Site #1 is a 20 X 50 shady concrete pad site with 50A & 30A service. It is on 3 acres along the banks of the Cottonwood River. It is hidden from view by the many trees around it. Adjacent to the site is a large patio area of large rock and concrete pads with a picnic table. There is also a fire pit, with firewood, to enjoy your nights around.
