We loved tent camping at Chad & Cynthia’s property! The campsites are very well maintained, the scenery is beautiful, and the homemade burgers we purchased were delicious. We are planning to camp there again and would highly recommend!

We had a great time camping at Chad and Cynthia's for a long weekend in June! The property is ginormous so we had fun exploring on our ebikes and I HIGHLY recommend the ATV tour with so much history and vast panoramic views of the hilly countryside. Chad even let us bring our dogs on the tour! Kansas treated us to some crazy thunderstorms one night so there was a little extra excitement in our RV. However, the weather otherwise was ideal for leaving the windows open at night--best nights' sleep in our RV I've ever had! Didn't need our noisy A/C on at all. I also highly recommend Cyntha's zucchini bread, jam, and the brats and burgers. Best of all, each campsite is so far apart you really have privacy and nature all around. We'll be back!

This is a special place! We had a site right under the limestone cliffs along the river. The light at sunset is stunning. Zillions of fireflies. Haven’t seen so many in years. We were treated to fresh homemade zucchini bread-which didn’t last long. Chad & Cynthia were very helpful when a small health issue delayed our checkout, letting us stay an addl day! There is a 4.5 mile washboard dirt road from hwy to their drive….but worth it.

This is an absolutely beautiful section of land. We were mostly by ourselves. Just us and nature and it was amazing. I would highly recommend. Keep in mind that it is dirt roads and when it rains, dirt turns to mud. But that's just Kansas.

Beautiful campground with spacious campsites and plenty of room to relax. The grounds are very well maintained, and everything was clean and well cared for. It was a peaceful place to stay, and I really enjoyed my trip. It was awesome to be able to take my doggie as well. I'd definitely recommend C2T Campsite to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept place to camp.

This is such a beautiful place! We were driving from Ohio to Colorado Springs and this was one of our overnight stays along the drive. It was an easy to find location off of the interstate. My husband could not stop saying how much he loved this spot.

This is a beautiful farm along the Saline River. The rock wall on the other side of the river make it even more beautiful. The glamping tent itself was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. The fire pit was such a nice size and some firewood was included at the site. I went for a nice little walk and there are several sites for tent and RV camping too. What a blessing to own such a beautiful piece of land and thank you for sharing it with us.

Very nice off the beaten path location. Chad met us to show us to our spot #22 Lucky lady- had a picnic table & firepit( had some 🪵 for us)
The porta- port is a bit of walk- so bring your headlamp. Spot of great & close to the water- loa of lightening bugs 🐛 ( I miss them:)

Though I never met Chad or Cynthia in person, they were very hospitable and excellent hosts! I was totally stoked when I pulled up to the spot and saw how pretty it was, and I would’ve never expected to find that little piece of heaven in Kansas! I’m sad I was only there for about 6 hours because I could’ve spent many days there listening to the birds, watching the deer, and seeing incredible sunsets.

This was our second time staying at Chad and Cynthia’s farm, and it will continue to be our favorite local spot. We live over an hour away, and we come here to bring our young kids to play in the creek. We like Custer crossing the best as it has the best (in our opinion) access to the creek - the south beach site is nice, but our young kids don’t enjoy playing in it as much. We caught turtles, minnows, frogs, tadpoles, and many other critters. The kids played for 6 hours straight in the creek.
The site has great shade and plenty of shaded space for 2 tents. The tire swing was a hit too.
We woke to the cows chasing a coyote away! Lots of wildlife for sure on a huge farm.
Bugs: we stayed covered in bug spray, and didn’t get a single bite. And we didn’t even notice mosquitoes, though we did have bug spray on.
We saw 2 ticks. None of them were on us though. Expected this time of year anywhere in Kansas.
There were a fair amount of flies, but they didn’t bother us as much as I thought they would. Not too big a deal. The sites and the creek made it worth it. This is a great place to camp.

