We are in the belly button of continental USA, or more graciously grandiose, the “Delphi”, the Center of the Universe (Ahem). We are popular for campers traveling across the country - the San Diego to New York and Alabama to Wyoming across the country types. Of course, we are a reprieve to anyone needing a break from the outer world. Our quaintly aged house with eyebrows and canine hosts, Annie, Charlie and Little Lost Klaus, will greet you at the gate. You text an hour ahead and HONK THREE TIMES and for entry and warm welcome by human host, Beverly (Beverly is a modern day version of the caring Aunt Bee of the Andy Griffith show, who is learning that campers do not always need her fussiness). WE ARE ART AND KINDNESS IN PROGRESS. We are eager to be nicely organized, but are discombobulated rookies so a sense of humor and flexible joy for creative chaos will help give you a funny little farm experience. (More apt, Funny Farm Experience). GREAT THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU ARE HERE Proud-to-be Swedish LINDSBORG, three miles from us, is adorned with wooden Dala Horses, shops, art and galleries. Camping close to McConnell AFB

12 sites · RVs, Tents80 acres · Derby, Sedgwick
After living in the country I know how peaceful it can be.  So being so close to the city and having this space that is secluded and peaceful it seemed only fair to share it with someone who is interested in the same thing.  When you drive onto the property you will take the first left and follow the grave towards the pond then take a right, drive past the garden, past the fire pit and toward the trees.  From there you can pick your spot to spend sometime enjoying the great outdoors.

The Lodge

22 sites · Lodging, Tents101 acres · Kismet, KS
This property has been in the Wettstein Family for many years. I grew up on this property and have lived on it for 64 years.  My father (Wendell Wettstein) built the barn in 1948 to hold livestock in and also to have a dairy.  Linda and I have raised all our children on this place and now bring our grandchildren out to visit. We are a crop producing farm and run a pheasant hunting lodge during the hunting season.  This would be a place where you can come out to just relax for as long as you want to.
