented the entire place for 7 of us and it was perfect! Melanie was super friendly, but really stayed out of our way and respected our privacy. The river access was right next to camp, and there was lots of area to spread out. The lounge chairs by the river were a great touch.
A few things to note for future campers:
-there is only 1 firepit, so if you don’t rent the entire space, it’s possible you will have more limited access to the pit, or will have to share.
-Melanie’s house is right in the middle of the hipcamp area. At first we were skeptical, but with it being a working farm, she was rarely home, and when she was home we barely noticed. It was not an issue at all
-the dogs are lovely and got along great with the pups we brought
- I can only make this comment for the time we were there on a weekend in mid September: there is a possibility there will be gunfire in the immediate vicinity. Hunting season is near, so this may have led to an increase, but there was very loud gunfire all day Saturday. The neighbors range was likely 200yds from the firepit. There were also people shooting just across the river. Obviously Melanie has no control over this, but I wanted to make people aware in case that would be an issue for them.
Even with the gunfire, this place is still a 5/5 and I would recommend to groups large or small!
Visiting all of the chickens/turkeys and sheep was a great bonus!
This is the best place I have ever camped at and I have camped at a lot of places. We pulled our motorhome right up near the river and had access to electricity and water plus use of a compost toilet. This spot is way out in the country on a beautiful farm with chickens and turkeys and sheep, and the river is the perfect swimming spot with perfectly clean water at just the perfect depth with not too much current and all the peace and serenity you could ask for our dogs were in heaven, running free on the property, making friends with the resident dogs. Our host was so accommodating and helped us with every single thing we needed, which turned out to be quite a few things because our hose was broken and we had a lot of questions. She was so accommodating and friendly. We will be back. In fact, I think this will be our new home away from home.

A beautiful site on the Molalla river from large fir trees to open meadows loved having the whole site to ourself s. Grandkids had plenty to do from swimming, checking out the farm animals or playing games in the field. just a mile down the road and your in the molalla recreation corridor with a lot of hiking or biking trails

What wonderful stay! Bummer we came so late in summer, didn't get to fully enjoy the river access. But it was a lovely place and we are back on here to book for next year! Melanie is a delight, and the guardian dog, Gus, is a fun goofy lil' (but big in size) pup!

10-Fold Farm was a dream come true. Waking up to the gently flowing river, warm sun, and sweet dogs made for a glorious day and experience. Melanie really has and maintains a little slice of heaven. Thanks for the amazing time.
The spot we got was amazing! Plenty of shade, next to the communal fire pit. Melanie was amazing! Super helpful and informative. The dogs were awesome! They stopped in said hi few times. River was great too! Good variation of deep and shallows spots, good if you have newer swimmers water isnt moving crazy fast, slow enough to be able to enjoy swimming without feeling like it was a workout. Will definitely be booking there again soon!

A beautiful spot along the Molalla river, great for big parties and younger kids. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The giant 6 person hammock was a favorite among adults and kids.
We rented out the group site for our 20 year friend gathering. There were 5 families with kids and dogs and this was the perfect spot. Enough space to spread out, an actual toilet space with running water to wash hands, and right on the river for a private fishing/swimming hole. The kids loved wading around the shallows and the adults caught some fish. Melanie was close by if we needed anything and her dogs made sure to come greet us everyday and do their jobs when we walked by the hosts house. They were very friendly and loved the kids! Just be aware if you’re planning on brining dogs! Ours are friendly so everyone got along fairly well. The kids said this was the best camping trip they’d been on so it was a win and we are definitely planning on staying again!

Agree with the previous reviews. Melanie is just a genuinely nice person who is impossible not to like. The site was spacious and only two other sites are on the property. The river access is amazing! So close and so picturesque; we could have easily spend an entire day hanging out on the water. No one else around at all. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved camping at the farm! Our pups had the best time playing in the river, and honestly, so did we! This is easily one of the best camping spots I’ve been to in a long time. Melanie is an amazing host; so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and camp here again!

Beautiful property with lots of exciting things to do, animals to see, water to swim in, great set up.
Lovely host and a beautiful place to stay! The amenities were great, and it felt very private and peaceful. We especially loved the charm of the chicken farm—it made the experience unique. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

we had some unfortunate weather for our scheduled trip and so we needed to cut it short. That was the sad part. Melanie is great and her land is wonderful. Really nice to be so close to the river.. We look forward to going back and really getting to enjoy the place next time.

What a cool place to camp right on the Molalla river. I look forward to coming back during nicer weather! Melanie was super nice, helpful, and accommodating and my dogs and I enjoyed the area and the resident doggos.
I loved pulling up to Melanies chicken farm. Upon arriving she showed me where my camp spot was along with the path to the river. She was very kind to my daughter and I. Beautiful and peaceful property. I will most certainly be back!

10 Fold Farm was absolutely lovely! Staying cool amongst the trees and getting to sunbath and fish down at the river was the best of both worlds. Walking amongst the chickens and having Melanie's sweet dogs near by made the trip exquisite! Absolutely would come and again and recommend to friends.
First night we were the only ones in the camp area. Super peaceful, owls hooting up in the trees was soothing. Next few nights shared songs around the campfire with family that came in the next day. Also spent the day in a chair with our toes in the cool river.

Beautiful property. The river was amazing we did some wading and shallow swimming. The chickens were adorable. Very good weekend.
We loved it here! The dogs are so dang cute, we got to swim in the river under the moonlight, the cows moo all night but we slept just fine. Melanie is so sweet and helpful. Would love to come back someday!

Melanie has such an amazing property right along a stretch of the Molalla River. We wanted a quick get away to have a quiet night and enjoy the river and that is what we got. Melanie was sweet and accommodating. My teens fell in love with her dogs. Gus visited us during our evening campfire when he was out on patrol and was such a love. The river is just beautiful. We sat out and read our books and had coffee by it in the morning. There is a great little swimming hole for hot days. We will be back.
It is a lovely site with a great river to swim in. Melanie was very welcoming and friendly. I did have issues with the neighbor’s dogs so I don’t recommend walking up toward the gate as they are unsupervised and will go through barbed wire fencing. Down by the river and lower farm area was much more peaceful. When Melanie’s farm dog chewed up a few things left on the picnic table overnight, she quickly apologized and offered to replace them. And, when my car died, she was willing to try to jump start it. Altogether a great host and I hope to try again for a less eventful splash in the river.

Melanie's place is great for larger groups! We had 12 people there and it felt spacious. The swimming hole is really special to find in a river like the Molalla - it's about 6'-6.5' at it's deepest and actually big enough for swimming. Melanie was really responsive to our needs while also giving us plenty of space.

We really loved our stay right next to the river! Melanie has gone out of her was to create a special space for hip campers.
The outhouse has a real toilet. There is water, an electrical outlet, and Internet connection. Two adorable dog greeters and we got fresh eggs! We hiked up nearby Table Rock to get a panoramic view and came back and jumped in the river. Then we snoozer in the riverside lounge chairs.

We had a lovely time tucked away on Melanies farm. She was so welcoming and so were her pups. The river is a minute walk from the campsite. It's a lovely sandy spot good for fishing, sunning, walking, swimming. It has got some really cool rock formations that create a bit of a waterfall vibe. The views were really breath taking and the cows were so much fun to watch. We will absolutely be back.
