Dian met us when we got there, even though it was late. She helped us park & had everything we needed. She was very friendly & even had fresh eggs for us! We would stay here again & would highly recommend this spot!

We showed up later than expected, but Dian came out to meet us and show us where to go. She also greeted us with a dozen fresh eggs from her hens. We had the farm all to ourselves. Made a fire and enjoyed the stars.

Hazel’s Heaven was clean, quiet and peaceful. We got in late and Dian left for work before we were up and about so we never met her but everything was as described and she was easy reached via text. A great little place to stay :).

This was a great stop for one night while traveling from CO to AR via I-70. It was not too far off the highway, Dianne was warm and welcoming, and her property provides privacy with wide open spaces all around for great sunsets and rises. After a restful night, we were able to carry on our way to finish the last leg of our journey.
Note: Shore power and water line are a distance apart, so having a longer water hose or the capability to connect two together might be necessary. No septic is available on site, but traveling a few miles in either direction on 70, you will find rest areas with a dump station free of charge.

Dian is a wonderful host. I was later than expected but she was there to help me with my setup. Enjoyed talking with her and learning about the community. She has beautiful, quiet area to watch the sun go down. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, this is your place.

Dian's property is perfect for the traveller just looking to stay overnight on their way somewhere, or for a few days of relaxation. Easy to get to, off the beaten path, and Dian is a fantastic host!

Dian was a very gracious host! I arrived late in the evening, but she still came out to meet me and make sure i had everything I needed. She even gave me some fresh tomatoes from her garden.
Peacefully quiet, and great stargazing on a beautiful property.

Great site. Host is very nice and informative. Easy access and lots of space to turn around with our 35' trailer. Great views of the sunset and sunrise. Town was close enough. Flat and easy setup. Thanks for the great stay.

The land was stunning and peaceful and very private. The animals were so curious and friendly. Dian was kind and great to talk with. The campsite was shaded with a lovely spot and table for eating.

Beautiful piece of property off the beaten path! Dian was very accommodating and inviting! We had a bad storm roll through, so didn’t get to gaze at the stars, but with nothing around I’m sure it’s a sight to see!
The small town was so cute as well!

Driving thru farm land and loving the simplistic beauty was a good way to begin to decompress from our hours traveling. Dian greeted us warmly, was attentive and gave us fresh eggs and cucumbers 😋. As we pulled to our spot, and set up, we were taken by the quiet, the bliss of farm land and STARS! The fireflies were like fairy lights and Mr Box Turtle came by for a quick camo. Thanks Dian!

This was an awesome place to stay. We arrived super late at night and Dian still came out to meet us in the cold and even gave us a dozen fresh eggs! There was so much space for our dog to run around, he absolutely loved it. If you’re passing through this is a great spot to take a break from your travels!

I can't say enough good things about Hazels Heaven. Don't let the gravel road keep you from visiting this place. It's an easy 10 min drive off of I-70. We have a 43' RV and there is easy access and more than enough room. The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. It's peaceful, relaxing, quiet and the friendship that was created with Dian and her friend Gwen will always hold a special place in our hearts!!!! Dian helped us back in and get all hooked up and her and Gwen had just finished digging up potatoes and handed us fresh potatoes from her garden. We spent a good 30 minutes hanging out and talking and making Memories that will last a lifetime. There was plenty of grassy area to walk our dog. The campsite sat at the back of their property so we felt like we were boondocking with just the cows out on the prairie. We had a Harvest Moon when we stayed so the moon was extra bright and we couldn't see many stars but you could tell that on a good night there would a sky full of stars to look at. We went into town and ate at Center Pivot. You have to go there and order the homemade pork rinds.....phenomenal!!!! We loved it so much that we will be back.

Dian is a gracious and welcoming host, we had an interesting conversation about options available to farmers with drought-burned corn crops. The tent site looks over the Kansas plain, and I woke the next morning to a brilliant sunrise making rainbows in storm miles to the west.

Despite arriving late she was very welcoming. The property was beautiful, and we were the only ones there. It was a clear night and we were able to see the Milky Way while stargazing. We were traveling cross country so we only stayed long enough to sleep.

We weren’t able to show up until 11:00pm but Dian still met us and made sure we got set up and had no issues. She checked on us again before we left. I’d stay again and also recommend to friends.

This was an AMAZING camping spot! Not only was I the only camper there, but I was treated to an amazing Kansas thunderstorm. And Dian gave me a dozen farm fresh eggs! If you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy some peace, look no further!

Dian and her camping spot were awesome! We arrived later than expected but Dian still made sure we knew where to park, went out of her way to get us firewood, chairs, hose, etc. She even provided us with fresh chicken eggs! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Thank you for your hospitality !

Dian has a beautiful spot in Quinter and we enjoyed watching the lightning show (presumably no corn or sorghum were injured) at night. Our trailer managed the 4 mile county dirt road with no problem. My phone reception won’t let me post the photos of the sunset, unfortunately. We had a beautiful last night in Kansas and very much appreciated the fresh eggs and veggies gifted by Dian. She’s got a perfect spot and was very responsive. If we come this way again, we’ll be sure to stop again.

Hazels Heaven was a wonderful place to stay. The quiet, remote location was worth the drive. There were beautiful views. And the sunset and sunrise were beautiful. Dian & her friend, Gwen, were super helpful. We were greeted upon arrival and shown our site. All of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend this location.

What a wonderful time. So relaxing and tranqil. We needed that dian has a beautiful farm. She gave us eggs for breakfast and veggies from her garden. We would go back in a heartbeat. Lots to see in the area thats not in the tour books.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stop at on our trip across the country.
Dian was a wonderful host. She was very friendly and helpful. Asking if we had what we needed to settle in for the evening.
A nice breeze came across the fields while we sat outside and watched the clouds after a thunderstorm came through. It actually arrived at Hazels Heaven the same time as we did !
Dian was out in the rain with us as we set things up and got connected. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable and ok.
I highly recommend Hazels Heaven for camper or RV. Lots of green grassy places for tents too. And kids.
She has a lovely property to relax in. Check it out on your way through Kansas. It’s a little piece of Heaven 😊
