Come and spend some time at a direct-to-consumer dairy farm. Our cows are called Dutch Belted. They are often referred to as Oreo cows. Stay on the farm where the milk is produced, processed, and sold. The farm store is a short distance away and sells a large variety of farm foods. The farm consists of about 200 acres of pasture and creek bottom. The owner, Loyd, has lived on the farm all his life. We are right beside what used to be a Navy base... yeah in Kansas.:) The runway still gets used for gliders. So you might see a glider being pulled up while you are here.

Outstanding Stay
Great place to camp with full hookups available. We spent several hundred dollars in their farm fresh store and I feel like it was worth the price for such good quality. I absolutely loved the iced coffee they had. The woman running the little store was an absolute joy. I don’t think she milks the cows though. Hehe. This is an active farm so it has the same sights, sounds and smells like we have at home. If we are in the area again we would absolutely stay here again and we recommend you do too!

Tent site at Borntrager Dairy
What a great place to stay. Lloyd was super responsive as we booked at the last minute. Thank you for a safe, clean space to spend the night. I only wished that your farm store was open. Maybe next time!

Red Barn Hookup
We loved camping at the Borntrager Farm. The cows are beautiful and their onsite store is choked full of delicious dairy products and canned goods. The property is very well maintained and it's a very peaceful setting. Directions were clear and we had no problem getting there.

Red Barn Hookup
We loved camping in front of the big red barn and watching the beautiful cattle graze. The Guinea’s were very entertaining. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked it for our return trip home.

Red Barn Hookup
Nice little place in what feels like the middle of nowhere. We only stopped for the night on our way home from CO. Would definitely stay again if a future trip takes us by here again.

Quiet place to lay your head!
Loyds farm provided a quiet place for us to rest while road tripping. We have a 30 ft travel trailer which was easily moved on the provided spot. Flat with full hookups. We also got to buy from their farmers market which had sourdough bread, meats, milk, cottage cheese, tallow, honey, and homemade vanilla.
