This Property was purchased by Grandfather in the 70s and then was passed to my Mother. In 2013 I decided to live life differently and start from the ground up building with natural materials and found materials. At that time I was fortunate enough to have the land passed to me and I started building a home for myself and to be close to my mothers home nearby. After achieving the basics I decided that the best use of this beautiful land was to create a place for people to relax and enjoy, a park like environment dedicated to preserving natural beauty and amplifying it through a permaculture lifestyle. 8 years later I am blown away at how far the dream has become a reality and love sharing my space with people from all over the country.

Spring Creek Perch

Spring Creek Hideaway

Great experience!

I had a great time camping on Damon’s land. He was very accommodating for my group and we were able to be secluded and still have space for our 3 tents, 2 cars, fire, etc.

Rainbow Point

Peaceful

We enjoyed the rainbow point spot. It was very private, quiet, and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. Bathroom was just a short walk. We even had a deer walk right by our campsite during the morning. We would stay again.

Creekhouse Love

This was a super cute house! Damon was quick to respond to my questions and helpful. It is definitely a good outdoors camp space with some added amenities. It felt like a glamping experience so we loved it. Was cold for this floridian but the space heater work good and some blankets and warm drinks made in worth it. There is nature dirt in the tiny house like some spider webs and dust but that is to be expected. The bed looked and felt clean. The shower was awesome!! Little disappointed that the compost toilet wasn't being used bc I liked that it was right next to the house vs walking to the bathroom but I brought my own camp toilet so it worked out fine. Definitely hope to make another trip here! Even with the rain and cold we enjoyed our time a ton!

The Creekhouse

Little house

The little house was much better than we expected.it didn’t just have a comfy bed and futon, but a toaster oven and a camping stove and even a tv. The shower next door had a heat pump; nice and warm right away. A great host and fun getaway.
