Nice place, but no one was around when we arrived. The camp site was not even close to flat and there was none of the promised firewood. Seemed expensive for no amenities

Todd was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We loved having the bathroom/ shower. Absolutely beautiful scenery. Hot tub was another perfect addition. We will be back.

Todd’s land is peaceful and full of charm, and both he and his wife were so welcoming. Todd kindly offered to share a special part of the property with a few of us, and it ended up being a truly memorable experience. Their generosity and care made this stay stand out. I’d absolutely return

An awesome place for tent camping! The sites are spaced far apart, and wooded. This is the place to go for a traditional camping experience with no huge, noisy rvs. We also enjoyed hiking the trails in nearby DuPont Forest.

This was a great spot, very close to DuPont. The site was good for a tent. The sites were separated from each other which felt secluded. Beautiful property. Todd and Cathie were friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcomed.

It was such a beautiful backdrop for a great family camping trip! The boys loved the bike trails throughout the campground and the Blue Ghost fireflies were amazing!! Definitely will be back in the future! Thank you for the stay!!

Loved the campsite and property! Hosts are very nice and having access to a shower and bathroom was amazing. Don't forget your toiletries and a bathing suit if you want to get in the hot tub!

Awesome spot for our converted van, nice fire pit at our hilltop spot, and the bathroom/shower was clean and adjacent to a cool enclosed porch area with coffee, etc.

We Love Dupont bike retreat! It’s the perfect spot to dive in and do some gravel or mountain biking at Dupont. Will definitely be back!

Todd was incredibly helpful when we arrived to address our concerns, and we had a wonderful time!
Some advice: before booking it is good to explore the map as there is some distance between sites on the hill and down by the pond. We stayed at size #8, it was a nice but little too far down the steep hill and isolated from a toilet and water--which was important as we had some younger children.
The upper lounge area in unique with a gorgeous view, toilets and warm shower, back side hot tub and a firepit is great after a long day of hiking or a biking. Or to start your day...

Very prompt response on short notice. As advertised. Complimentary firewood and coffee was great. Clean bathrooms. Pretty views by the lodge. Would stay again.

There is everything you need as a recipe for a great outdoor experience. There are trails on the property, lots of beautiful vegetation, and shade. Each camp site had a picnic table and fire pit. Very close to the state park and lots of other attractions. The bathroom and shower were lovely to have access to after a long day of exploration. The two camping spots offered are next to each other, however the other camping guest was friendly and respectful. I did see the baby bear while visiting and would highly recommend being mindful of trash/food items being packed away for the evening. There is a lovely over view where one can watch the sunrise, it's worth waking up for. There was a coffee maker and local coffee at the lodge! The owners were friendly and seemed excited to continue to develop their space for guests. I'd love to see the changes over time.

We absolutely LOVED this campground! This is sincerely the most unique and the best place I have ever camped. Cathie & Todd have put so much work into making this a magical place. The property is pristine, and the campsites are beautiful and private. The porta-potty near the pond is spotlessly clean. The trails are marvelous! The lodge is a great resource, if you want a shower or an easy way to get a hot cup of coffee.
We stayed at #8 In The Zone, which has a deck overlooking the pond. It is a completely private site. The only drawback is the narrow opening between 2 trees. It was a challenge to navigate our (very small) trailer into the site. I hope they are able to get rid of one of the trees to open it up more. Also, be aware that the road down to the pond is VERY steep (and a little treacherous!) You must have 4-wheel drive to get back up.
Todd and Cathie are still working to get this together and have grand plans–so it will only get better! Thank you for this amazing place. We were only able to stay 3 nights–but would love to come back soon!!!

I car camped here with my dog and we had a great time. I love the convenience of having a shower, flushing toilet, internet, potable water, and the hot tub. It was a lot warmer than I expected so I ended up not using the hot tub but I would absolutely go back and take full advantage of it and the stunning views in the cooler months. The trails were easy to follow and the location was great. I will say that if you’re looking for peace and quiet you may want to book both hilltop sites because they are very close together and you can hear all the conversation and commotion from your camp neighbors. Overall, it’s a great place to land, I’d definitely return!

Loved the campsite! Beautifully nestled in the woods but easy access by car. The lodge shower and restrooms were perfect- and not far from the campsite. The location of the retreat is excellent for getting to Fawn Lake and still great for getting to any of the other Dupont access parking lots. Would definitely recommend this place to visitors of DuPont Forest

We loved camping here! Spot #8 was nice. We really enjoyed being off in our own little spot next to the pond! You do need four wheel drive or all wheel drive to get up and down from the pond camping to the top. The little cabin at the top was very nice to stop and take showers in!
