New update , I don't currently have enough firewood to accommodate everybody . I'm working on it and hopefully we'll provide that service in the near future but in the meantime I have an address of a friend that sells firewood bundles for $5 each very close by . This is their address . 3904 Tillamook River Road. Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left. Also a heads up lately I've had a few people that are having a hard time booking and I learned from another camper if you're staying one night you actually have to select two days it includes the day you check out I just experienced that with another camper so just a bit information I don't know if hip camp changed something or what, but if you're staying one night select two days and it'll work.

Once a dairy farm and part of the old Simpson estate our property offers mushroom picking seasonally whey you may find Chanterelle & Hedgehog mushrooms.
We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property.
Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor.
We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower.
The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area.
We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids.
The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago.
Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood.
BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast.
Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable.

Cool off in the creek, hike the trails, pick blackberries when they're in season. Whether you're road-tripping through the Pacific Northwest, working remotely from your van, or simply seeking a quiet weekend outdoors, there's a place for you here.

Jsm Ranch started in 2004 when we moved from Oregon City.
This once was a working farm with two chicken barns and a meat locker barn. All had fallen into disrepair before taking ownership.
In 2007 we planted 200 trees and 100 shrubs to build a new fish and wildlife habitat along Woodcock Creek. We then focused on building fence along the Molalla River to protect water quality.
From there, we started raising Black Angus in 2008 after spending four years cleaning up the fields to make it safe for animals. We strive to be good stewards with our land as we continue to work with Clackamas Soil and Water to make better working lands.
You're only minutes away from the town of Molalla to grab a bite, groceries or other camp items. Also have Molalla Rodeo just 3 minutes away on

The ranch offers 7 different campsites and a Cabin. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a flush toilet in off season and additional Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well.

Port Orford Cedar and Douglas fir practically litter the mountainous, and meadow landscapes. GeerCrest Farm was settled by the Geer family in 1848, and is still owned and stewarded by the family. The house Ralph and Mary Geer built in 1851 stands and is one of the oldest in Oregon to remain in the same family.
The farm features creeks, forests, pastures, orchards and gardens as well as the historic buildings. Currently we have four friendly sheep and a small flock of Mallard ducks to keep us company. The Pioneer Memorial Orchard features over 50 vairieties of pre 1850 apple trees. The Heritage Grove has ten fruit and nut trees that were recognizeds as a memorial the the early pioneers of the nursery trade by Oregon Heritage Tree program. The 20 acre property, offers three tent camp sites Including the Tree House site, as well as two forest cabins and a small forest bunkhouse (sleeps 6).
Our peaceful, small farm offers a reflective immersion in nature and history among the occasional quacking of ducks and baaas of sheep. The scenery from all corners of the farm is incredible - a favorite is the westward view of the valley pasture at sunset -- called "Homer's View" after famous political cartoonist and Geer descendant, Homer Davenport. No matter which camping site you choose, the sounds of the creek, pond frogs, or conversing owls are sure to lull you to sleep.
Feel free to roam the farm, but always leave gates as you find them, open or closed. Please say hello to our sheep and barn cats (they may say hello first). Explore the Heritage Grove of historic trees, the Memorial apple orchard and pear glade with varieties circa 1840s, indulge your senses in our medicinal herb garden, and chat with our farm family while they water the veggie gardens, if you so wish! Your experience will certainly be unique to the season.
Your host Jim Toler represents the fifth generation of the farm and will happily share stories of the farm and it's history.
GeerCrest Farm is truly an off-the-beaten-path gem.

Our two Lost Valley Van Camp sites can each accommodate one self-contained campervan or truck camper and offer a quiet place to pull up amongst the trees on the outskirts of the field. Each site comes with a convertible bench/table for two and a flat grassy area to camp with plenty of room to turn your vehicle around. The two sites are separated by dense trees to ensure privacy from neighboring campers. While these sites don't come with the epic view or river access of our bluff site, they are peaceful and conveniently located.

Our home and farm is on two acres. Your tent site, is all in our ample acreage.
Although pets are welcome, we expect them to be well-behaved around our two cats, our own big sweetie of a pup, Frejya, our two crazy goats Cupcake and Muffin, and our free-ranging chickens. Expect to hear some animal noises here on the farm.
Our property literally borders the scenic highway. Because we are so close, you can hear the sunset-view-seeking drivers, motorcycle riders, and yes, racers who come out this way for a spin on one of the most scenic highways in the world. Traffic quiets down after dark and mornings are quite 'chill'.

'Royal Heart Hill' is at the very end of a Dead-End road, which means no sound or light pollution from passing cars or nearby residences. Surrounded by BLM and Timber properties, while being 6 miles from downtown CG (7 miles from the I5) and 30 miles from downtown Eugene.
All guests have access to the outdoor shower, which is connected to the Dome. Please use biodegradable soap in the shower! Potable water spigots are located by the carport and at the top of the steps leading down to our platform site. Each site has its own composting toilet, fire-pit, electrical outlet and hammock.
Nearby access to: two lakes for swimming and fishing, waterfalls and cliff-jumping, hiking and biking trails, dining, wineries, breweries, shopping and more. I am happy to offer suggestions and share what I know- please ask!
UPDATE: The timber acreage that borders our property- to the west and north of Overholser Road- was harvested winter 2024.
The property consists of Oak savanna, mixed conifer woodland, camas meadow, undulating hills and a SMALL pond (home to many rough-skinned newts- no swimming or fishing). At our domestead we practice permaculture, native habitat restoration and regenerative forestry.
Poison oak is present on the property! I have done my best to clear it from camping areas and trails. Tecnu is provided in the outdoor shower.
There is a mile long loop that goes around the whole property, which we keep mowed and accessible. Hipcampers are encouraged to use the loop to explore the property. To access- walk south/downhill toward the pond signs and follow the mowed path through the meadow and back up toward the road, which will take you back to your campsite. I have included a screenshot of the loop as recorded by my Strava app, which is in the property photos.
The property hosts a geodesic play-dome and slack-line (during the dry months) up by the green dome/outdoor shower. Guests may play on these at their own risk- the closest hospital is 7 miles away.

