We have two single kayaks that we rent for $15/day and you can put them in right on property and kayak up and down the river. Learn more about this land: Fishing and Camping on a beautiful privately owned naturally spring feed 2.5 Acre pond. Pond fully stocked with Catfish, Yellow Carp, Buffalo Carp, Bass, and Brim. We do allow eating size catfish under 3lbs to be taken from lake. Large catfish and all other types of fish are catch and release only. No fishing license required. Typically caught fish weigh in at 20lbs plus. Some catfish as large as 80lbs. Enjoy peacefully fishing all night with your friends and family on a lighted fully stocked pond. Just a small piece of God's creation right on the Saluda River. Come and enjoy the solitude and serenity of this spot on the Saluda River, surrounded by thousands of acres of forests and farms. Camp on the river, in the field or overlook the river from the high bluff in the old growth forest. The gravel road going down to the river is finished, I drive my Honda Civic down daily and no issues (very low clearance). Kayaking from Holiday Dam to the camp site is incredible. The trip takes about 3.5 hours with lots of shoals and rapids. You can also kayak or tube from the camp site to Erwin Mill bridge in a little over an hour. This is more of a river float with just a couple rapids, but equally as beautiful.
