Turner's Quarter seems to be a favorite among travelers looking for a peaceful retreat. The campsite is praised for its easy accessibility and tranquil setting, surrounded by nature's sounds. Visitors appreciate the privacy provided by the cedar trees and the well-maintained grounds, including a nice fire pit and available firewood. Some reviews mention ticks and June bugs, so that's something to keep in mind, but overall, guests feel safe and find it a perfect spot for a quick overnight stay.

Beautiful spot, easy to find, great communication.
I didn’t mean to give a low rating and the app won’t let me change it now :/
It’s a decent spot for a quick overnight - hosts were very kind! Felt safe :)
Be aware of ticks - they were bothering me a lot at this site.
Nice and quiet, you could hear the crickets chirping and the frogs croaking. Easy to get to from the highway.
Great spot! Super easy to find and get to, even late at night, and 5 mins to gas/food, but feels out in the country. Really nicely maintained

Turner's Quarter
His location was right on being just off the highway and the directions shared with us after confirming our stay were accurate and easy to follow. The site was perfect for our one night stay and the location to the town was perfect as a place to grab a bite to eat after driving all day.
Seth land was an excellent choice for us, as we were passing through the area headed to points south. I needed a last-minute place to park and sleep in our van. It was easy to find, and sheltered with a nice ring of trees around the overnight area. Seth was responsive and helpful, although it was very much self serve due to how easy it was to access. Thanks!

Turner's Quarter
Seth was a fantastic host. Quick to respond to any questions and made it known that he is available to assist with any issues/concerns. The property was clean, large fire pit, and some wood was available for fires. There are some houses near by that can be seen, but some large juniper style trees help to create privacy. Not a single complaint. If I ever find myself back in the Wichita area I know where to stay.
PROS: top notch communication and location details from host throughout entire process, farm fresh eggs safely stored and awaiting my arrival, have entire plot of land to yourself, great price, quiet night. CONS: morning traffic noise, June bugs that come out at night out of holes in the ground and attack your headlamp and lantern (not hosts fault but be advised and plan accordingly), neighbors on all four sides but can strategize to maximize landscaping for privacy, very little surface area to put stuff on (just a large wooden spool).

Turner's Quarter
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to park our 21 foot trailer and we were surrounds by beautiful cedars so we had some privacy from the neighbors. It was quiet and the grounds were clean and well maintained. There was a fire ring and firewood was available. We purchased a dozen fresh farm eggs & they were waiting for us upon arrival. We even got to meet the chickens that laid them. We had our dogs with us and they approved of their surroundings.

The camp site was clean and quiet. I felt safe there. It's a small, one camper area surrounded by trees in a rural neighborhood. Very pretty. Also easy to find. Seth was kwik in his responses.

I didn't end up staying because I drove farther that night, but every interaction I had with the owners was positive and helpful.
Fantastic property. Lovely fire pit with a table and large stack of wood for use. Unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow for us to use the wonderful amenities this time. We will certainly stop again when passing through. Thank you Seth!!

Turner's Quarter
We only passed through late at night. Was more quiet than a Walmart lot, and worth the couple bucks.
We loved our stay at Turner's quarter, we stayed on our way to Arkansas from Colorado it was a great place to relax after driving all day. We also stayed on our way home, if you need a place to spend the night try Turner's quarter, wish we could have stayed longer 😃
Thanks Seth👍
Seth’s place was just what we needed after a 12.5 hour drive. The grass and woodpile/campfire areas were clean and well maintained. There were some trees to offer privacy and shield a view of the neighbors home. The directions were excellent. Thanks for having a safe harbor for travelers!

Turner's Quarter
Great, private spot. Had a table and nice fire pit!
Great little plot. There are other houses nearby but the campsite is quiet and private. Nice large fire pit and wood available. Seth was very responsive and helpful. Space was clean and beautiful. Closest place I could find to Wichita that wasn’t an RV park and I don’t regret it for a second!
Perfectly maintained, super convenient to Sandra Fe Lake and way more private than I expected based on the surrounding landscape. Seth was very helpful and super responsive.
Turner's Quarter was a fantastic place to stay! Secluded outside of Wichita and Andover it offera an escape from the city while also being near convienience stores, Sante Fe lake and other hiking adventures. The spot makes you feel as though you have a piece of land to yourself. Plenty plenty of space for an RV or Land Rover. Fire Pit, Axe, and some gear were included for me. The Hosts were so kind and accomodating!! Reccommend 👍
