We loved our stay at Beverly’s place. It was a great, safe location near so many unique Kansas landmarks. We had everything we needed and Beverly was so helpful in offering nearby attractions, recommendations for restaurants and shops. One of our dogs made a new best friend with her dog Charlie, they were inseparable the entire trip.
Overall, I would recommend the property for fun things to explore (quite a few buildings on the property), peaceful and isolated, farm animals are fun, outhouse bathroom quite nice, electricity and access to well water, campfires and space for the dogs to roam.

Oh my, my hubby and I cant say enough good things about our visit. Beverly is beyond the nicest hostess. If you need anything. She had it all. We loved that everything was fenced in. I think our doggies had the best camping trip ever. So secluded and with the beauty of trees. Just added to the omninance. Just relax and enjoy. Oh and the outhouse is so adorable I have never been in such the cutest thing ever. Hand sanitizer, spray to smell nice, trashcan, and I have had a stroke so mobility is less than good. However, I don't use a walker. I use a walking stick. Anyhow, in the outhouse has like a handicap potty sea this helps me allot get up and down. I hope everyone has an opportunity to go here. I just can't say how enough how much fun we had here.

My boyfriend and I had a great time during our short trip! Beverly is fantastic, ensuring we had everything to have the best experience for any type of camper! Great communication, flexibility, and overall just really kind. The pets on her land are timid at first but are sweethearts, Beverly ensured we were comfortable and offered options if we didn’t want to be around the animals. (But seriously they’re so sweet and Beverly gave us some food to win them over😄). Felt like I was staying with family, we are already planning a second trip here next year

We loved staying the night at Beverly’s. From the moment you pull in, it feels like you just made to your friends house. My son got multiple tours of the garden and helped with the sheep chores. A special memory for an unconventional trip.

Beverly is the sweetest! She's so easy-going and kind, and her space is a dream. I stayed in the Gypsy camper for a night while driving from Colorado to Illinois, and it was the perfect lil getaway. Beverly even let me feed her sheep and goats in the morning! This is the perfect spot if you're looking for good conversation and good vibes.

Beverly, the owner, is awesome and super friendly. She is ready to help you out with whatever you might need or want. The dogs, goats, and sheep are super fun! Camping spot is comfortable and a nice break from the typical campground.

Beverly's farm is beautiful and so much fun! My school-age kids LOVED exploring and making friend's with Beverly's three dogs. Beverly was extremely friendly and accommodating and even let the kids help her feed her sheep and gave me a tour of her lovely native & perennial garden. Beverly is lovingly keeping up and improving the historical farmstead and it's neat to see the historical buildings. Our dog, who is very timid with other dogs, warmed up and seemed to enjoy the adventure despite her anxiety. The stars were absolutely spectacular and it was fun to hear the crickets, owls, coyotes, etc. Beverly opens the gate to let you in/out so it felt secure. We will be be back! The kids are eager to see Beverly and her dogs again and see how the baby bunnies that she rescued from the dogs are doing!

This place was fantastic. Plenty of privacy and very secure. Beverly was very accommodating and an absolute gem for Hipcamp. Outlets were easy to get to, parking was spacious, and the occasional visit from the ranch’s dogs or goats. Seriously, it’s awesome.

Beverly is such a congenial host, and her animals (3 dogs, 2 sheep, and a goat) are all sweet. I appreciated that she has several fenced off areas, as my dog isn't always comfortable with dogs he doesn't know; he still had the chance to roam free within the paddock where we tented. Beverly is always looking for ways to improve her site, but we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. And there was plenty of shade for a hot August night!

This was an awesome experience. Beverly is very friendly and accommodating. The area was well kept, and the grass was low making it very easy to tent camp and not worry too much about bugs and such. Charlie, Annie, and Klaus(the dogs) were very friendly and excited to have company.

We had such a wonderful stay on Beverly's farm! We brought our teardrop and had the whole farm to ourselves. Our Viszla pup had a great time playing with our hosts dogs. And our toddler loved getting to run all around the farm and see the tractor, the sheep and the goats. We will definitely be recommending this camp to all our friends and we'll be back in the future!

We LOVED our time at Beverly’s place! 10/10 would recommend for families. We have three little ones ages (6 and under) and not only is this a safe and fenced in property, but our host was so lovely and delighted our kids with her animals. I don’t know when we will be passing through Kansas again, but if we do a stay at Beverly’s will be a must!

Beverly’s spot is really cute! An old homestead near a quaint little town with some sheep, a goat and dogs. She’s an excellent host and her property was easy to find. Theres a cute little camper with an outdoor kitchen set up and just a bed inside if you dont want to set up a tent. No showers but an outhouse with a bedside style toilet. Close to Coronado Heights which is worth checking out, especially at sunset like she recommended. Be sure to bring some bug spray and be respectful of the gates because of the animals. I hope to visit again, I had a wonderful time and would suggest to anyone in the area looking for a great host and a lovely spot to camp.

The gypsy camper is very small but quite cozy! It has a fan which helps keep airflow moving and electricity to charge phones and run a coffee maker. Beverly is a wonderful host and we had fun meeting the dogs, sheep, and goats at the farm. They would hang around our campsite and we loved it. We also visited Lindsborg, the town close by, which was a fun little town.

I had the pleasure of spending a magical evening in Gypsy, a 1948 well-appointed teardrop camper. Beverly, the omniscient host, met me and my dog. She had everything set up to accommodate our stay. The bed was comfy and the view of the stars was perfection. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed getting away from my everyday urban environment.

What a joy camping here! Perfect set up, plenty of room even though there were two other campers on the property beside me. Be sure to admire and enjoy the friendly critters, dogs and sheep that wander over now and then, what fun watching them. If you are a bird watcher there is a beautiful cardinal that repeatedly comes to visit and watch.
