Jason Audri and daughter Ani found Cosmic Vegetable in November 2019. The property had a history in wasteful Cannabis growing practices (shown on outdated satellite image) and was left with trash and plastic. We have been and continue to work on regenerating the land by removing the trash and even digging out a large pond. We hope to offer sanctuary for the natural wildlife. There are so many birds to watch including the geese and hawks. We are goal oriented in providing fresh food to our community. We don't use any herbicides or chemicals. We use up-cycled and found materials to build with. We began hosting our traveling friends last year and we enjoyed the company and extra hands around the garden. Part of what makes our experience special is our fresh farm to table meals around a campfire fire during the summer. This is the first