We enjoyed a nice, peaceful stay along the Saline River under the Cottonwood tree! We saw a black bull down by the river, a coyote across the bank and a lot of red-winged blackbirds in the tall reeds. We went straight to our site with no problems and the hosts had set us up with firewood. It was black fly season so be sure to bring insect repellent.
Definitely follow the driving instructions...otherwise you may drive on unpaved payment for 11 miles vs 6 miles. We would definitely stop in again to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful views.

We absolutely loved the C2T Ranch! Both Chad and Cynthia are very welcoming and wonderful hosts! They offered extra amenities on top of a Glamping tent choice. We Glamped there for the first time. The tent was clean and spacious. The blankets and pillows were clean and ready to roll for us. We took advantage of the food baskets offered. We loved the brats, hamburgers, and potatoes. The next morning we had the cinnamon rolls delivered and they were nice and warm, ready to eat! Soo good! We also bought some homemade zucchini bread and jam made from the fruit on the property. My older boys back home loved it when they tried it. We opted for the ATV Tour and viewing of the artifacts and property where the battle of the Buffalo soldiers took place with the Cheyenne Indians. It was such a great History lesson and took us back in time. We enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of the Ranch campground. We learned some great history and some much needed R&R. Our daughter Hannah who is 5 really enjoyed her stay and found some really cool rocks to add to her collection. Chad was our tour guide and he is very knowledgeable of the events that took place on this property going back to the original settlers. If you are looking for Rest Relaxation and Adventure, this is the place to go!

We had an eventful night at Chad & Cynthia's
We arrived and had a lovely spot near a ravine complete with stream. Lush and green. Firecircle was stocked and was pleased to have arrived with electric (50 amp and 20 amp service) and water on site. Was truly looking forward to an evening campfire and staring up at the stars.
Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we had some pretty wild thunderstorms. C2T were great throughout by communicating And even offering their home for safety if we needed it. Their concern was very appreciated despite our hunkering down in our travel trailer.
I now wish we had more time (several days infact) to hang back and enjoy the site..
The morning was greeted by sunshine and mist and wonderful birdsong. So very cool.
For the record, this was our very first Hipcamp and I know we'll be booking through the website if this is the caliber of the hosts who use this network.

Wonderful spot! We took our pop-up, family, and our 3 dogs, and had a wonderful time! Chad and Cynthia are wonderful hosts and have a lovely property! We enjoyed hiking and all of the space and peace away from all the people we camp around at a lake.

The hosts were kind and the ranch was beautiful. Nice accommodations with the electricity picnic table tables plenty of trash cans, as well as outdoor toilets. Would highly recommend this place just be prepared for the awful flies in the summertime. Other than that, it is amazing!

Chad and Cynthia's place is beautiful and one of the nicest locations I've camped. The landscape is awesome, plenty of beautiful view and hiking trails. Chad was friendly and shared some firewood and water - at NO Charge! I can't remember the last time firewood was free, unless I gathered it myself. Well worth a stop here!

We truly enjoyed our camping experience at Chad and Cynthia’s land. So much to see and explore! Beautiful views, hiking, splashing in the stream, cozy camp fires, and the tree swing was a huge hit with the kids. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to stay there again!

My family of three and I stayed here after a 12 hour drive from Wisconsin. Chad was a great commincator, was there to great us at 10pm, and even set up our last minute request for an air mattress. We stayed in a yurt which was clean, cozy, and had a lovely view. Will definitely come back!

Chad and Cynthia were very accommodating. We arrived late but we're still able to get to our campsite. We stayed at campsite 45 which was at the end of the road by the stream. It was very quiet but you could hear the cows off in the distance, but that was a plus. When we travel though there again, we will definitely stay there again and tell others about it as well.

So quiet. Nothing but the sounds of nature. Bullfrogs, doves, crickets, and songbirds along with the wind in the trees. Large flat grassy area and good signage. Picnic table, stone fire ring and even a trash can. Lots of privacy.