Beautiful thoroughbred horses will greet you every morning from their nearby pasture while you enjoy your coffee in the shade of the trellised Wisteria. Silver Falls State Park is a short drive away where you can enjoy hiking and biking and even guided horseback rides. The Oregon Gardens are just a bit further north on the outskirts of Silverton and many wineries dot the landscape all around. If you like horses we’ll be happy to give you a tour of the ranch and introduce you to the resident equines, many of which have horse racing royalty up close in their lineage.

Carly's space was so peaceful and beautiful and well maintained. Had a nice relaxing weekend with some friends and it was the perfect quiet getaway. Carly's husband Jared was extremely kind and told us all about the property which was just so interesting all around. We stayed at the RV site which was nice and probably the more private of the two sites, I think for a larger group it would be a lot of fun to rent both, as they are both private but close enough to each other to be an easy walk. Would love to come back!

Nice campsite in a woodsy area. Although you're not truely alone, you do feel isolated in your very own section.
Saw many stars, even more than my trip to Yosemite so this place is dark! Great place to star gaze.
I'm use to camping in National Parks, with people all around, so being this isolated felt daunting to me; especially since I arrived after it got dark. That being said, I followed the instructions provided and was able to get the campsite with little issue. I would recommend having a screenshot of them, especially if you arrive after dark like me.
The host, Carly, was very communicative and fast to respond. I met a guy in the morning and he helped me get water (you have the lift the handle all the way up) which I appreciated.
Please read the description and know what you're getting into. As always, I would recommend that you arrive when the sun is up so you can find a better place to pitch your tent than what I did. I would recommend across the road from the fire pit.

Jim’s land was amazing. The property was magical with farm animals with such a peaceful setting. There are fruit orchards and a pond and a trail up to the three cabins in the woods. Petting the extremely friendly sheep was my kids favorite part tho! Jim went above and beyond and accommodated us in every way!!! We will definitely be going again :-)

We pulled in after dark and was easy to find the site and set up camp. Feels well organized and thought out. My only two complaints, rather one complaint and one suggestion: composting toilet should have a pail for the toilet paper inside. The barking dog in the morning was the only complaint. I highly recommend this site and I have set it as a favorite.

2 nights at GeerCrest Farm
Jim’s loft cabins were the best deal we he had among the 4 Hipcamp places we stayed at during our 9-day tour of Oregon. A great base for our visit to Silver Falls. Jim was very hospitable & provided firewood too. Loft had Silver Falls Park maps to help us plan our visit. Plus a very friendly cat, whose company we enjoyed.

Wonderful getaway spot nestled in the Central Point farmland hills. Quick, pretty drive to and from The Britt if seeing a concert there. The Willows site was perfectly quiet with interesting farm views all around. Lara’s comms in messages and at site service stations were great. Highly recommended!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better camping experience. David has created such a peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful place to get away. The property was incredibly clean and well cared for, with plenty of clean porta potties conveniently located around the campground.
We spent our days fishing, kayaking, exploring, and just relaxing by the water. The fishing was great, the lake was beautiful, and waking up at our campsite each morning was pretty special.
David was a wonderful host, and you can tell how much care goes into making this a great experience for everyone who stays here. This place exceeded our expectations in every way.
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Great location along the Mollala. 10 minutes after arrival we were playing in the river. Most tent sites are on the water, ours was a little more secluded (site 1), but still just a 1 min walk to the water. Porta potty's were clean, sink for washing dishes, clean camp sites, nice fire rings, friendly and very responsive host. We hope to come back with some friends. 15-20 drive to swimming holes and fishing spots.
Side note: the property on the other side of the river had a dog that barked non-stop in the middle of the night for a couple hours. I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time, but you might bring earplugs just in case.

We had a wonderful stay at the Turkey Tail campsite this past weekend. The campsite itself was peaceful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the entire property was beautiful and enjoyable to explore. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything, while still giving us plenty of privacy during our stay. We had a great experience and would absolutely come back for another camping trip!

Mollala Ripple is great! Site 4 is spacious and conveniently located near the river access and amenities. We love how intimate this campground is. The hosts are responsive and very pleasant. This is our second stay and we’re already planning our next stay here.

Very cute spot for camping. Warm outdoor shower, large wash sink, and good sized campsites. Some road noise throughout the night, and the previous people left cigarettes and TP in fire pit. Rick greeted us and showed us the ropes. Would definitely come back

We loved how quiet and clean the site was. We were on a two week camping road trip and this was the best nights sleep we had during our entire journey! It was nice to find this level of solitude. We also appreciated the clear directions from the host on how to find the site.
