Waterfront Family RV Spot
Jon and his family are wonderful and very accommodating. The view at night over the lake with the moon was beautiful. Sadly, the lake was so low and mucky there was no swimming access which Jon let us know beforehand. It is named correctly as a Waterfront Family RV spot as the spot is directly in the side yard. Three large dogs who are very friendly and well behaved but we did have to pick up some poop. For those camping with children it would be an easy spot as there is a swing set and several young children there already for playmates.

Waterfront Family RV Spot
Waterfront, single site, 30 Amp plu
Easy back in to shaded site right on Lake Michigan. Great views east toward Door County. Nice fire pit and owners obtain firewood for a fee. Site is mostly level - had to level 0.5 inches side to side and drop the front 4-6 inches. Easy to town. On a relatively busy road but road noise modest, minimal at night. Owners very nice and helpful.

Family Friendly Beautiful Lake View
Wonderful spot! Very personable and pleasant hosts (who gave us plenty of privacy and were only on-site the first night). Perfect for our small RV (electrical and water hookup with easy access). Views of the lake were beautiful, and our kids loved the lake and canoe.

Camping width a view
Great spot and super friendly host. Dogs are super relaxed. Could use a small boat an fishing rod. Water and electricity worked perfectly.

Waterfront Family RV Spot
Beautiful lake front property
Beautiful view facing water ,quiet ,grassy and level ,great access to electricity and Water and a garbage drop off . The owner house was right next door but didn’t see or hear a peep out of them they even had kids and 3 well behaved dogs that even kept to there area we went into town Peshtigo they had a museum we went to nice and free we learned a lot of history of this area even went to a wonderful cheese and ice cream shop thank you for a nice stay we would definitely like to come back

A memorable summer weekend
This is a lovely place to spend a weekend with your friends and family, Play area for kids, a hammock, a boat, fireplace made the place more enjoyable. I will cherish the beauty of full moon view with the fireplace and the sunrise moment watching from inside the tent. Last but not the least a big thanks to Jon for his help to make our weekend memorable.

Waterfront Family RV Spot
Beautiful Lakeside Setting
Beautiful lakeside location in a close neighborhood setting. It was wonderful waking up to the sun shining off the lake each morning. There was a nice evening breeze off the lake that kept the bugs away. Jon met us on arrival and helped us get into our spot. The site was very level making camper set up easy and Jon had all the amenities. We enjoyed the lake shore and watching all the birds and boats on the lake. We didn't end up having a fire but Jon has a great fire pit set up. We really enjoyed our time at Jon's place on the lake. Thank you!

Waterfront Family RV Spot
Beautiful bay shore destination
Jon was a gracious host. He welcomed us upon arrival and gave us the quick tour of the amenities. We pulled our 20-ft Rpod on the grass, and the ground was level. There was a wonderful fire ring with grill that swung over it. We cooked over it several times. Jon had wood on-site for purchase. It was well-seasoned and burned great!
The view of the bay was spectacular, and access to the water was convenient for putting in our kayak and paddle board. The shoreline is rocky at first, but within feet turns to sand. The water is 3-4 feet deep 100s of feet offshore. It was perfect for playing in the water. Bring water shoes, and you will be all set. WiFi was available and fast.
Two of our kids joined us for Saturday night. There was MORE than enough room for them to pitch a tent.
Jon has three perfectly behaved dogs. We enjoyed meeting them and they didn’t bother us in the least.
We look forward to camping at Jon’s Hipcamp site again and exploring the surrounding area.
