Our customers drive from all parts of central Kansas to shop at Jako Farm because our food is different than food in the grocery store. We call it JakoPure food.Not only do we share our life-giving, gut-restoring food with others, but we want to share the experience of our farm, too. That's why we've started hosting guests on hipcamp so that you can truly experience what's special about our farm. Each location provides a unique perspective on our farm, and you'll engage a different part of our story at each place. The cows and sheep will graze near by while the chickens scratch in the distance. You'll see the farmers moving the animals to new pasture and the llama playing games with the sheep. If you're up at sunrise, you'll see Ken bringing the cows up to the barn for milking (April through November). Its pretty quiet here, except for the subtle noises of wildlife. There are killer sunrises and sunsets here. Our customers drive from all parts of central Kansas to shop at Jako Farm because our food is different than food in the grocery store. We call it JakoPure food.Not only do we share our life-giving, gut-restoring food with others, but we want to share the experience of our farm, too. That's why we've started hosting guests on hipcamp so that you can truly experience what's special about our farm. Each location provides a unique perspective on our farm, and you'll engage a different part of our story at each place. The cows and sheep will graze near by while the chickens scratch in the distance. You'll see the farmers moving the animals to new pasture and the llama playing games with the sheep. If you're up at sunrise, you'll see Ken bringing the cows up to the barn for milking (April through November). Its pretty quiet here, except for the subtle noises of wildlife. I was looking for an easy spot to take my 5-year-old daughter for her first camping trip, somewhere that felt special but also easy. Instead of the usual state park route, we decided to give The Farm at Quail Valley a try. I was expecting a nice little farm with a few tent spots and some fishing ponds, but what we actually pulled into was a total hidden gem.
This property is easily some of the prettiest land I’ve seen in Kansas. The grounds are so well-kept with the rolling hills and beautiful trees, it felt more like staying in a botanical garden than on a farm.
The Disc Golf course was also a pretty big surprise. I knew there was one on-site and brought my discs along, but I wasn't expecting a course that was ranked #58 in the world in 2022. It’s the real deal, both in terms of technical difficulty and the terrain. I’m already planning a return trip just so I can find the time to play the full course.
To top it all off, the hosts were incredible, so kind and very accommodating. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway that’s still accessible for kids, this is it.

We had a great visit at Chad and Cynthia’s! It was our first time with our new teardrop camper - what a great way to break it in! Chad brought us our dinner fresh from the ranch - burgers with all the trimming and roasted potatoes. All we had to do was cook the burgers - delicious and so easy! They were great at communicating, directions were clear, and the campsite was perfect and exactly as described. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Gorgeous, quiet and clean camp site with amazing views and hiking. We saw lots of deer, turkeys and other wild life. The camp host were extremely nice and have a really good dog that my son played with. My family and I will definitely be returning.

My wife and I stopped by for a night at Beverly’s on our way to Oklahoma City. She was extremely communicative and accommodating. We arrived extremely late and she waited up for us and even greeted us with snacks. Her land was beautiful and had plenty of room for our dog, Wyatt, to run free. Would recommend her land to anyone traveling on I70/ I135. Will definitely be staying again!

Although it was quite windy when we arrived, Chad met us and took us to our site. It was awesome. We went for a hike on their extensive site. Will definitely stay again when in the area. The land is beautiful.

This was our first Hipcamp experience and it exceeded our expectations. We loved the site as it was on the end near a platform that overlooks the river and the stunning limestone cliffs. We appreciated the sense of privacy it afforded us. The setting is spectacular and we loved exploring and enjoying our many wildlife encounters…birds aplenty, including a flock of wild turkeys and white tailed deer.
Chad & Cynthia are exceptional hosts and we are so grateful that they share their little piece of paradise with the world.

Such a fun weekend campground for our family. The kids loved the farm animals, there were baby goats that the kids were in love with and gave them lots of snuggles. We rented fishing poles and a kayak and paddle boards, and paid 15$ for all the firewood we could burn. The owner and staff were helpful, even bright the firewood and got the fire going for us.
The only downside is that they are right next to a train track, so be prepared for some train horns.

Had a Great time Staying at Beverly's. Loved the the farm, and the set up. Beverly went above and beyond to offer anything that I might need for my night's stay. She made sure she was up the next morning to say her goodbye and wish me well. I would definitely recommend this spot and I definitely hope to stay again.

This is my third time her and it just keeps getting better and better - this time my young son and I camped and had a great experience. Access to the barn was a great feature with bathroom and kitchen area definitely makes "roughing it" a little easier. Would highly recommend.

The boys were kind of scared of all the animal sounds, but now its the most talked about thing! The beds were comfortable in the yurt and the lights were pretty at night. Wooded and secluded. Land was pretty and we enjoyed walking around and sitting out by the fire. The barn was great! Host was great!

Fantastic Hipcamp! My grandson and I had a wonderful time on the magical little farm. It felt very safe and like peaceful oasis. Beverly was wonderful and allowed Liam to feed the goats and sheep, play with the dogs and roam around the fenced property at will. She provided hot water for my coffee in the mornings and lovely snacks. She was very attentive to our needs throughout the visit and we will definitely return!
